The Best Budget Hotel”
Nginep disini 3 malem, everything is perfect! Room's not really big but super homey and comfortable. AC and hot water works well. All staff is super friendly also. Location is good and lots of culinary around hotel. Definetely will be back again for my next trip to Surabaya! Good job Maxone Hotel Dharmahusada!

Location is good, near bebek sinjay and warung Bu Rudy. No issue with cleanliness and staff hospitality. Overall is good. Worh the money.

Mosquitoes ”
This was the 2nd time I stayed here. The first time was good, the room was a lil small, but ok for only one night. The 2nd time, I was at 8th floor, the room was a lil bit bigger than the 1st time. Some stains on the blankets and sheets, which I didn’t mind. But I found a mosquito, luckily I got it. I thought safe for tonight. But I woke up at midnight and found out a very itchy ‘stain’ on my skin. So, there was another one. I couldn’t get it until we left the hotel. Afterall, nice hotel.

If you are on budget but still want to book a room in a hotel. This hotel is the right decision. The facilities are nice and enough for solo or business traveler.

The decent value you can get”
Located near the city center make it convenient to commute everywhere. You could also easily find local street food stalls and restaurants near the hotel which is another value-added for your stay. The hotel facilities are also good. It has a coffee shop and restaurant which offer good coffee and food at a reasonable price. It also has a rooftop cafe where you could enjoy a night cityscape of Surabaya, but in my opinion, the management needs to improve its layout and interior. The room facilities and amenities are good and clean. The only downside for me was the room entertainment where it offers limited tv channels. Overall, I recommend this hotel and will consider another stay in the future.

Albeit the room is pretty small, its very clean! There is no mini fridge though. Location is also very strategic - beside a supermarket and souvenirs shop. There are also many good food around. Downsides are the towels feel old and worn out and the soundproof is pretty bad, could hear footsteps in the corridor and noises from the opposite room.

It brings back memories of staying in this hotel as I was born in this city and now work in Jakarta. The hotel has great views and near the hotel, there were many local street foods. The room size is not too spacious if you bring young kids and add an extra bed. Overall is good to stay in this hotel.
