飛行機の騒音が…”
今回、初めてニマンヘミンに宿泊したのですが、空港のそばということもあり、特に朝6時過ぎからの飛行機の騒音が私は気になりました。それ以外を考えた場合、価格以上の価値はあります。エコを実践するホテルという視点もよいと思います。騒音があまり気にならない方はおススメします。
コスパ高し”
飛行機の音が気にならなければ(または飛行機が好きであれば)コスパがすごくいいです。チェンマイの人気エリア ニマンヘミンも徒歩圏内。朝食は種類などは少ないですが、必要十分といった感じ。

スタッフの対応も良く部屋も綺麗で子供たちも大喜びでした。 但しロケーションがあまり良くなく奥まった所にあるのでホテルを探すのに難儀しました。 それ以外は非常に良かったです。
GOOD‼︎”
初めて宿泊しましたが、最高に素晴らしかった!ホテル内は綺麗で、かなり清潔感がありました!スタッフの方もとても親切でした!ただ、壁が薄いのか飛行機の音は窓を開けてるのかと勘違いするほど大きく、また隣の部屋の声や騒ぎ声がうるさかったです。それでも、また来るなら利用したいと思いました!
かわいいコンセプト”
広さ十分。全体的には清潔。 スタッフの対応もそこそこ良し。 かわいい折り紙や手紙が添えてあり、コンセプトがかわいい。 ただし、 1 家族連れの中国人が多くて、夜中までうるさい。 2 壁が薄く、隣の部屋の音漏れがひどい。 3 床の掃除が雑で、泥がいたるところに落ちていた。

とにかくスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。市場で購入したフルーツもスタッフに預ければ、すぐにカットしてお皿に乗せて持ってきてくれます。水も各階にサーバーがあり、冷水・お湯・常温が飲み放題。部屋もキレイで広い。wifiが弱く、使えない場所や部屋があるのが少し残念です。場所が少し分かりにくく、コンビニまで徒歩5分くらいかかるが、値段や設備やスタッフなどトータル的に見ると大満足です。

Totally perfect! Location, service, breakfast and especially facilities are new. So everything so good. The thing is the hotel is near the airport. So pretty noisy which is property cannot control sadly. But it ends at 11pm-12am :) thank you so much

- Location: Our driver needed a little time to find the correct location because the hotel lies in a small alley. 5 mins walk to the main street of Nimanhemin but we are ok with it. - The room for 4 is a little bit stuffy because of the bunk bed but room for 3 and 2 are great, very spacious and clean. All of members in our group are happy with their room. - The hotel is going green which is also a good point. Will stay here again if go back to Chiangmai
Twin Room ”
This was my second stay at Kokotel Chiang Mai Nimman hotel, an earlier stay being in late October 2018. We had booked a twin room at Kokotel via Agoda on the day of our arrival into Chiang Mai as we had decided to stay for a night on a whim. Booking Kokotel via Agoda is cheaper than booking with Kokotel directly. If space permits, there is free parking outside the hotel. Our room was clean and huge and the basic essentials were provided. The breakfast was simple and decent - fried noodles, toast, a small condiments spread, sausages, vegetables, ham. Enough to give you a boost of energy to go about your morning. Location-wise, Kokotel is a short 5 minute drive from Chiang Mai Intl Airport. It was so close to the airport that we were able to hear the planes from our room. Although, the sound of the planes taking off / landing did not affect our sleep. Kokotel is also well conveniently located at the Nimman stretch of shops.

Family room is very nice with the bed and paint for Dad, Mom, and kid. Very happy with room designed and arrangement, big room, every bed head has power socket. Clean and comfy. Drinking water is unlimited refill. Sad points is no view for the room since it is facing backside of neighbor apartment. Friendly and helpful staffs.

My compliments to hotel management who decided to replace plastic bottles of water with glass bottles that guests refill themselves in the corridor. This much-needed change saves a lot of plastic. Love the rooms which have lots of space and natural light.

I will start with this hotel has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on other than mine at home, I slept well and didn’t want to get out of bed, lol. This hotel is located in a good location, lots to do with nightclubs everywhere, as close as 1 block away. Good restaurants, coffee shops close by, the location is the best feature of the Kokotel however if your a light sleeper don’t go here, it’s close enough to the airport to hear jets fly by constantly mainly because your on the flight path. This is a new, nice hotel, the staff are the stars of the place, they are so good. Th The buffet breakfast is Asian only, if your looking for Western style meal and not wanting spaghetti for breakfast, go to Salad Concept down the rd for your bacon and eggs because the hotel won’t hear of doing anything more than their Asian spread. No coffee in the rooms, must go downstairs to purchase, a set back in my view. WiFi is up and down, unreliable, can be down for a couple of hours at a time.

ridiculous annoying 600B ($20) charge for "dirty towel"”
quite shocking to get a memo under my door at 11pm castigating me for dirty towel and informing me of the charge. and the ensuing discussion with staff about it - I did not want to ruin my day by arguing with them at length - but one has to wonder what is the motivation for this kind of nonsense! I am a 60plus year old American doctor who doesn't drink or party - hardly the kind to make a mess in my room or (hard to say without laughing) dirty my towel excessively.

my gf and i are very typical tourists and hardly the type to do anything bizarre of unusual with towel so when i got a note saying i will be charged 600B for a dirty towel i could hardly believe it never experienced anything like this in many decades of using hotels
