市内からも徒歩で散歩感覚でホテルまで。街もそれほど大きくなく、観光と食事で最後は寝心地の良いベットと最初から最後まで良い旅行となりました。駅からもすごく近く、周りにもレストランも多くあり困ることはありません。

スタッフの対応が最悪でした。顧客に対する姿勢に尊敬の意が全く見られず、見下しているように思われました。また、ホスピタリティも感じられません。 色々トラブルばかりで、私達だけではなかったようです。トラブルに対する対応もおざなりになっており、放置されたままで、対応されませんでした。 エジンバラはとても良いところでしたが。 今までに宿泊したホテルの中で1番最悪のホテルです。口コミを参考にすれば良かったです。皆さんには絶対にオススメしません！

PERFECT Stay!”
ROOM Very spacious, well-furnished, well-lit, comfortable bed, and a room with a great view. Toilet and bath was not cramped and allowed for mobility. What more could you ask for? LOCATION a 3-minute walk to the Haymarket Rail AND Tram Stations. Very convenient if you are arriving or leaving by train as this connects to the major Waverley station taking you anywhere in the UK. The Tram station is for nearby attractions 10 minutes away (Princes Street, New Town, Golden Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Old Town, among others). Bus stops are 3 to 5-minute walks from the hotel as well. STAFF The staff are very friendly and even upgraded us to a bigger room. Breakfast was superb and hearty and offered numerous options, from traditional Scottish dishes to more international choices.

We were actually a Father and Son duo sharing a twin room, which was really comfortable, I slept like a brick, which is quite unusual. Dining facilities were superb, with a really tasty menu, we decided to eat at the hotel rather than going to a restaurant, mainly because the food was so much better. The Breakfast buffet had something for everyone and as much as you could eat, I would give this hotel more than five stars and would happily stay there again.

Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished and properly heated! plus there was a coffee machine in each room! We also needed to keep our luggages at the hotel as we left for a few days for a highland tour, and the staffs were very understanding to keep our luggages for us! The location was also very accessible (direct bus) to the airport. Highly recommend to all travellers :)

The reception staff were very helpful on arrival. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful (buffet style) and gave the option of cooked Scottish or continental. Dishes were replaced as appropriate. The location is ideal for the visitor to Edinburgh; convenient for transport to all attractions and for access to Haymarket Station which is two minutes walk.

Hotel was in a great location. Bed was super comfy. Room was very clean. My only comment would be to get some ice machines (even tho you can get ice from the bar) and maybe some vending machines. The small snack fridge is very expensive. Will definitely stay again tho! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From leaving Haymarket station it’s a few minutes walk to the hotel, once checked in we walked about a 10-15 minute walk the other way and we’re in the heart of the city centre. Well worth walking as you pass the time looking at the beautiful architecture and also at the castle as it gets closer to you through the shops! The hotel is fat enough away from the hussle and bustle of the shops but close enough to be within walking distance to most places. Will definitely return.

lovely room bit further from centre of city”
king size room with fridge very clean but not able to book into room till 4 but could leave case the room was super clean except someone left a can of opened pop on bench an oversight i think. if you dont mind walking it takes 30 mins to waverley. staff provided plenty teabags at desk and seemed pleasant

Nice Hotel near EICC”
Pros: very nice hotel near EICC where our training was conducted. It was also a short walk going to royal mile. Facilities are okay. No slippers and toothbrush as they support environmental sustainability. But you can request if you need one. Cons: elevator is quite slow.

A Royal stay with a champagne on arrival!”
My Aunty and I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh Haymarket in August as we were visiting Edinburgh! We had a great time. We were greeted with friendly staff and complimentary champagne on arrival which we thought was great. We sat in the lobby in these huge novelty throne-like chairs which made for great photos whilst sipping on our champagne! Our room was spacious and clean. We loved the wallpaper featuring the blackfaced sheep (so cute!) and the painting in our room of Edinburgh. The shower was nice and came with fancy little bottles of shampoos and body gels. We treated ourselves to the buffet breakfast which was good. It featured hot and cold items and even catered for gluten free. The location was great. It was so easy to walk to the bus stops nearby. All within about 4 minutes which took us to the centre of Edinburgh in less than 10 minutes. There are plenty of pubs and places to eat around the hotel and at the hotel too. The area was good and not noisy or anything.

We were visiting family for the weekend, great location, can’t comment on facilities as we didn’t use any. We would definitely book again, price was great!
