Very nice private beach with good sand - Good rooms. Nice pool and facilities. Nice food at the restaurant except bread at morning which seems to be at least one day old. Restaurant staff dont pay enough atention during breakfast and dinner. Wait for glasses often run out of plate. In the evenings it sometimes difficult to get in touch with the waiters. But all in all very goog value for money.

Stayed here 1 day/night as had a wedding to attend. Room was huge. Bed very comfy and shower/bath facilities excellent. Would highly recommend for couples but maybe not for a family.

Location isnt close to the maintown but really suitable for those travellers who would like to have a quality quiet moment. Also, better have a better arramgement on transportation by your own. Although hotel has great service on that but must be a bit higher than other private one. Of course service and security are better with you order through hotel. I definitely would like to stay again. Special thanks to Patrick and Kai at the front desk, their lovely welcome smile all the time and kindness helpful are really impressive.

Very great hotel in Phuket and suitable for couple or family for vacation and relax. Staff are very thoughtful and helpful. But recommended that should take the location into your consideration as you have to spend an hour to Patong or Khao Lak even you drive by yourself. Food quality can be improved.

Very poor management”
Never have I been so fed up with the management of a hotel. The duplex suite allocated to us was poorly maintained with two large pieces of broken glass, one in the balcony and one in the staircase. The so called duplex suite was in fact two small rooms connected by a semi-public non-airconditioned staircase. People outside the building and in the hallway could see and hear you so noise and privacy could be a problem. The airconditioning in the upper room was so weak that it was impossible to stay in the afternoon. They refused to change the room for us so we ended up cancelled two out of three nights we booked with the help of Agoda customer service (which was very helpful and professional). Might be because of this the female manager decided to give us a hard time by withdrawing the promise of late check-out and charging us Baht 2,300 for a taxi to our next hotel in Phuket. We were glad that we left early and will never return. A hotel that treats their guests as enemies is a negative asset in the hospitality industry.
