スタッフの対応悪い、ハウスキーピングがない、ブレックファーストは遅い。最悪のホテル。

WiFiのサービスがなってなかった。全く使えなかったと言って良い。 表示と違うのは困る。

予約したクラスの部屋はなぜ通り沿いのみのうるさい部屋しかない”

予約したクラスの部屋はすべて通り沿いでうるさい。ワイファイで部屋でインターネット出来るはずなのに全然出来ず下のロビーまで行かなければ出来なかった。最終日の午前中（9：30頃）ディスコの店内かと思われる程の爆音で音楽が鳴り響き寝不足になり風邪をひいた。

シティセンターに在るがタクシードライバーは知らなかった。”

ホテルはこじんまりとしている、部屋は清潔感あり夜も静か。隣にレストラン、食堂があり便利、コンビニは近くには無い。朝食はたぶん隣のレストランから運んでいる、トースト、エッグと野菜が少々、物足りないが安いだけに納得。

Family room”

The hotel looks a little older, but everything is in great working order and we were quite satisfied with our stay. The staff was quite helpful too. The wifi pretty much just worked in the lobby, but we were not there to play with our phones... hehe The aircon, hotwater and everything worked great. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. So very satisfactory. A 7-11 a few doors away and plenty of restaurants if you know where to look. We took in a few of Davao's sites and my love met up with some family so all in all a great stay.

Awesome stay”

I loved my stay here in La Anclar. As a solo traveler I felt safe and secured. Also this accommodation is located near jeepney stops where the jeepney routes can take you to sasa wharf (for those who are planning to go to Samal Island), Malls (such as SM Lanang and Abreeza Mall), It is also quite near to Roxas Market, Aldevinco(where you can buy pasalubongs) People's Park, and City Hall. Their rates are affordable too. Their staffs are accommodating and courteous. Great accommodation to stay in. 👍

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!”

Great location, we love the customer service. No hassle and quick check-in. I requested to check-in early since I have a toddler and they allow us to do so without any hassle. We love the breakfast served. Longanisa w/ egg w/ fruits! I have already booked our summer get-away here. Highly recommended.

Practical, no nonsense hotel”

Clean with a friendly and efficient staff. This is a hotel for travellers. You get a complimentary breakfast and room ammenities (no free wifi though). If your intention is to just lounge around the hotel and enjoy its ammenities, then this is not the place for you.

Great for budget accommodation”

Location of this hotel was easy to spot and is just a few steps away from public transportation. There are also convenient stores and places to eat nearby. The room we stayed at was on the 2nd floor and it was clean and comfy.

Great Location”

Short walk going to roxas night market, city hall, san pedro church, davao museum. Lots of restaurant (low price!) in the neighborhood.. staff are great and polite. Clean room and toilet. Free breakfast and best of all, very affordable..

Awesome accommodation!”

The hotel has basic facilities and I never thought that this is a very nice hotel! I was not able to try their free breakfast because it starts at 6:30am and I need to catch up a flight at 8am but still this is highly recommended!

Decent Hometel”

Travelled with 2 friends this month (February). It's a decent place to stay when you are in a budget. They are now renovating the place so I think La Anclar will get even better soon 👍🏼 They have fast wifi and the free breakfast is good. I just hope we could choose what to be served. There are also few police in front of the hometel, which we feel more safe. Will consider booking at this place again if we return to Davao. 👍🏼

Nice location, great value for money”

Location is right smack in Davao Downtown, we walked from here to everywhere: People's Park, museums, etc. It's also pretty close to Luz Kinilaw where the tuna kinilaw and bagaybay are a must-try. Towels and toiletries are provided and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast served consists of a cup of rice, some sauteed vegetables, fruit, egg, and meat of the day (ours was tocino for the first day and fish fillet for the second day). However, in room 207, internet connectivity was an issue - I connected to the wifi and it only said "Obtaining IP address" for hours so I just used my mobile data. Also, there were only two wall plugs in room 207 and the fridge and TV screen and receivers would need to be plugged in there if you need those facilities so there won't be any room for your chargers, etc. - bring an extension cord. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and made our Davao vacation all the more amazing.

Comfort at the right price”

This hotel is justifiably popular, and was fully booked in the period I stayed, so I only managed one night. The room was fully furnished and equipped, quiet and with good aircon unit. No complaints except a slightly unreliable internet connection in the room, a common complaint in the Philippines. Breakfast was only average.

La Anclar Hometel a home for me ”

in two nights staying I felt I am in my house , their staff is like a family members because all my needs address as soon as possible, their place is very near to all you needs especially government office (city hall) bank and restaurant (fast food)

Good hotel for solo and budget travelers.”

All in all, my stay at La Anclar Hometel was pleasant. It is a good place to stay with nice and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, linens were replaced and toiletries replenished daily. Contrary to what was advertised, wifi was not available at my room, but I was provided with a cord to connect through LAN. Their staff is very courteous and helpful too. However, the room assigned to me was at the 4th floor and I had to take 6 flights of stairs because there was no elevator.

Accessible and affordable ”

It’s in the heart of Davao City. Accessible to most tourist spots in the city. It’s also near Roxas Ave where the Night Market is located near Ateneo de Davao University 3 of us booked a family room for 4 and it was a nice stay. There’s WiFi available and the room is clean, same goes for the bathroom. I’m really picky when it comes to toilets and they have clean toilets and working hot and cold shower. Rooms are well-ventilated and there’s Cable TV available. WiFi tends to be weak at night but if you have mobile data to assist you, it’s all good. There’s also free breakfast during our stay so that helped us worry less on the things we need to have during our stay. Overall, the place is accessible, the people are friendly and the stay is really affordable. Excited to see Davao again.

Better book somewhere else”

My mom and I stayed at this hotel because the price is quite cheap. The staffs were a bit unfamiliar with their jobs. Rooms were quite decent but very simple. Toilet needed some thorough cleaning. Well as they say you get what you pay for. Might want to consider somewhere better.
