エキストラベッドの追加可否は、ルームタイプにより異なります。各ルームタイプ欄の記載をお確かめください。ルームタイプの欄にエキストラベッド追加のオプションが提示されていない場合は、エキストラベッドの追加はできません。
お子さまは年齢に関わらずご宿泊いただけます。
添い寝の場合は宿泊無料です。ベビーベッド（有料）をご使用いただくよう、宿泊施設より直接ご案内する場合があります。なお、利用可否は空き状況によります。
エキストラベッドをお申し込みください。エキストラベッドのご利用には、別途料金のお支払いが必要となります。

☆宿泊施設に関する注意事項
・千葉県より宿泊者情報の提出が義務付けられております。ご宿泊者様名、ご住所、ご職業、国籍をご回答願います。
・宿泊施設建物内は全室禁煙です。テラス入口に灰皿のご用意がございますので、テラスにて喫煙願います。
・宿泊施設敷地内での花火は、出来ません。ただし、近くの公園で花火が出来ますので、当施設のバケツに水を入れ持参して、花火をお楽しみ下さい。
・BBQセット、焚き火台の持ち込みは、可能です。持ち込み費用は、無料とさせていただきます。
・宿泊施設敷地の外であっても、打ち上げ花火、ロケット花火等は絶対にしないでください。
大音量での音楽鑑賞、他人、地域住民への迷惑行為は絶対にしないでください。また、20時以降のBBQは禁止ではありませんが、大きな声での会話はご遠慮ください。公序良俗に反する行為は固くお断りします。ゲスト様の節度あるご利用をお願いいたします。
・芝生を傷めるような行為をしないで下さい。芝生でのペットの排泄や火気使用、ゴルフのアプローチ練習等はおやめください。また、庭の木々や花、室内の観葉植物を傷付けないでください。
・宿泊者以外の出入りを固く禁じます。もしそのような事実が認められた場合は、宿泊の有無を問わず当該宿泊日料金設定の追加金額を現地にてお支払いいただきます。
・未成年者のみの当宿泊施設の利用を固くお断りします。
・当宿泊施設及び敷地に損害があった場合は、お客様の故意、過失にかかわらずその損害を保証していただきます。
・宿泊代金には光熱費用（電気、ガス、水道）は含まれていますが、社会通念上、常識を超えた過度の使用が あった場合は、別途請求させていただきます。
・当宿泊施設内での事故、病気、けが、盗難、紛失等が発生しても責任は負いかねます。貴重品の管理におかれましてもお客様の責任のもと管理を徹底してください。
・当施設はご宿泊を目的とする利用のみとさせていただきます。営業目的のムービー撮影等は原則禁止事項とさせていただきます。もしご宿泊以外での利用をご希望の場合は、事前に目的、使用期間等を明らかにしていただき検討させていただきますのでご相談ください。
・お客様の違反行為が発覚した場合、宿泊を停止させていただくと共に、宿泊代の返金はしません。また今後の当宿泊施設のご利用をお断りさせていただきます。
・チェックイン時間は厳守してください。大幅に遅れる場合は、ホストまでお電話でご連絡願います。チェックアウト時は原状回復でお願いします。（備品の持ち帰り厳禁）チェックアウトの延長は、12時までと致します。チェックイン時か、前日の22時までにホスト迄ご連絡願います。チェックアウト時間を過ぎる場合は30分ごとに延長料金を請求させて頂きます。
・お忘れ物にご注意ください。お忘れ物の郵送をご希望の場合は手数料及び郵送料をご負担いただきます。
なお、お忘れ物に関して、チェックアウト日から一週間ご連絡がない場合は、処分いたします。
・家の中では靴を脱ぎ、客室はきれいにご使用ください。また布団を汚してしまった場合、クリーニングが必要になりますのでクリーニング代金を頂戴します。
・ストーブは就寝時には必ず消火してください。
ペットご同伴に関する注意事項
・ワンちゃんは大型犬1頭までOKです。ゲージをご持参いただき、室内ではゲージに入れてください。室内ではゲージの外へ出さず芝生でのみ、ワンちゃんとの触れ合いをお願いします。
・芝生上での排泄は芝生が枯れる原因となるため、おやめください。排泄に関してはゲージ内でお願いします。おしっこシートは、必ずご持参願います。
・ご同伴されるワンちゃんは、飼い主様の責任と管理のもとで行動を共にして下さい。万一お連れしたワンちゃんの原因による事故、近隣住民の方への損害が発生した場合や、滞在中の怪我、逃走、死亡事故等が発生しても、私共は一切の責任を負いかねます。
・ワンちゃんのゲージは、玄関を入ってすぐの茶色のマット部分に置いてください。
・室内犬として躾けがされており、トイレマナーの徹底、無駄吠え、施設破壊をしないことが宿泊可能なワンちゃんです。室外犬はご宿泊になれません。
・5日以内にシャンプーを済ませるなど、ノミ・マダニ駆除対策をして下さい。
・生理中、近々に生理になるおそれのあるワンちゃんは、マナーパンツを履くな どの適切なご配慮をお願いします。
・狂犬病の予防接種証明書をご持参下さい。皮膚疾患その他疾病に伝染しているワンちゃんは宿泊できません。周辺の動物病院：そとぼう動物病院、いすみ動物病院、アフィネ動物病院
