I highly recommend it”
The location is excellent as it is out of the London congestion zone and near to tourist attraction few minutes by taxi Staff: The staff are very friendly and helpful Breakfast: it has much variety Room: the family rooms are large and it was the largest I have seen in the UK Car Parking: This hotel is excellent and the only issue is the car parking is so expensive daily charge is 33 pounds and 2 to 3 minutes walks there is a car park they only charge you 15 pounds I hope the hotel management to consider reducing the parking daily rate
Would highly recommend this hotel.”
Pros - family room sizeable (especially for central London) for parents with two young children, stayed 9 nights didn’t feel claustrophobic. Comfortable beds and good use of space. Includes a bath tub which is a huge plus! Very good service, my pram was stuck on the first day and the bell boy came up with a screw driver to help repair it. Received complimentary welcome chocolates for the kids and a nice note from housekeeping every evening which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!’

Fab hotel we like it for our friends reunion , great staff, good food and swimming pool just a fab hotel thanks everyone we had another great stay x
Great location & room”
The location is near to the tube station and Primrose Hill. Taxis always available outside. Really helpful staff and great size room. Everything you need, except for a mini bar but am sure they would stock it if you asked. Will definitely stay again.
Surcharge rip of all marked with the e price then get bilwith it added, bad news I refused to pay it”
Food was rubbish
Outstanding service provided upon check-in and check out by concierge team. ”
We were surprised and felt warm that concierge team have provided us a bottle of water each upon check in especially after we were tired from dragged our luggages all the way from train station to hotel. Hotel dinner and breakfast is good. F&B service staff are always approachable. Only Front office staff might need to improve efficiency of their check in and check out process.
would love to stay in this hotel”
book from family room, it is spacious, about 5 minutes walk to underground subway, friendly staff
A nice family hotel with great location.”
A hotel with great staff, delivering wonderful service. Special shoutout to Kathy, Marina & Remi for helping to arrange our connecting rooms which made our family holiday a little more special. The only slight downside for us was that the bathroom conditions were a little dated. Everything else was great.
not far from train station, friendly staff, definitely will stay in this hotel again
Nice room but just a minor cleanliness issue ”
Overall is good and worth to stay. Room is spacious
High standard but car park expensive ”
Good location and nice room.
Spacious room for a large family. Good location and close to the swiss cottage tube station
I visited the hotel with my husband and son. The hotel is perfect- it’s clean, the staff is very polite and always ready to help, it’s five minutes from the tube, the room is big and pleasant. I would definitely come back!!!!!
Long weekend ”
Nicely located, clean me comfortable with a good bar
Nice hotel, great location, far too expensive, and a couple of other problems too.”
The hotel is way way overpriced. We got a great deal through Agoda. We enquired about coming back a week later and the price was over double! The room was nice, and it was clean. The swimming pool, which was important to us, is very difficult for serious swimming as it has stairs leading into it the full width of the shallow side which, at the bottom of the stairs, was a mere 60 cms deep. Also on the last day the water temperature was about 33 degrees, which made swimming for a workout basically impossible. My wife was stuck in the lift. When no-one answered the emergency intercom, she phoned me from her mobile. I phoned reception and they responded tat they would send someone to me. I said, "You didn't listen to what I said. Send someone to lift because it is stuck between floors!" After a few minutes they got my wife out. The concierge come by with a plate of fruit for my wife "for the inconvenience caused".
Pretty Typical Marriott and one bad experience”
Booked a room through Agoda with breakfast. Because there have been problems in the past with what is booked and what information the hotel gets I took screen shots. When I arrived the hotel didn’t have me for breakfast. Even after seeing the screen shots and looking st my receipts they didn’t refused to honor it. It was pretty unbelievable for a large hotel chain like Marriott to treat the customer like that especially when they have good evidence that a mistake was made.
Beware parking scam”
I think the parking in the hotel is ridiculously expensive. And for tourists new to driving in london, no forewarning was made about the parking rates. The parking came up to almost 40 pounds a day. Although we knew in advance that parking was expensive in London, I think being a hotel guest - such rates shouldn't apply. Thankfully the staff gave a little discount, but still.
Conveniently located close to Swiss Cottage Underground station on Jubilee line. Very good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Supermarket, coffee shops and stores nearby, good for families
Nearly perfect ”
This was the first time at this Marriott, everything was perfect except the £50 per night charge for our dog. We were not told about this charge when booking and how can the hotel justify this amount?
wonderful staffs, clean room, n cntemporary room design. walking distance to tube station. definitely will come back again.
