なにもせずのんびりしたい方にはいいホテルだと思います。 ただし、繁華街から遠く近隣にはあまり食事をする場所もないので、初めてサムイ島を訪れる方にはお勧めしません。

山の上にあるので景色は良いのですが、レンタカーが無いと非常に不便です。写真で見るととてもおしゃれなのですが、実物はかなり雑な感じです。何よりシャワーブースの排水が詰まり気味で、普通に使用しているだけで水があふれました。ホテルに伝えると翌日には少しましになりましたが、根本的な改善はできないようです。一方、バスタブは水が上手くたまりませんでした。その他、部屋にホテルの案内が何も無い、電話はあるが電話番号はどこにも書いてない、ティッシュペーパーが無い、トイレットペーパーが少ない、トイレが通路から丸見え（カーテンなし、クリアガラス）などなど、この価格帯のホテルとしては驚きの連続です。繁華街から離れた静かなホテルがお好みなら、Ｓｕｎｓｅｔ　Ｂｅａｃｈ　Ｒｅｓｏｒｔか、Ｓhａｓａ Resortにした方が良いです。

Gorgeous sea view to the horizon and village houses along the shore. Huge guest room for the price. In return for the hustle & bustle of Chewang, you get quietness, privacy and refreshing mountain breeze. They also improved on transit arrangement. Free shuttle to the main road and if you rent a car and don't like driving up the steep hill, you can park your car at at a lot at foot hill and then call them to pick you up. Allow 10 minutes. What's more, they provide you a mobile phone to make your call easier when you are returning in a taxi or your car. Great!

We stayed this hotel in August after visiting the nearby islands. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you would like to unwind and relax. The room is very modern and quite spacey. The view was beyond beautiful, especially at night when you can see all the stars in the sky while chilling in the pool. When booking this hotel, one thing I did worry about was the location of the hotel since it is so uphill. The staff tries their best to make you comfortable giving rides from the reception right to your doorstep and offers free rides down the hill. Their service, the view and the tranquility more than made up for the location. Simply put, this was the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand. I enjoyed it so much that I have booked another stay next year and am going to Koh Samui just to stay here!

The Infinity Residences and Resort Koh Samui certainly lives up to expectations! The location is a little obscure, but that's what makes it all the more pleasant to stay in! My wife and I initially started our trip in BKK and ended it in Koh Samui. It was great to get away from city life and just chill in such a beautiful place. The view was amazing as it was really high up in the mountain (free shuttle from ground level). Staff response time was really quick and responsive. We'll definitely be back with friends again!

As noted by previous reviewers, the hotel is up a hill and getting a taxi to send you up for less than 1000THB is slightly challenging. It wasn't much of an issue for us as we stayed in most of the time. Great place to relax and unwind, gorgeous views, delicious food at the restaurant. Bit pricey, but it was worth the money. We stayed for only a couple of nights but managed to get the free traditional Thai massage. The infinity pool was good, but would have been better if it was heated. However, the huge bathtub took almost 90mins to fill up. The hotel does need some maintenance work done, but the serenity more than made up for it. Staff members were friendly and welcoming, no issues there. Would definitely go back to hole up for a quiet holiday, but if you want to do other activities, it's best to stay elsewhere.

We have been at Infinity for 2 days! Infinity got a beautiful view of Koh Samui! We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool of our room, especially with the sunrise / sunset views! It's amazing! Staff of Infinity are very friendly! They are willing to serve us even we have many questions. We told Infinity that we will have our anniversary at their hotel so they set up the bed with roses and gave us a lovely honeymoon cake! It surprised us a lot!! Our room is Classic Suite and it is very big!! We may even dance in the room~ The room did make us like we are living here. A very comfortable suite we have never been! Inifnity provides shuttle bus from the hill to the main street, you may tell them where you want to go they they will endeavor to help you~ We love everyone here~ They care about us very much and will ensure your safety during your stay! We definitely will choose Infinity again if we come to Koh Samui in the future! Here is a place where you can relax, enjoy your holidays and don't want to leave the room. But some suggestions, because of the electricity of the whole Samui Island was down during our stay, the water provides in the bath room are not very clear enough which was coloured in yellow. So we cannot enjoy the bathtub! We hope it was just because of the shorage of electricity and water quality will resume to normal later.

we booked this hotel after our original hotel wasn't what it was supposed to be, well we where amazed from the moment we check in we were treated like movie stars the staff are so friendly and we even received complimentary massages,our room was stunning it had its own pool and amazing view of the ocean and islands, if you like to be away from it all and relax in total 5 star then this is your hotel a big thankyou to Aum and her staff as they truly made our time there magical we will be back next year cant wait

Hotel is well maintained. Stayed in 1 bedroom, room was huge and has a private pool. Restaurant food was great, we had a candlelit dinner outside on the grass, next to the pool, it was perfect. The hotel GM Stephen was super. Friendly and very down to earth guy. He gets his hands on every matter in the hotel. He was the one who helped to communicated with my husband for the Valentines dinner and flowers all the way through. Staff You at the restaurant was also excellent. Compare of 2 other Hotels I stayed in Koh Samui, this hotel was the best one! I will definitely come back again!

