プランと部屋が違う”
いくつかプランがある中から選んだ「高層階、キングサイズベッド 1台」のプラン。 通された部屋は9〜20階の客室の10階、ベッド二台の部屋。何も合っていない。 それを伝えて部屋を変えてもらったら11階へ。 呆れてもう交渉するのもやめました。 I chose the plan “1 King bed - High floor” But they gave me “ 2 Queen beds - Low floor” We compared many hotels / many plans and decide to 1 hotel / 1 plan. Then we agree and pay for that Plan. If the contents are different, that is deceiving. I’m really disappointed cuz I’m working with Hyatt and I trusted Hyatt brand. 数あるホテルの中から色々なプランを比較してこのホテルを選び、それに対してお金を払っているのに、プランと内容が違うなら詐欺です。ハイアットブランドを信頼していただけに、本当にガッカリしました。

部屋のロケーションと料金”
6泊しました。アーリーチェックインしてくれたのは良かったですが、約4万払っての機械室ビューは不満足でした。朝食を食べない時もあったのに勝手に18%のチップがつけられたのも納得できませんでした。

最悪のロケーション＆人種差別”
部屋は多数空きがあるのに、ホテルで一番最悪なロケーションの部屋へ案内された。 フロントは日本人には冷たい態度。白人には愛想が良かった。 フロント以外の方は愛想が良い。 フロントの一存で、一番最悪な部屋だった。 二度と泊まりたくない。 アゴタが安いから、このような部屋になるのか？ ２万以上もする部屋でこれは最悪。 プールは個人ベットもも無く、風が異常に強く。最悪。 ベランダも無く、牢屋の様な部屋でした。

Magnificent place for your holiday”
- The place starts from level 7 and above, so you are shielded from the noise on street level (also setback from the beach helps). - Staff is awesome! If you happen to run into Taire or Anastasia, they can help you with anything, even food tips. - There's a common work area if you don't want to work in your own room. Sadly I had to do a bit of that during my time in Hawaii. - Their outdoor pool is fairly shallow, so mostly just for chilling rather than swimming. They do open late till 10pm, so you can always take a late night dip (there's an heated section). - STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

We can borrow everything for the beach and coffee pot etc.. Everyone is kind and I feel cozy here. Very clean Strong wi-fi My kids love the pool here

Stylish, Modern & Luxurious”
Having sorted through dozens of outdated hotels in Hawaii, it was such a gem to find Hyatt Centric being so modern, stylish and central to shops and restaurants. I honestly can't fault it, only thing that I wish they had was a deeper swimming pool area for the people that wanted a swim. Other than that, staff was wonderful, facilities and room was clean and spacious. Love it!

Hawaii stay”
Pros Good location just off the Main Street Big clean rooms Staff really helpful Cons The hotel rents out the 3 cabanas they have around the pool which should be free to guests, especially when you are paying a resort fee. The pool is completely inadequate There are insufficient beds around the pool area for guests to use. If you are in a room next to the elevators then expect to be woken early with the sound of the elevator call bell.

All very good. Parking garage is horribly low ceiling and very narrow curves. To charge 42$ for overnight was not in line. Friendly staff, great modern decoration and big rooms.

Can find better value for money in the area”
I used to stayed in the property back in 2018, which I had much better experience. 1. the hotel is still charging the same amount of resort fee but providing much less services - less activity options and courtesy, no longer giving out sun lotions, as I have experienced. 2. while front desk said ok to keep our luggages till we come back to take the flight out of Hawaii. When we check the luggage with valet staff on our way out, they refused and not said they don't take the liability. Not the first time here, this is also something new. 3. There's a staff room close to my room. there were huge noices made frequently throughout the night (from 2am till 5am) by opening and closing the door and moving stuff. Pros: The location is great. Service stuff at front desk are hospitable. But yes, I do think there are much better options to stay in the area for better value for money.

Second trip to Hyatt Centric since my first stay was great. This time not so good”
The maintenance of the hotel has gone down hill since the changeover of management. The hallway carpet smelled like urine, only absurdly expensive continental breakfast avail at restaurant, wading pool area was filthy with trash and used towels, bartender makes a good mai tai but was grumpy as hell (don’t blame him - he prob makes 5 drinks a day), lounge chairs missing cushions, robes show heavy wear (they used to be so nice). Pros: decent location, boutique feel, great front desk and valet staff, beach amenities Cons: lack of amenities. no onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner. Bartender was grumpy as hell. No pool. Lack of maintenance on deck/spa.

We booked the 2double beds ocean view in this hotel, the view is amazing, the room is immaculate, I love the design, the hotel is in the center of waikiki, it’s near to everything…

Great location, but choose room away from elevators ”
This hotel is in a great location, however for the price there are better value hotels in my opinion. There is are no balconies and the pool is a splash style only, meaning you can’t swim in it as it’s only about one foot deep. There is also a jacuzzi. Such a shame though as the pool area would be perfect for a proper swimming pool, as it’s in full sun and has a great atmosphere to it. I also had to move rooms , as the first room we were allocated was next to the lifts - the noise of the motors in the lifts was constant and like drilling noise in my head-definitely couldn’t sleep . Ask for a room away from the elevator

Perfect location for shopping, food and beach”
Everything is within walkable distance - ABC Stores, restaurants, coffee (Starbucks in the lobby), shopping, Waikiki Beach... The staff were friendly and awesome. Parking was convenient as well, especially since it's indoor and connected to the elevators. It'd be even better if the pool was an actual swimming pool, and if microwaves could be stationed in more places (i.e. water/ice rooms?). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay :)

Good location and neat room cleaning”
They gave us the penthouse view on our last day. It was stunning beauty, lookinn on the top of the building. Their staffs are very friendly and kind, always willing to help their guests.

Best for the buisness trip ”
The location of this place is very good, surrounded by international marketplace, nice restaurants. Loved the room condition amd amenity but it could be tricky to find out the lobby is in 8th floor. The pool was so small and shallow, not for swimming definitely, but for jaccuzi maybe.

Excellent location in the heart of Waikiki”
Rooms are very clean, including the bathroom. The views from all sides are sensational with either river and mountain or beach views. The staff were attentive when approached. Offer of yoga and other invitations to happy hours and musical and other creative events. It would have been great to have yoga more often. The only drawback was the pool. From the pictures it looks deep and inviting but infact is shallow (to the ankles) therefore not a swimming pool, however the open beaches and beachpool are so close only a 5 minute walk away. I would stay there again.
