キャンベラ中心の閑静な公園の隣にあり、実に静かな環境にある。 ホテルの部屋も清潔で静かで、申し分なし。さすが高級ホテル。 スーパーなどはホテルから歩いて15分。

Great value hotel with good dining”
Stayed at the suite for 3 nights, enjoyed the extra space and amenities. We normally stay at the LNH across the road. Bath is a big bonus, and so is the living area and balcony. Couch is not very comfy but we just used the bed for watching tv. Restaurants in the precinct make meals very convenient. Lobby is beautiful and staff are very friendly including cleaners. Will definitely be back esp because we couldn’t use the pool or spa this time

Our Wonderful Baby Moon”
We organised a short weekend getaway to Canberra, for a baby moon. Our first time in 5 star in Australia. It was lovely, the apartment was spotless and massive. We had an issue with the fridge and the air conditioner, however the staff were quick to rectify this. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, and an amazing bar/restaurant downstairs. We would recommend.

Very Happy ”

Faultless ”
Secured a 64sq m room with a large balcony at a price you might otherwise pay for 3.5* in a less convenient location. Wonderfully attentive staff, bed is just about the most comfy if slept in (away from home). Stayed on the north side of the lake previously (Braddon) but won’t be looking anywhere else in future.

We were very impressed with the excellent customer service we received the entirety of our stay. We had an issue with our room on the first night and the staff went above and beyond to sort it out.

Extremely pleased with how this booking went. The Atrium suite was perfect for myself and 3 bridesmaids. Enough space for 2 makeup artists and 2 hair stylists in loung and dining area too.

Great quality all round”
We had a suite with adjoining standard room for the kids. Good setup with separate external door and hence we could go between rooms easily. Facilities in the hotel are very nice. The Ostani bar and restaurant was awesome in terms of decor, ambience, food and drink. It’s in a great location to see major attractions and Manuka restaurants…..probably a 20 min walk to all these - if you are walkers it’s ok, but if not, so much, a car is preferable. Nice accom and staff, very relaxing.

Superb Staff Comfy Hotel Stay”
We stayed 4 days and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. This more than made up for the few little less than perfect features/ items in the rooms, as the hotel was built a while ago (compared with few other newer 4/5 star hotels in Canberra) We experienced 1 bedroom suite, family room, I.e. 2 bedroom suite, and then atrium room in the 4 days we stayed. And used the big bath tub in the room and the swimming pool. Enjoyable. It was definitely 5 star experience. Will come back again and will request rooms with city view.

Lovely building, good, central location, housekeeping let them down”
Organised a room at very late notice online at a great rate. Lovely modern building with all the mod cons! Great free movie selection. Asked for a twin single variant instead of a king, and confirmed this upon check in. Watched as the reception staff organised the rearrangement of the beds with housekeeping. Then left for dinner and returned to find the room still in King configuration. Rang to get this fixed to find that the housekeeping team had gone home and after some delay a fold out bed was provided. This was a high end version, but still not at the standard of a king single. Moving the main bed showed quite a dirty section of carpet that might need more frequent attention. TV also had very poor contrast balance - hard to watch movies. Then in the morning, the coffee machine (a nice nespresso pod machine) only had one pod - perhaps needs better restocking. So with improved housekeeping/maintenance the hotel would definitely be a superb place to stay.

Were very impressed with the room layout (ours being the king bed). Food was great, parking available and location also ideal. We were really impressed with the facilities in the room and the quality of the items within.
