設備はいいところでした。 (プールはきれい、海辺はちょっと石ばかりでイマイチ) 料理は、コックが代わったと聞いていましたが、やはりイマイチでした。 しかし、道中から見えるマヨン山は素晴らしかった。(偶然、雲なし)
VILLAの部屋でしたが下水のにおいで悩まされ、エヤコンの音の大きさで寝付けなかった。 レストランの食事が種類が少なく美味しくない。ルームサービス、コンシェルジュサービスなど全てのサービス、 スタッフの質がひどく低い。 一泊10万円で4泊で40万円の部屋でしたが今までで最悪の滞在でした。
if you want to unwind, get out of the busy city and relax, this is what you're looking for. just make sure you have arranged and prepared money for your meals during your stay. you wont be able to go out of the resort without the staff's permission even if you have your own car. the rooms are nice and clean. food is good but buffet variety is limited. additional note. i grew up in this town which means i have relatives and friends nearby but its impossible to invite them over for refreshments/coffee/lunch/dinner unless they pay for the daytour rate.
Amenities were all good though chairs cover outside the resto needs changing Kids playroom smells We went there during off peak season and the amenities werent as good as advertised. Ludge not open.pool on the other side of the resort where the ludge is had been discarded and wasnt well maintained..there were lots of ants. If we leave leftover food for a few mins on the table itll be feasted by ants in a few mins..all we could do is take pictures..our request prior to us coming wasnt coordinated though it was disappointing the manager in charge was able make some special arrangement for us..and made our stay more comfortable and memorable..
Best resort for relaxing and chilling”
it takes an hour drive from Legazpi airport to Misibis bay, do make the pick up arrangement with hotel and u can ready for ur best relaxing vacation. nice view from my room which can see the beautiful ocean. room is big and clean. staffs are friendly and helpful. pool bar is not open while staying. dinner buffet is taste nice but not really variety enough. it has no convenience store inside the resort or nearby, do prepare all ur snacks or necessary before check in. strongly recommended this resort if you would like to escape from crowd and to enjoy pool swimming and sunbathing.
A romantic destination”
My husband and I spent our Valentine's Day at the Misibis Bay. We made our reservation through Agoda. However, after seeing our room far from the pool and restaurant, we opted to upgrade to Pacific View Deluxe. And we were not disappointed. The view from our room was awesome. Service was excellent, Kevin our waiter and bartender was always available to serve us anytime we were around the restaurant and pool. A live acoustic singer sang by the pool during Valentine's evening. It was very romantic. Misibis is not good for snorkeling. There was hardly any fish and corals underwater. And the water was so muddy maybe because of the cloudy weather, so we couldn't see anything. It was a disappointment. However, I would still recommend Misibis Bay to my friends and family who do not care for snorkeling. The beach areas were nice; Infinity pool and kiddie pool were always kept clean. Thank you to the management Sheila of Misibis Bay, she made our stay homey and comfortable.

It took forever to get there and the bus we were in was challenged going up the mountain. ”
The rooms were well appointed, new and clean except for the treacherous stepdown to the bathroom. It was also annoying to have a portion of the lamp that keeps its light on all night. The hotel wake up call failed.And when we told them about it they did not acknowledge their booboo. They were also charging an exorbitant price for our drivers to stay in their dorm room accommodations so they had to drive almost an hour back to town. The staff was for the most part great.

Our experience staying at Misibis Bay was great that we even extended for another night! Scenery and ambience were very refreshing. Long-drive travel was all worth it. Staff were attentive and helpful. Although we had a bit of a kink in our booking, thanks to Ms. Grace for addressing it.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Misibis. My 3-year-old daughter totally loved everything-the pool, playhouse, view, KTV, everything. The staff were really nice and very accommodating. We enjoyed our movie nights too. The food wasn't very incredible though but was ok. I'd definitely be coming back with my family.

I attended my friend's wedding at Misibis Bay so we decided to check in for convenience sinche the resort was an hour drive from the City. We encountered a lot of problems during our entire stay but here's the 3 main issues. 1. Check in process took us more than an hour even when we checked in way past the standard check in time. Not even one of your friendly staff accompanied us to our room which is hard to locate. 2. The faucet pipe of the bath tub is broken, I reported it immediately and it took them almost another 1 hour to got it figured that we must be transferred to another room. Funny thing is upon check out, the FO supervisor is insisting that I broke the faucet and I have to pay for it. I argued with the Manager on duty for almost another hour so that they can let us check out on their mercy. 3. Found a used cotton buds on my bed. So disgusting. 4. The only good thing about my stay is the Manager on Duty Ms. Grace was helpful and friendly despite of all the trouble.