The Wi-Fi can be improved The Hot/Cold water did not work properly at my room but was very good after they changed (upgraded) to another one. The breakfast must improve to have more choices. The cleanliness should improve a little bit about the bugs and flyes The bathroom needs a place to put the shampoo and other things. And a plastic curtain or a glass door to prevent the water falling out

Large clean room, private pool and magnificent view. Variety of breakfast with sea view, very quiet place. Only little thing that concerned was it's location. Mountain hill are quite steep, scared me to drive up.

The room is as pretty as show in its photo gallery. One thing that I really can't accept is I see a cockroach of 2-3cm inside my hotel room. The bath tub leaks - water sprouts come out from the cracks

Very much enjoyed our stay. Ideal facility to enjoy the beauty of Samui, yet be away from the riff raff. Love the architecture, room layout & amenities & highly attentive staff. Room cleanliness needs to be enhanced. Notwithstanding, would stay again.

While the location and architecure are nice, I was quite unhappy with some experiences concerning service. On the third day there was no room service at all. When I arrived back in the evening there was not even new drinking water. Waring sigs: If one smokes they want to fine 50000 BHT (1500 USD) (I am non smoker but this is rediculous). Breakfast is overpriczed (750 BHT). No proper introduction when I arrived. Instead the receptionist told me that they would charge me 2000 BHT extra if I receive visitors... thats first time I had such a request at a hotel. Actually I had booked for up to 4 persons using the place alone. Ok, one more "plus": WIFI was good. But I finally left one day before my booking ended.

Amazing resort with stunning view! really love the room interior design, whilst we've booked one bedroom (14L), it's spacious with private lap pool, everything is just perfect exactly like the states in official website. just a small complaint -- the shower hydraulic brakes doesn't stable/work properly and there's missing microwave in room :-(( though location is a bit remote, they're providing 24hrs pickup service at main road 7/11 store is a great help for the guests who need to take tuktuk/taxi for go to anywhere like fisherman's village or chaweng. would say it's really a nice reost worth for a try, we would definitely come again next time!

Fantastic. A great place for us as we needed to relax before going further on our trip. We loved the privacy and the quietness. Our appartement was huge and had a great view looking out over the ocean. We had a fully equipped kitchen, which we did not use. The terrace/balcony was large and private with a plunge/whirl pool. Free Thai massage was a lovely treat. Thanks to the waiters we met the Chef, who prepares execellent Thai food, which is really authentic and not adjusted for tourists. A few remarks: we had to ask twice to get sunbeds on our terrace. Cleaning and maintenance staff need to bet trained to improve their services to keep this hidden treasure beautiful.

The room is really big and comfortable, the swimming pool in our room is good too, but the location is not good, it is really difficult to find, and you need to use a car to climb the mountain. the breakfast is also not so good, there is only a few kinds of food in the morning.

If you want to away from city, then this hotel is suitable for you. It located on the top of mountain, you have to go all the way up from steep mountain road. Hotel provide complimentary pick up and drop off service for the guests at 7-11 down the hill. No room service, if you want to dine in your room , you have to book 24hrs in advance. There is a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook there. Do expect too much on private pool, it is a little narrow.Overall not bad, but it could be better if they put a little more effort.

Beyond belief, having received an upgrade put us In a room to die for. It gave a feeling of being important the Penthouse was superb, the views were brilliant the staff were great. The appointment of the room was excellent with everything at hand and if not the concierge was available to help. The choice of the hotel being remote which is what we wanted and what we got was made easy with the hotel transport from room to reception and reception down the hill to the 7-11 enabling us to explore or you can book the transport to take you wherever you wanted. Will go back again in the future when we return to Samui.

great service, great rooms and view. however the towels in the rooms are disgusting, with a disgusting odour, it is not very pleasant when using after a shower. I suggest the hotel to change all of their towels immediately as they seem to be second hand or not remotely washed properly. do not stay here if you do not have a vehicle, as getting on and off this mountain is scary even in a car. Hired a small rental car and the car almost stopped half way cos of the steepness of the hills for an underpowered car. Breakfast was terrible, for the price you pay, basically you are only paying for the view as the food was expensive and horrendous, especially breakfast
