First of all, I'm probably the first person to book this place through Agoda which is why the front desk has no idea at all as to what is "Agoda"! They didn't check for updates on booking even though I booked a room almost a month back!!
I told the reception I've booked and paid for a double room but was given a twins room (with only 1 towel) and the lift is not even working! For the price paid, I did not arrive with high expectations and the reason I chose this guesthouse is because of its location. However, the wifi is not working despite the presence of a router on our floor (reception recommended using wifi in lobby) and the tap in bathroom is a plastic pipe! I'm not sure if I have the courage to check in again. I would prefer going back to Khemara Battambang I that only charges USD$15 per room all year round.
