●掃除→髪の毛が３本ほど落ちてました。少し残念ですね。 ●アクセス→最低でも6分は歩かないといけません。小さな子供には遠いかな。大人のみなら問題なし。 ●サービス→要望はすべて叶いました。良いです。 ●部屋の内装→和モダンでとても素敵でした。 ●総評→子供も喜んでましたし、また泊まりたいと思うお宿でした。
Very good stay at Ookini”
Me and my parents enjoyed the stay in ookini. The room is exactly same as shown in the picture and the facilities are so good and comfortable. It definitely worth the money. However, it requires us to take the stairs in order to access to the room. For staff, they only work from 10.00am-6.00pm and they won’t be at the reception area. You need to ring the bell and wait for them to show up. Otherwise, everything is good.

The best hotel we had in Osaka! We deposited our luggage there with the help of a staff two days prior to our check-in date. The room is so much better than our expectation: plenty of space and great facilities inside. Definitely gonna book it next time.

Great space, value for money”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the space made a huge difference for us as we were traveling with a baby. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare baby meals and they also had a baby tub and crib available for our use. Only thing is it’s a bit farther of a walk from the subway station if you want an exit with an elevator. Also someone in the building was doing renovation work at 9am and the drilling was quite loud.

Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment.”
The huge 2-bedroom apartment has a very modern design and furniture. Everything is new. It comes with 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Most apartments in Japan comes only 1 toilet and bathroom which makes it very inconvenient when travelling in a group. It comes with house wifi and extra 2 pocket wifi for you to bring out. It is about 700m walking distance to Dotonbori. It was ok for us after a while and got used to it. Along the way to Dotonbori you will walk past many restaurants and a supermarket. The supermarket sells everything including cooked bento sets and food. A good idea to buy food back and enjoy back in the apartment with friends and family. There is also a coin laundry and Lawson next to the apartment for convenience. Taxi to OCAT Namba for airport bus is only about 1000yen. One can consider taking the same route to the apartment upon arrival into Osaka. The subway(Exit 7 Nagahori station) is about 150m away. Convenient when you are going out for sightseeing .

Cleanest ryokan we've stayed at”
It was a one-night stay at Osaka, the ryokan was so nice we felt sorry for leaving so soon. Check-in was easy, no elevator but staff will help with taking up luggage. Very clean and new, some might complain that it's not a real ryokan, but you get futons, sliding doors (so much storage space!), a private bathroom w/shower, and the amenities are too cute: Senbei crackers, caramel sweets, coffee and tea with the Ooki ni mascots. There's a tea kettle, mini fridge, lamps, zabuton...it's really like staying at an apartment. We stayed only one night and didn't see if cleaning service is included, but if it is, it's definitely an advantage over staying at a ryokan hostel. The location is great, too. Would stay again if we have the chance!

Staff were available on arrival. Room was nice but no cleaning during our stay. Room had dust and rubbish from previous guests on top of a cabinet. Nothing major to complain about though. No one at reception when we checked out. Overall a really nice stay

A bad hotel with bad facility and staff”
I give this BAD rating due to the following reasons: First of all, the hotel has no elevator at all, which makes it so inconvenient for tourists with heavy baggages and it isnt accessible for wheelchair users! Secondly, I could barely see any staff during my stay except for a staff knocking on my door urging me to check out when I am only 7 minutes later than the formal check-out time. There was not any receptionist after 6pm, which was very inconvenient for tourists who wanted to make an enquiry or ask for any room serivces. Most of the tourists will only come back after dinner, the hotel may at least consider extending the servicing hours of the reception. Thirdly, my stay was two nights and there was no one to make up my room or at least refilling the complimentary bottled water. I would not stay in this so-called hotel again because I can stay in a more proper hotel in a better location with same grading given this price!

apartment style family room, its good for 5 of us. great shower and bath tub. u hardly see the staff in the front desk and they dont make up your room daily. but that is ok for us. laundry shop and family mart is just few shops away. will stay again with big group
