ホテルはメコン川沿いに位置しており、世界最大の滝であるコーン滝からわずか2km以上の距離にあります。広々とした現代的な客室を手頃な価格で提供しています。レストランでは良質で手頃な価格の中華料理を楽しめます。しかし、英語が堪能なスタッフはあまり多くありません。

私たちはオフシーズンのため、ヴィラにアップグレードされました。ポジティブな態度と問題解決能力を持つキョウさんとアイリスさんに感謝します。 それから、定期的なメンテナンスのために木の床の状態を定期的にチェックする必要があると思います。暑くて乾燥した空気のため、チェックインしたとき、床の一部の角が歪んでいました、特にドアの近く（温度変化の影響を大きく受けた場所）です。 もう一つ、このホテルの規模にとってかなり重要なことのように思えますが、オフシーズンに来たためか、私たちが利用した部屋は完全に家具が揃っていましたが、部屋の周りにほこりやクモの巣（そんなに多くはありません）が見受けられました。ゲストを部屋に入れる前に、もっと準備を整える必要があると思います。
