Great little pension less than a minutes walk to the annupuri ski slope. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Only complaints are that there is a curfew I was unaware of until actually getting there (doors lock at 11pm). And that the floors are super creaky so if you need to get up to use the public bathroom at night it feels like you're waking up the whole building. The shower room is also only open at certain times. But none of this really effected my enjoyment of my visit, definitely recommend this place; just be aware of the curfew .

Best hosts in Japan”
Service, breakfast & room size
We had a lovely 6 night stay at the Cotton Farm. Takeshi and Naoko are kind and go above and beyond for their guests. Getting to meet them and their parents were one of our favourite parts of staying in Niseko (plus excellent skiing ofcourse!) The pension is walking distance to the Annupuri Gondola and we made it to the slopes early each morning. Niseko is so tourist driven that at times you don't even feel like you are in Japan, but at the Cotton Farm we were able to practice our Japanese phrases and learn more about the area. We give the Cotton Farm our highest recommendation and wish Takeshi and Naoko all the best!

Great place, friendly hostess, ideal location
I stayed at Pension Cotton Farm with my ten year old daughter for a few days skiing. The pension is just a couple of minutes walk from the Annupuri gondola and quad chairlift and the Nook ski rental. The hostess is very welcoming, the rooms cosy and the breakfast is great. They will also provide dinner if you ask a day in advance and it's a real feast. The bathrooms are shared and there's an onsen nearby. Highly recommended!
