We visited in winter, making the hot mineral pool a luxury. It is well looked after. The staff are friendly, not overly helpful. The rooms are a little bit dated, but the hot water and showers are great.

Pai hot spring spa and resort is very cool and quiet place, good service helpful and friendly,surrounded by nature ,my personality like this place a lot but I’m not recommended for people who don’t like mosquitoes and insects and water is not clean,anyway I don’t mind about it I enjoy my trip a lot in Pai …. Welcome for people who can live in nature like this 😹😻🫶🏼

Once better, but still good”
The only place I want to stay in Pai. Easy to walk out into the hills across the street, the Stone Forest area. The Pai Canyon is an easy ride and is visible from the pool and riverside cabanas. The pool is of a good size and has two areas, including a gazebo cover over one corner. The hot tubs are natural and well kept. You will notice that some tubs are out of service, the wood on some bridges and the pool deck worn and coming apart. Maintenance has not been kept up well over the last few years for the wooden structures. Breakfast is... meh. Pluses outweigh the minuses, particularly if you can get a discount stay.

Take in everything nature with this beautiful private villa room”
Staff was fantastic, located in a secluded property just outside the tourist city. Great price for a safe place to sleep with fantastic AC. Only complaint was the bed was a rough sleep but easily outweighed by the politeness of staff and incredible facility. Hot spring was definitely a plus and a small scooter away from town make this a perfect place to stay for low budget travelling. Definitely going back, thanks for a great stay!

Felt a bit aged, but the hot springs we're great. ”
The room was ok, felt a bit old and unkept bit it suited my needs. Hot shower, ok bed, somewhat small room. The best part was the hot spring pools and the swimming pool. A bit far from the center of Pai but I usually like staying away from the city center, especially if there's lots of tourists and backpackers.

I had a comfortable room, close to the hot springs pool. I enjoyed the ambiance of the mountain setting. Only $30 AU / night.

A bit rusty hotel worth visiting”
The hotel has just wonderful garden-like territory. It's huge. Well lit and kept. For the price you get 24/7 access to several pools with fresh and naturally hot mineral water. Real open-air spa! Don't be afraid of slight smell the water has - it's Hydrogen sulfide, nothing more))) The standard rooms are simple and looks out of date. But we only slept there, so we didn't bother, considering that a fleur of mountain life. Book your room with breakfasts. They are tasty and the price is reasonable.

Hot Spring out of your room”
The rooms needs upgrade no doubt, but I had everything I needed in my room, also a kettle..The staff was so friendly and helping, walking outside of the room in the resort is beautiful, many birds singing. But the biggest adventage was that I could end up my day every evening getting into the hotspring pool a minute walk.. Don't expect luxury, but if you can keep it simple you can really enjoy waking up to the atmosphere in this place.

Good for the hot spring experience”
Very cheap hotel. There's a 24-hour hot spring pool opens to guests who stay in the hotel. The staffs were friendly. However, the swimming pool (not the hot spring pool) was a bit dirty and there were too many giant mosquitos. Overall, it worths the price.

Nice to be out of the city. Amazing views of the river. Hot spring pool is great and large pool with loungers. Softest bed we have had yet but the water in the shower is coooold.

Peaceful place”
It was a good choice for me and my teenager son who just finished his semester.We were traveling by ourselves and driving through entire north west with a small car. We visited Ban Rak Thai and Mae Hong Son first. It was beautiful and I liked the scenery along the driveway. Pai is a place to stop for our digestive and my son was really happy with his choice. We didn’t do anything special, but enjoying a lot by seeing mountains, creek and the view. Elephants are extraordinary for our stay @ this resort.

No frills, ok place”
Far from the main city which is about 7km. Quiet place and the resort has it own hot spring but not the real deal. No frills room. No TV Hot water in the shower was pathetic but i was pre-warned by the hotel staff There is coffee making facilities Room is dated, dusty and needs to be repaired in several areas. There are ugly cracks in the room Spacious enough for 1 queen bed and 1 single. Restaurant was deserted and found out that the reason was because the prices were on the high side For the price I paid I shouldn’t be complaining.