・芝生庭内ではご自由に遊ぶことができます。ただし、飼い主様の監督下にないワンちゃんの一人遊び、お留守番は絶対におやめください。
・万一ワンちゃんに粗相があった場合は、早急な飼い主様の対応をお願いします。またチェックアウトの際には必ずその事実を私共にご報告願います。
・室内に抜け毛等を残さず、必ず後始末をして下さい。
・浴室、外洗い場でのシャンプー、およびトリミング行為を絶対にしないで下さい。室内に入るときは、外洗い場で、足を洗うか、ふいてください。
・万一ワンちゃんによる損害（外壁、室内壁、床へのひっかき傷、ソファーの汚れ、その他 等）が生じた場合は実費を請求させていただきます。
ゴミに関する注意事項
・ご使用されたトイレットペーパーは、便器の中に捨ててください。トイレットペーパー以外のものは、流さないでください。
・ゴミの分別にご協力ください。可燃ごみ、ペットボトル、缶・びんは、所定のゴミ箱に捨ててください。

*Attention regarding accommodations
Smoking is not permitted in any of the accommodation buildings. Please bring your own portable ashtray and smoke on the terrace.
Fireworks, bonfires, aroma candles, and firearms (BBQ stoves, charcoal grills, lanterns, etc.) are not allowed in the accommodation facilities.
Please do not use fireworks, rocket fireworks, etc., even outside of the accommodation premises.
Please do not listen to loud music and do not disturb other people or local residents. Also, although BBQ is not prohibited after 8:00 p.m., please refrain from loud conversations. Acts that offend public order and morals are strictly prohibited. We ask that guests please use the facilities in a moderate manner.
Please do not engage in any activities that may damage the lawn. Please do not defecate on the lawn, use fire, or practice golf approaches. Please do not damage the trees, flowers, or indoor plants in the garden.
The entrance and exit of guests other than the guests is strictly prohibited. If such an incident is found, you will be asked to pay an additional amount of the daily room rate regardless of whether or not you are staying overnight.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using this accommodation.
In the event of any damage to the accommodation or the premises, the guest shall indemnify the hotel for such damage regardless of whether it is intentional or negligent.
The room charge includes utilities (electricity, gas, and water), but in the event of excessive use of utilities that is beyond the bounds of common sense, the guest will be billed separately.
We are not responsible for any accidents, illness, injury, theft, loss, etc. that may occur in our accommodations. Please take full responsibility for the management of your valuables.
