There valet service is the worst ! They kept my car on by the door for around 1:30 hours !”
They are very irresponsible ! I had an incident with my car and the duty manger did not handle it well . All she did is to check the cameras and confirm what happend with a cold apology . My car was on for 1:30 hours and i saw it because my room was facing the valet parking . When i faced them they denied it until I requested to check to cameras .

I highly recommend that if there are wedding party their guests should not enter from the same hotel guests door, We wait for auch long time to giving & taking our car to the valet. Also my wife asked the staff to put some flowers on the bed during our absence for celebrating my “birthday” Feb 9th and they promised her that they will do it and when we return back nothing was there!

The hotel staff were so kind and very accommodating. They how to be professional and they would always put on a smile. I would recommend this hotel to be one of the best 5 star hotel that I have visited. It's a best place to spend time with your family and the food is fine with me. Overall, I give it a two thumbs up. Exquisite Property with Lackluster Staff”
If going by the property alone, this place boasts some of the most exquisite amenities one could desire. The staff, unfortunately did not seem to care about our needs. We were allocated a room that did not match our selected room description (ocean view) and were instead given a pool view room. We are normally not too picky, but asked to be moved as the noise from the very busy pool permeated even through the double glazed balcony windows and were often a nuisance. Despite the staff's efforts to move us to the room category that we booked, we were shown another room with a view of a generator. We chose the least obnoxious of the two options and stuck with the noisy pool view room.

Nice and luxurious hotel with great pool and beach area. Note that the hotel is on Pearl Island, which is a bit far from the city and airport but it is a destination within its own. Staff friendly and polite. Definitely worth the money paid.

I was absolutely unhappy when the hotel's night manager gave me a deluxe suite which is of a lower category than what I have booked and confirmed, that is a grand deluxe suite.. He even said, "Well, if you have booked directly with us, I could have given you the Grand Deluxe Suite" but you have booked it elsewhere." "Anyway, this is also a very good suite". He had decided that a deluxe suite is good enough for me.!!
Location, restaurants and room were amazing! Service on the other hand were somehow disappointing...Had a "hotel jumping" in 10 days at luxury hotels and were not satisfied with service. No one helps”

The house keeping employees took the liberty of taking our bags from the rooms we staid in. And after complaining to desk manager, he only apologized without any promise to improve the situation.
