Stayed in the bungalow then booked more nights but moved inside the building. Both were excellent! The room in the building had slightly better AC and unlimited coffee in the common area which means the world to me! Comfy beds, good hot water, close to beach, food, bars.

clean and nice hotel but location is little noisy”
very nice hotel and I really liked here about everything, only one thing that is not so good is that located on street that have few bars opposite and around. bars keep playing loud music, people shouting and party for quite long after midnight, this is obviously something that hotel cannot control but it's good to know if difficulties to sleep in noisy environment.

we booked sepreme room as it said on agoda comes with kettle and free coffee plus tv with movies ,no”
kettle asked reception they said in 13 years no room ever had coffee our room on 3 Rd floor no English TV channel lift not working asked when lift will work .they said never as hotel being re vamped in 4 months we had Bob Marley so loud windows vibrated till 4 am ,room big bathroom ok,in all if you totally death and are fit and like reading it's ok for you

Very good stay for the money”
It's obviously a budget hotel room but it's clean and spacious. Close to good bars & restaurants I recommend the Jamaican place across the street. Close to beautiful lamai beach. Only thing that wasn't great was there was only a fan so the room was stuffy and I found a cockroach in our room but that's bound to happen in Thailand.

Nice Hotel, but no sleep till 3 a.m”
The hotel is very nice. It's clean and near the beach. Staff is friendly and rooms are big and have a balcony. The only drawback is outside the hotel on the steet. There are 5... let's say "bar's" ... that battle against each other with type of music and volume till 3 a.m. Unfortunately that meant very little sleep for me. So not recommended for bad sleepers
