とても丁寧で親切なスタッフと快適で清掃の行き届いた室内”

2013/10/26 - 2013/11/02まで１週間ひとり旅で宿泊させて頂きました。 センスの良いホテル内や清掃の行き届いた室内、エアコンやケーブルテレビ、 無料Wi-Fi、熱すぎるほどのお湯が出るシャワーなど、良い所は沢山ありますが、 何と言っても１番は、親切丁寧で笑顔が絶えない、とてもフレンドリーなスタッフです。 約７名程のスタッフさんにお会いしましたが、 皆さん全てが親切で、本当に色々とお世話になりました。 今回初めてのひとり旅でしたが、こちらのホテルのおかげで 快適に楽しむことが出来ました。 自分にとっては全く問題ありませんでしたが、 今後、こちらのホテルを利用される方の為に記載させて頂きます。 ※部屋に冷蔵庫がない（ロビーに冷蔵庫あり、冷えたミネラルウォーターやジュース等売っています） ※ベッドサイドにコンセントがない（延長コード３ｍ使用で快適でした。自分は知っていたので日本から持って行きましたが、現地でも購入可能です） ※エレベーターがない（４階建て、自分は３階でしたが問題なし） ※朝食６種類から選択可能（マクドナルド３種類（部屋まで持って来てくれます）近くの食堂３種類（食堂は美味しくありませんでした。例：コンビーフとグリーンピースの炒め物、ライス、紅茶）） ※Wi-Fiの電波が弱い（自分は３階でしたが、電波２本でたま～に途切れる感じです） ※トイレの排水が詰まりそう（これが一番怖かったです） どれも自分にとっては問題なく、 綺麗な室内とフレンドリーなスタッフのおかげで とても快適な旅行が出来ました。 次回ダバオに旅行に来た時には、 再度こちらのホテルを利用しようと思っています。 最後にMIDORI.INNのスタッフの皆さん本当にありがとうございました！ Thank you very much to the staff of MIDORI.INN!

Comfort & Convenience Close to People's Park”

Recommend the Matrimonial (bed) rooms on the second or third floor. Very clean rooms, hallways & lobby. Friendly housekeeping staff. Hot water with some patience. Close to People's Park and downtown restaurants. Rooms on first floor are very small and dark. Rooms are a bit pricy for the area, but we would most likely stay here again on a future trip. Also recommend Infinitea Cafe on Mount Mayon Street behind the hotel.

Nice location, clean!”

Nice location near people's park, lots of convenience store, and transportation. Our room is clean and it really smells nice. We were able to sleep well. Thank you Midori Inn! I will stay here again if ever I'll go back in Davao City.

The hotel is clean, affordable and very accessible. The downside is no elevator and would be difficult if you have pieces of luggage and your room is on the 4th floor. There is also no parking area for clients.

Good standard excellent price”

Relatively basic facilities and decor, but enough for any Western visitor (aircon, wifi, shower, beds all good enough) and fantastic price per night for a room that is not cramped either. Would recommend if on a budget or just plain not fussed where you stay.

Great experience”

Staying here for an overnight and my stay is awesome. I love the room because it is nice and clean. Had a comfortable sleep and overnight stay. The single room is spacious. The aircon function well and quiet. The bathroom is so clean. All in all, I had a great experience and will stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable”

Nice, small hotel with a good location. It's very near People's Park, restaurants and a spa just beside the hotel. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The only downside is that they have no elevator which was a problem because we have seniors in the group who can't go up to the 4th floor. But the staff was really nice and helpful and was able to give us a room at the ground floor instead. Highly recommended!

Worry- free stay”

Pros - clean, accessible, drinking water available in lobby Cons - no parking space, no elevators, no breakfasts, toiletries are shampoo & soap only No windows on 1st floor rooms, do take the higher floors; they asked (sms) me while we're out if we want our room cleaned.

Small but very cozy hotel”

Quick, no-fuss check-in. The hotel doesn't have any restaurant but they make up for it with great service. They ordered takeout delivery for us and brought it up in our room. They also arranged for our City tour which was excellent. Just a few things to take note: there are no closed cabinets, only a table with rods and hangers. no personal fridge expect a very basic room with cozy beds no elevators Little things that bothered us during our stay but was fixed by the staff: - water closet of the toilet is leaking - toilet won't flush All the staff are really nice. Very good location since it's only walking distance from People's Park and next door are 2 SPAs with great massages.

Good place near downtown”

The place is in excellent condition. I had no issues with the room at all. The only concern is there is no elevator. I was fine with the climb. The only concern was for my porter. I had a 22.7kgs/50lbs suitcase that had to be carried up all those steep stairs to the top 4th floor and at the end of the hall. I thought he would need oxygen by the time we were done. The staff were excellent.

Clean space for a quick solo trip to Davao City”

Clean accommodation located beside Thai Boran Spa, also near Davao Doctors Hospital, and G-Mall. A few steps away from Quirino Ave if you wanna hop in a jeepney. The guys in the front desk weren't very professional in handling check-in and check-out, too casual in conversing with guests for the first time; i suggest you start off warm but formal, build rapport before acting like how you did. But the place itself was not bad at all.

Stay at Midorri Inn”

The staffs at Midori Inn are all friendly , approachable, has no attitude. The location is central to public transportations and there are a lot of eating places nearby. The hotel/ Inn is clean and the price is affordable for budget travelers. I would recommended this hotel to budget travelers. Special mention to Wilson and Maritoni and the guard who help us in directions in going about the places to visit in Davao.

Family room was ok. Very comfortable bed and spacious. Until we were trasferres to another room which is a twin room. No charging ports near the bed. I asked the front desk to lend us extension wires but they dont have one. So we used the outlet at the back of the tv which is THE ONLY outlet that can be used. So both of us cant charge at the same time. The breakfast they serve are from fast foods so choices are limited. NO ELEVATOR! NOT RECOMMENDED

Modori Inn Experience”

It was generally okay but the wifi keeps on fluctuating which makes it inconvenient for us. They need to clean their rooms daily though, they only cleaned our room once in our 3 night stay.
