バンガローは蚊対策必要”

場所はサラダンから結構離れているので、サラダンに行くには交通手段が必要だが、ホテル敷地内のレストランでも食事は可能。バンガローはトイレを作り直し、部屋は狭いがトイレは綺麗。プールも大きめで、家族で楽しめます。ベッドは小さめで蚊帳がありますが、寝相が悪い人は蚊が入ってくる可能性有り。

The worst hotel..I never stay anymore”

タイでは、今までいろんなタイプのホテルに泊まりましたが、ここは一番最低！二度と来ないでしょう。プラエビーチエリアとされてますが、岩だらけのビーチで泳ぐことは出来ません。引潮時は、岩がゴロゴロ、最悪。。プールの深さは浅く、また、掃除をしないから落ち葉がフワフワ浮いてます。また、部屋内にFree,Wi-Fiありとなってても、部屋内はもちろん、バルコニーでも繋がらず。フロントで聞いてみたら、公共場所のみとの事。それもほんのわずかなエリアのみ、バーでも繋がらない。部屋の中は、壊れたＴＶ（砂の嵐）に扉のないクローゼット。ベットルームにゴミ箱なし。フロントに要求したら「トイレ（浴室）の物を使ってください。Extraが必要なら明日」だと！（トイレのゴミ箱って汚物入れでしょ？！、、最悪！！）翌日のハウスキーピングは来ないし、もちろんゴミ箱もなし。２泊予約して代金も支払済でしたが、他のホテルに移りました。無理に泊まってても、気分悪くてせっかくの休日が台無しですから。朝食付きの場合、内容は期待しない方が良いでしょう。冷めたコーヒーが出てきます。

Quite relaxing Resort”

This place is a little gem. The beach bungalows are very nice, the AC works good, the staff is SUPER nice and helpful... the only thing we didn't like was the bed was a little hard. Other than that, i think it's a great place to stay and the value is there for the price.

No service ”

No service, given the wrong room when we arrived and then the manager downgraded us with no compensation, not even free juice to the kids (4 & 7). Breakfast was the worst thing ever. Coffee and three pieces of toast is not breakfast. Big, big party when we arrived until early morning. Don't go to this hotel unless you want to disappoint your travelling partner.

we ordered fan room. but first night we was offered to stay in ac bungalow which was great. fan room was half price and half comfort... next to leaking water tower... so there was constant sound of droping water from 10m high tower. a bit enoying for me... other than that was ok. bar had great atmosphere and restaurant was great, with one of my best pad thais...

Amazing stay”

We arrived quite late and some how there had been some problems with Agoda and we were the 6 th lot of people to arrive without reception having a received our booking from Agoda, we had a triple room booked which was not available. However the reception had been very helpful and professional and quickly came up with a solution while we were enjoying cocktails at the bar. We stayed 3 nights over Christmas and had a fantastic stay. They could however try clear the rubbish bins around the pool area more frequently. The location is terrific and right next to Freedom bar, so we were spoilt with fire shows and great cocktails everyday. Thank you for a great stay

Low season disaster”

I guess it depends what you're looking for, but was pretty bad for a couple looking for a relaxing resort. We had prepaid five days with a non-refundable Agoda deal and stayed only one night, forfeiting the rest of our paid nights. Worst was noise. We didn't know that the bar attached to the resort had parties every Sunday. From 3pm to 3am loud music was blaring all through the resort. Getting very loud after sundown. Even with earplugs it was impossible for me to sleep. They are also doing some renovating during low season so all throughout the day power tools were going. Impossible to relax anywhere on the resort at any time. The staff was unfriendly. The only time the manager paid any attention to us was when we left with our bags after the first night. And his only concern was that we return the key. I explained that we had paid for four more nights and would return the key on checkout day. He said that four other people had checked out early on prepaid nights and never returned the key. Note: he never asked why we were leaving early, asked about our problems or anything- just threatened us with financial punishment if we didn't return the key. The grounds were unkempt. The partial ocean view we paid for in Agoda was completely blocked off by a giant tarp. There was no Oceanside chairs or anything. Just a hole cut in the tarp for beach access. There were rarely any staff around, aside from the construction workers. This is a resort that is basically closed during low season but still takes guests. It seems they just profit off their bar at nights. The room interiors were clean, but did not match the photos on Agoda at all. I was going to stay at least another night, to see if the bar at least was quieter, but the daytime noise was so bad and a quick look on Agoda found us a much better resort nearby at a better price. If you're planning to party a lot, can sleep through noise and don't plan on spending much time at the resort or getting help from the staf

Rooms were nice and clean. Pool area was really good. Restaurant staff was friendly and food was tasty.

a warm welcome, a perfect stay and a warm goodby”

Myself my wife and our two children had a very good stay. The room was clean, ac worked good, we enjoyed swimming and playing in both the pool and at the beach. The restaurant food was greate and the evenings on the beach with all the bars and restaurants lit up with cosy lanterns and lights, nice without making it look exploited or overly touristic, was simply amazing. We made several day trips by kayak, car and boat. The hotel staff and owner were very helpful in making trip arrangements.

great position”

Right on the beach and our B1 bungalow was in a nice quiet position too. And lovely garden outlook. As the moon parties at the bar can be noisy. Lack of beach deck chairs but you do have mats. But no shade. Some neighbouring resorts have a few. Pool is nice but PH is all wrong so eye stinging if you open them underwater BUT that was same in our other resort. Good breakfast. Good friendly staff. Good value.

Had a good stay, room was clean, shower was warm. Right on the beach, nice relaxing area at restaurant, good massage.

My stay with kids”

I came in group with small kids. The environment quite nice with pool. The restaurant offers various kind of food and delicious too but the staff is not friendly. Bathroom is not properly maintained. Overall, I give 3/5 star.

Manager possibly rudest man in Thailand”

I stayed here for 2 nights and was glad when I left. Wifi patchy, manager the grumpiest man in Thailand, so many better options for single travellers. Lanta riviera boutique is next door, cheaper and way better!

Easy and nice hotel”

This sympathic bungalow complex was everything we hoped for. Super nice staff helped with everything. We borented a scooter from hotel and also booked a snorkling trip wit help of staff. Also massage area at hotel is great an ladies working there are sweet. Our bungalow has a good ac and fan. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom is modest but clean and functional. Loved the view and atmosphere at hotel area. During tide was low the rock bottom of sea was harsh but the pool saved situation. We took bunglaw with inclusive breakfast which was basic fruit, toast, egg thing. I would recommend Emerald to my friends and to all you other travelers out there

Great stay”

Had a great stay, although the room I booked was called 'standard fan bungalow' but it was a block of rooms. Room was big and clean but facilities were lacking slightly, a fridge would have been perfect. The restaurant was reasonable prices with good food. And we loved the Freedom Bar. Overall was a good stay and would happily return!

Great place to chill out”

I had a good stay. If you wanna chill out an do more or less nothing this is the place. Staff is present but also relaxed and friendly. Wifi is bad, but you're able to check mail at least. Seems like if you're closer to the pool you are closer to wifi. There's a nice massage place also and it's located close to a vegetarian restaurant who also makes great vegan food! I recommend this place!