Resort is not well maintained. Rooms are ok inside but our aircon wasnt functioning properly and they didnt change the room assignment. They said addtl toiletries will be charged with a fee. Beach water is murky. lost 2 shades (one was a rayban) by the pool bar and the staff said they “didnt find anything” although im sure it was there.

Shame that we only stayed for 1 night. Next time will be longer. The place was so relaxing, not keen to water activities but the place was good enough. Our dinner menu was a bit off but breakfast was superb in your main restaurant. Last but not the least, the beds were soft and comfy, its the highlight.
I booked a room for my brother and his wife as a gift for their wedding. I only had 2 very simple request, 1 large bed and a honeymoon set up. They replied quickly with my simple requests. Upon 3days before arrival, typhoon hit the place so the couple decided not to push through with the booking because of the typhoon. But since the booking was non-refundable even if there is a natural disaster (which i do not right). They drove all the way from Manila to Misibis just to get there despite of the flooded areas where they had to take detours. Upon checking-in in the room, my request was taken for granted. No honeymoon set up(it should have something as simple as heart formed towels on the bed, yes, as simple as that if that’s the only thing they can do), but NONE. I also requested for 1 Large bed, they gave 2 double beds. Its honeymoon! So, okay 2 beds. They will sleep separately or sleep tightly together in 1 bed. Next, water from the shower and tub is color Yellow! Because they said they were affected by the typhoon, but they said its okay to use. Next, all activities are to be paid! The only free thing is, swimming! Before, non-motorized activities are free to use, but now, its all for a fee. Prices are not lower than 1000 each. I e-mailed and called them about the requests that did not happen, but NO ONE ANSWERED! But, before arrival, they were very quick to answer, they even called me to double check if we are still pushing through with the booking even if it is non refundable, they even emailed after that! But after checking in? NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER WILL I BOOK MISIBIS AGAIN! TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE! Lower stars hotel always give in to simple request, but this 5star “luxury” resort hotel can’t!

Room: no towels when we checked-in, bath towels refreshed on 3rd day after several requests (very old white, gray already), floor is wet when we got back to the room, no bathroom rug/towel at all Pool: no beach/pool towels, so many leaves on the pools after the rains (no one was cleaning) Dining: not enough tables for guests, we had to sit at unattended table (bare plastic without even any setting or atleast a table cloth, definitely not what you expect of a “luxury resort”) Check-out: no bell service, we had to carry our luggages ourselves

staff luck of coordination/room not prepared ”
its an embarrassing family vacation we have the worse experience from pick up to accommodation. 1. delayed pickup from hotel to misibis due to staff luck of communication and coordination waiting for 2.5 hours is not acceptable especially to a traveler like us with have limited time only. 2. room is unprepared and luck of checking upon entering our room assignment the blinds is falling and not fix. 3. NO WATER supply even for cr used its so embarrassing this is not my expectations to a executive hotel like yours 4. for services needs to improve staff must supply enough umbrella per room for customer convenience. imagine you can’t picking to room due to low battery gulf car and no vehicles available?????? then when we umbrella only 2 supply for for 11pax we iccupied 3 rooms and this is the service we received.

Upon arrival at the airport we were helped by their airport staff to carry our luggage to the van. The service driver (Gelco) was very genial. On our way to the resort, Gelco showed us the landmarks of Legazpi and even put extra effort to tell the story of each place , so it feels like we're having a city tour. I had great impression of their Deluxe Pool View room, it was spacious and cozy. However there was a stench smell coming from the bathroom, and worse there was weak water supply to reach the shower. There was even a time that the water supply got interrupted. After hours of waiting for water supply the front desk finally offered a wash-up room. The next day, due to water interruption, the front desk provided an upgrade to Deluxe Pacific View room, although I felt it was a degrade because upon checking in Agoda the price was lower than Deluxe Pool View room. Aside from the pool my kids enjoyed the indoor playroom, especially the arts and crafts activity with Ms. Clarise.
