タクシーの拾いにくい場所です”

トイレットペーパーが補充されて無かった事が10日間程のうちに3回、タオル交換がされて無かった事が2回、フィリピンはマニラ、セブ、ダバオ 他の東南アジアも含めて何十回と旅をしましたがこんな事ははじめてです、呆れました。2度と泊まることはありません！

新しく気持ちの良いホテル”

フロントもいつも明るく笑顔で対応してくれてとても良い印象を受けました。 いろいろと不便だとか書かれていますが、このホテルのコストパフォーマンスは 一番だと思われます。 シャワーのお湯も潤沢に出ますし、唯一wifiが部屋では入らない程度で、 その他は申し分ありませんでした。

スタッフの対応が良かった”

スタッフが行きたいお店の名前を言うと場所を 電話で調べてくれた。 シャワーが水しか出ないのでお湯が出ればよかったです。

場所は下町っぽい”

なにより値段が安かったが、夜ついたので「ここっ？」ていく感じでした。舗装されていない感じもびびりましたが1泊だったのでまあこんな感じかというホテルです。バックパッカーにしたらまあまあの宿かもしれません

Bathroom sink was clogged with defective faucet. We requested for a thicker curtain but they can't provide. Internet is very slow

Reality did not meet expectation”

This was referred to me by a friend due to its location. Outside its good location, everything else was below average. The picture on Agoda was different from the actual room given to me. The picture had two beds while the room only had a single bed with pull-out. The room was simple, aircon was not functioning well, and the CR stinks of pee (this was even upon check-in). Also, no elevators on the building but the staff won't assist in carrying your luggage unless you ask them. Overall, I believe I can find better accommodation at lower rate.

A little bit run down and its bathroom is so small. Need to upgrade its furniture. Its clean and well maintained.

Disappointing”

The price in Agoda is much expensive compared when you book on the hotel itself which is unacceptable. The staff is not that accomodating when we had our late check in although we let them know in advance.The room had cockroach,no extra towels to use,suite has kitchen but no utensils to use whatsoever.We almost paid 2 extra nights because the front desk staff wrongly calculated our stay.No apologies made.Good to check the breakdown of prices before paying.All in all pretty awful experience.Not going back to this hotel.

Cozy Little Hotel in the Middle of the City”

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, Las Casitas II is located very near malls and restaurants. What I love about this hotel: 1. Friendly and efficient staff. The place is a well-oiled machine because of them. 2. Location. Everywhere I want to go is just one ride away. 3. Room is simple, clean, and comfortable. Can't hear the noise outside. 4. Food, oh glorious FOOD! There's a tiny cafe on the ground floor area. They serve great food. I love the ham and cheese French toast, mozzarella poppers, and Thai iced tea.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. They upgraded us for a night since their system wasn't able to record my 2 reservations. Rooms are clean. We were able to roam around the city since the location is near a major street. Only thing I'd like to point out is we almost got lost; it's called "Las Casitas de Angela II" in Agoda while the sign outside the hotel is "Las Casitas Inn II".

When we arrive at our room, the bathroom was dirty and it seems like someone just used it, empty shampoo sachets, soap and trash bins are scattered

Some of the lights were not wotking. TV needs remote control and bidet or dipper for the bathroom

The room was very dark. Likely to hide the dirt. No hot water. Just a terrible hotel. I suggest one go with an international budget chain hotel. Eventually these low class places will be forced out of business. On leaving they asked me to wait as they checked the room. I waited and waited. They never bothered telling me I could leave. Just a third world hotel.
