初めてのゲストハウスの宿泊でしたが、とっても快適に過ごすことができました！ チェックインの時は、英語・韓国語・日本語で一生懸命説明してくださりとっても助かりました！次の日、お会いした時は、「部屋の温度はよかったか？」等心配してくださり、とても親切でした！ちなみに、俳優のソ・ジソプに似てて、イケメンでした！ 若者街の弘大に近いこともあり、クラブ帰りの人が酔って吐いたりしていましたが、致し方ないかな😂基本的には皆さん静かでした！ お買い物して、荷物が重くなったら一旦荷物を置きに帰ることもできるし、立地は最高でした！ また、韓国一人旅することがあれば、絶対またここに泊まりたいです！ 4日間、お世話になりましたー💓

19.8/20〜23 3.4泊で泊まりました( ˃ ⌑︎ ˂ ) 急に雨が降った時 傘を貸してくれました! とても笑顔で丁寧なフロントのスタッフさんでした❤︎❤︎ 部屋も可愛くお洒落で キャリーを2つ広げられるスペースも余裕ありました! 駅からは徒歩10分 近くにコンビニもたくさんあります! また使用したいです^^ 정말 최고에요 !감사합니다 !

とても親切なスタッフの方々でした”
場所は駅から少し歩くけど、セキュリティがしっかりしていた。友人と2人でダブルの個室でしたが清潔でオシャレな部屋でした。 狭いのは値段相応という感じ。冬の割に少し気温が高めだったので大丈夫でしたが、暖房が無くて夜は寒かったです。 シャワールームはチムジルバンに行ったので使用してませんが、だいたい皆さんが同じ時間に帰ってくるので順番待ちをしていたみたいです。 ただ、清潔という事とスタッフの方はとても親切で丁寧な接客だったので良かったです。 暖かい時期だったらまた利用させて頂きたいです！

施設は普通で問題ないが”
８bedドミに宿泊。ゲストハウスは価格なりで特に不満もない。秋夕でフロントが早く閉まるということで事前にagoda経由で入室方法を教えてくれたので問題なく入れた。部屋内はスーツケースは入らないがリュック程度は入るロッカーが鍵付きで設置してある。部屋の奥にトイレ大が２つ、小が１つ、シャワーが１つあるが、誰かがメインのドアの鍵をかけてしまうと他の人が入れなくなり、部屋以外にトイレは恐らくないので注意が必要。宿自体の評価はoptinalだが、最悪なことに中国人団体とバッティング。8人部屋で7人中国人で部屋内は脱いだ物が通路に置きっぱなし、食べ残したカップラーメンがいくつも散乱、7人中４人がイビキの生演奏で地獄絵図だった。３am頃まで寝付けずようやく寝た後は６amの集団で起き出しデカイ声で会話をし始めヘアドライヤーを使ったりと傍若無人ぶりを発揮し１時間みっちり騒いだと室外に出て行ったが、女性専用ドミにも奴らの仲間がいたようでフリースペースでさらにクソでかい声でしばらく会話をした後に建物から出て行った。女性専用に宿泊していたゲストもきっと同じように嫌な思いをしたことでしょう。途中英語で注意したが全く英語が話せないようでこちらが我慢するしかなかった。どこの国に行ってもそうですが中国人がゲストハウスに団体で止まっている時の絶望感はハンパない。可能ならばこれからは事前に中国人が団体の予約が入っているか確認して泊まることにしよう

初めて行ったゲストハウスでしたがスタッフも施設も良かったです。駅から少し歩きますが静かな場所にあるのでまた行きたいです。スタッフの皆さんとも会話をしましたがとても楽しく優しい方ばかりでした。また行きたいです。

清潔で必要最低限なものは揃ってました。スタッフが常駐してないので、荷物を預かってもらうことができないのがとても不便でした。立地は悪くないです。

Love this hostel so much and will definitely recommend people staying here. First of all the location is super convenient. It only takes about 5 mins walk from the railway station!! It's located RIGHT NEXT TO the shopping area in Hong Dae which has tonnes of clothing store and some well known brands. What I like about the location is that the area is so lively during day time but when its night time its not noisy at all! There's a 24 hour supermarket and convenient store nearby the hostel as well. The dorm room gives me a cozy & warm vibe. The bed is so comfy and the room is so clean and tidy! The staff cleans the room everyday at 11am which is so considerate. Free towels are provided as well as a locker that can fit a medium size suitcase! The host is so nice and welcoming:) There's only one problem about the dorm room is that they only hv 1 shower room (2 toilets) so u might hv to wait a bit when the room is fully packed. Overall this hostel is 9.5 out of 10! Will be back soon!!

