Staffs were not friendly, room not provides tooth brush, maximum two towels provided, have to pay for the room safe if needed. Wont recommend to others.

good but stair hard”
The pool is very good and location is not bad either but there was no elevator and it was bad to move to the stairs. Also, the WiFi connection in the room did not work well.

this hotel is really good deal and great location,and spa is totally worth it.”
I twisted my ankle and went to the spa, the massager saw my swollen ankle showed great sympathy and gave me great massage,basically fixed my ankle, it stopped swollen after she finished.. never expect this from a spa center.. so I would recommend not only the hotel, but the spa!

nice hotel thoughtful staff”
I give 10 for this hotel.The check-in time of this hotel is 2pm.We arrived early and felt sorry to wake them up.But the hotel gave us four person free breakfast and early check-in.And it was New Year's Eve the day we arrived, so we were lucky to be invited to the gala party.It was obviously an unusual New Year for all of us.Exoticism, cheerful party,nice show,funny lucky draw,a big meal, Muaythai and also lady-boy,everything is perfect.I would recommend the hotel to my friend.

Nice hotel, great pool and sea views”
This is a good hotel that is a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants, only $300-400 BAHT to Patong Beach and close to all the tour areas. The stairs can be bit of an effort, there are no lifts so if you have elderly people with you choose a lower floor. This is my second time at this hotel and I notice that the breakfast was a bit sub standard this time, lots of Russians at this hotel, we were the only Aussies.

Very rude staff at reception”
Sadly, I found the hotels reception staff indifferent and incredibly rude to the hotel guests. They (a male and female receptionist) were rude and very curt almost to the point of shouting at me when I was asking for information at the reception desk. I saw this behavior with 2 other guests at different times. Unfortunately, I have noticed that their behavior to paying guests is representative of the attitude many people of this island (Phuket) have to visitors - that is it's the norm rather than the exception; from the time you land at the air port! I think these people are used to treating visitors like cattle because there is so many of tourists that come through every year. The hotel is also frequented by many Chinese and Russian guests, who possibly due to a lack of communication skills, tolerates such abuses.. I found the only way to get some respect was to shout back even harder!!! Not want I want to be doing on my vacation.
If you want basic courtesy do yourself a favour and skip this hotel! Better yet skip Phuket altogether! There's plenty of smaller islands that aren't over run with tourists and where locals still value your contribution to their economy. Try koh yao yai for example. It's what Phuket was 20 years ago!

Nice hotel in good location”
Pleasant stay, good location (kata beach to foot), very good breakfast, clean rooms (we had 2 bungalow - were even better). nice swimming pool. we liked all. will book again.
