Quiet location, friendly staff”

I liked the location, tucked away in a quiet dead end street, but easy walking distance to the train or bus station...very friendly staff...ok room with quiet but powerful air-conditioning, flatscreen tv, fridge/minibar, everything you need!

Terrible”

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. The room was clean and for the price I was initially pleased. However, both on the Saturday and Sunday night I stayed at the Metro, my family and I were all kept up by the nearby nightclub music/noise until 2.30am!!!!! I will never stay here again. Next time I am in Thung Song I will stay at a different hotel.

Not exactly as advertised”

There is no spa. Never has been. And no restaurant, except the meager breakfast but nothing else in house. The area it’s in is not really booming with choices either aside from street food. However very comfortable accommodations if your looking to be in the area specifically and have a vehicle or desire to head else where for meals etc.

Bad hotel with bad customer services ”

When we arrived the front reception was friendly or smile at all, I thought Thailand was the land of smile . Our room which I booked was a deluxe double which was very small and the toilet didn’t smell great at all and there was leak in the toilet and customer services was the worst I ever came upon in my life . I’ve being travelling for 10 years and this hotel should improve there hotel policy or sack the staff at front reception and hire new staff. Who has great customers services and friendly is very important in the hotel hospitality.

Great new hotel. In city center. Friendly staff. Great, fast wifi. Comfy bed!! Unbeatable for the price!! Compatible with any 4 -5 Star hotel without all the bars and restaurants!!! Will stay again!!! Clean. Great shower, nice gel and shampoo!

One night hotel”

If you are on the way and wanna spend a night somewhere, then Tung Song town is quite nice and this hotel is only good for that. The breakfast is below any averages, there is no "spa" or massage service, there is no hair dryer... The hotel is still under construction - this is how we felt like, so again, one night passing by should be ok. (Staff was friendly with us)

There is no sufficient light near the mirror. ”

I hope they will improve the lighting of the room....especially near the mirror when I need to dress up for the occasion the next day. It was difficult to dry your hair and fix your makeup.

Good location, poor service skill for staffs ”

My last option to stay here. Staffs cannot give any suggestions about transportation from hotel to railway station. No hair dryer in room.

Cheating money ”

Reached earlier, staff said can check in earlier since there’s vacant rooms. Next day check out ask us to pay extra money, cheating money lousy hotel. Limited car park

Staffs was very bad. If you have a choice just don’t stay in this hotel

Séjour ”

Séjour une nuit , impressionnant pour le prix , digne d’un 3 étoiles en France , ok le sauna ne fonctionne pas mais bon ! De plus proximité du marché de nuit environ 300 m , portier , parking souterrain vraiment agréablement surpris !

ที่ตั้งโรงแรมถึงอยู่ในซอยแต่ก็หาไม่ยาก พนักงานบริการดี โรงแรมยังใหม่ทุกอย่างเลยดูใหม่อยู่ มีบ้างที่บางจุดอาจเก็บงานไม่เรียบร้อย(เช่น ที่แขวนสายคล้องผ้าม่านยึดไม่แน่น) น่าเสียดายมี่ในส่วนของสปายังทำไม่เสร็จ
