2時にホテル着で、部屋の準備が出来ていなく1.5h待たされた。 ディナーの注文は手配漏れがあり3品中1品しか来なかった。 子供のToyの在庫が無く購入出来なかった。 海はそこまで透明感が無く残念だった。 値段の割にはスタッフの教育が出来てなくとても友達にはオススメ出来ないホテルだった。

The Best Resort in Thailand ”
The hotel facility was perfect. Room condition was perfect. Great Location. Very clean and Nice swimming pool. A nice restaurant with a wonderful food and view. Just want to say it was so so perfect staying here. For the most, the staffs are so so kind and they are professional. (My son got a small accident, they did a great treatment there and they took us to the hospital immediately. I felt so glad I was staying in that hotel.) Just want to say again, It was the best hotel not only in Koh Samui, but in Thailand.

Memorable vacation in Koh Samui ”
The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of spacious rooms with smart modern design with a touch of the marine ambiance and great balconies for a nice drink, reading or a short afternoon nap. You can also indulge yourself and take your bath in a smart bathtub right there at the balcony. Rooms are always facing the long running lazy pool view towards the sea. The staff is so amazing that you just do not want to leave the place as they pamper you and make you feel good to be there. It is fantastically located in a quiet idyllic bay and in the same time closer to the pier to take boats or ferries for day islands trips or magnificent restaurant choices and other great attractions such as the lay back Fisherman village. We enjoyed the complementary activities offered every day including Yoga, Aqua Gym, Paddle Surf and Kayak. Breakfast buffet is just unbelievable My family love the place and we definitely plan to come back soon

Staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious ! Now during covid-19period led hotel to be so peaceful, it is good for vacation when you need to take a break from work. Both interior and exterior are instagrammable. Moreover, the room is clean and swimming pool is big and beautiful. This fit with family with young children and couple. To sum up, this worth the value of money!

This Hotel is very nice and the whole stuff extremly friendly. The Pool looks exactly like on the pictures and its directly at the beach. The beds are super comfortable. This is my first time to stay in Melia group of hotel. I am impressed with this hotel because they have very friendly staffs, great facilities, pools are everywhere! Has it own beach area. The rooms and hotel atmosphere looked new and modern. I spent 2 nights here and did not feel bore at all. Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. Food are also good. Love the breakfast! I will come back to this hotel for sure!

The staff truly have outdone themselves from the moment of checkin to checkout. Every aspect of my stay was perfect. One small comment would be the lack of English movie channels or the tv being unable to connect to an iPad or iPhone so I could stream Netflix.

For the price, Melia is the best 5-Star value on Koh Samui. The staff is very attentive and the grounds are impeccably designed and maintained. Property is amazing and staff extremely attentive. Pool is beautiful and the grounds impeccable. Resort is located on an amazing beach. The beach is 100x's nicer than Chaweng. Breakfast buffet is the best I've had living in multiple hotels for three months throughout Thailand.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is really beautiful and sits on a very nice beach. The breakfast was delicious, but is served in the lobby instead of sea side. Very nice Place!

I initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 2 weeks - everything here is very high quality - beds are just the right firmness with high quality linen, good aircon, good noise insulation and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The beach and pool area is great too.