A good price and a good stay”
this trip actually my first time using a guesthouse for my stay, i looked up here and there and finally found this place. at first i was so anxious knowing i will stay with other people. but after i arrived? everything is changed! you know the staff is very nice, the room is very clean, the bathroom super comfortable. and for dormitory room, even tough 8 people in it, it feels super nice and you can have your own space! super great for stay!

Place was located in Hongdae and was near the subway station to and from the airport! Food and shopping area are just minutes away, and the staff were really friendly and nice. The room was rather spacious for a dorm room and lockers were provided so you can put your smaller stuff inside. Toilets were clean too! Will stay here if i visit Korea again (:

Impressively efficient and staff is very friendly and nice”
Personally felt the place was a little far from the station which takes about 5-10mins walk. Guesthouse is quite hidden from the busy hongdae streets, very quiet and private. But nearby there's many cafe and restaurants available. Facilities is very clean and well-maintained and face towels are provided too. Very friendly staff that I met when I got to the guesthouse and I'm really impressed by their efficiency because I started submitted my booking in the morning and by 1 afternoon, my bed was ready and the staff allowed me for an early check in.

Jun Guesthouse was one of the better guest houses I’ve stayed in. The property was in an awesomely convenient location and it was very affordable, especially for my own private room! The staff were friendly and they spoke English very well. As for my room, it was a great size and the bed was comfortable. Though upon entering there was a noticeable soured smell coming from the bed (as if the laundry had not dried properly)... but because there was a large typhoon a few days prior and it appears as if they hang the linens up outside to dry- I will assume this is why my bed smelled funny. My only (small) request is that it would have been nice to have some hooks on the door/walls to hang things like my robe or my towel, etc. While they do offer laundry facilities, they are only available after 2pm until 7pm- which messed up one of my days as I had to stick around the area- instead of exploring Seoul- so I could return at 2pm and wash clothes (otherwise I’d have nothing clean for the next few days). Keep this in mind when packing for your trip. All in all though, super nice guesthouse and highly recommend! The small complaints where nothing major enough to deter me from visiting again.

Pro & Con: The price was very reasonable and perfect for long term trailer, very tidy up, and very kind and the best things about this place was safety. The only thing that I had the uncomfortable experience thought shower + washroom part, since I am not use to have these experiences so I kind of felt a bit awkward. Also, I wish they had a lounge to hang out or chit chat and a place to eat a meal because you are not allowed to eat in the room.

Good for short stay”
I stayed in a shared room for male. Room space is not that spacious but enough. It's clean and the bed is comfortable enough. Bathroom is a bit cramped though but manageable. I appreciate that their towels are clean, adequate and replaced daily. The common area isn't that spacious so socializing with other guests is limited. I think this aspect is the charm of staying in a guesthouse. Sadly, this guesthouse is lacking on that aspect. Staff members are nice and can communicate well. Overall, I had a nice stay mainly because the guesthouse is within the vibrant and youthful area of Hongdae. Yeonnamdong is also just nearby.

Hello, first of all, I am very sorry that you said it was noisy because there was interior work upstairs on the day you stayed. However, the fact that a man went in while you were taking a nap is obvious because it is cleaning time. You have used the domicile that you use with other people, and the cleaning should be done naturally during room cleaning time. Other guest houses often have to vacate their seats during cleaning time, but we are keeping them in the room for our guests. Cleaning will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and in the meantime, all the doors will be open, and all the staff will be diligent.

I booked the hotel and within an hour they cancelled my trip. I am still waiting on my refund. Do not book.