Please note that this facility is only for overnight stays. In principle, filming for business purposes is prohibited. If you wish to use the facility for purposes other than lodging, please contact us in advance to clarify the purpose and period of use.
If you are found to be in violation of this policy, your stay will be suspended and the accommodation fee will not be refunded. We will also refuse your use of our accommodation in the future.
Please be on time for check-in. If you are running late, the host may change the check-in time. When you check out, please restore the room to its original condition. (Please do not take any equipment home with you.) If check-out time is exceeded, you will be charged an extra hourly fee. Please be careful of lost and found items. If you wish to have your lost and found mailed to you, we will charge you for the handling and mailing fees.
Please take off your shoes inside the house and use the guest rooms neatly. If you soiled the bedding, it will need to be cleaned and you will be charged for the cleaning fee.
Please make sure to turn off the stove when you go to bed.
Precautions for bringing pets
Up to one large dog is allowed. Please bring your own gage and keep your dog in the gage when indoors. Please do not let your pets out of their cages indoors, and only interact with them on the lawn.
Please do not defecate on the lawn as it may cause the lawn to wither. Please keep your dogs in their gauges when defecating. Please be sure to bring your own pee sheet.
Please be sure to bring your own pee sheet. We will not be responsible for any accidents, damage to neighbors, injuries, escapes, or deaths that may occur during your stay due to your dog's presence.
Please place your dog's gauge on the brown mat immediately after entering the front door.
Please make sure that your dog is well trained as an indoor dog, has good toilet manners, does not bark, and does not destroy the facilities. Outdoor dogs are not allowed to stay.
Please shampoo your dog within 5 days and take measures to eliminate fleas and ticks.
If your dog is menstruating or will soon be menstruating, please wear mannequin pants or take other appropriate precautions.
Please bring your dog's rabies vaccination certificate. Dogs with skin diseases or other contagious diseases are not allowed to stay. Veterinary hospitals nearby: Sotobo Veterinary Hospital, Isumi Veterinary Hospital, Affine Veterinary Hospital
Dogs are allowed to play freely in the lawn. However, please do not allow dogs to play alone or stay unattended without the supervision of their owners.
In the unlikely event that your dog has behaved roughly, we ask that you take immediate action. Please be sure to report this fact to us when you check out.
Please do not leave any loose hair in the room.
Please do not shampoo or trim hair in the bathroom or outside washing area. When entering the room, please wash or wipe your dog's feet in the outside washing area.
In the event of any damage caused by your dog (scratches on the exterior walls, interior walls, or floors, stains on sofas, etc.), you will be charged the actual cost of the damage.
Notes on garbage
Please dispose of used toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Please separate garbage. Please dispose of combustible garbage, PET bottles, cans and bottles in the designated garbage bins.

今年、日本全国大寒波到来の二月の週に、夏は海水浴場としても有名な海近くの別荘地にて、犬も一緒に滞在。さすが冬は温暖として知られる御宿・勝浦、この辺りは、日本が大寒波でも昼はあたたかく、車でたった1分で着く大原・御宿ゴルフコースでは太平洋の色が映える青空の下で気持ちよくプレー。近辺はゴルフ場が多いので、我が家は日替わりで別のゴルフクラブに行って『千葉ゴルフ天国』を満喫しました。そしてこの美しい植物に囲まれた一棟貸し別荘で、ゆったり心も体も休めて最高の休暇でした。調理器具も全て美しく整理整頓され揃っているので、地元のスーパーで美味しい食材を買ってきて調理し、地産地消の醍醐味を味わう毎日。オーナーさんがとてもご親切で、近くの美味しいイタリアン・レストラン「チョイス」まで送迎してくださり、外食も夫婦で楽しくお酒を飲ませていただきました。清潔で細やかなケアの行き届いた静かな別荘、人に教えてしまうと大人気で今後もう予約が取れなくなってしまいそうな…そんな予感がする、とてもステキな民泊体験でした！次回は異なる季節、夏に滞在してみたいです。
