all the staff is nice, room is clean, u can choose menu for breakfast and staff will send it in the morning. This hotel is great bcoz it has pool for kids.

Small comfy room on Surabaya center”
Small and comfy room on Surabaya Center. They also has good meals on their main lobby on ground floor, make me easier to grab meals while had to take full rest after got vaccinated (have to try their Harris Cafe "On the Go"). But their bed are quite stiff; not that soft, but still good.

You get what you pay for”
Like any other pop hotel, this one gives you unbeatable services like the free shuttle, paid e-bikes and buffet. The rooms are clean and enjoyable. But air conditioning is not adequate in some rooms and whatever the settings it comes in the same coldness. The bathroom is not a dry one it will get wet and have no doors between the toilet and is annoying. Have good and polite staff.

Value for money”
This place gives you friendly staff and value for money room. What they cannot give you is good air conditioning( but this is not horrible) and a dry bathroom. They give you an excellent buffet for breakfast which makes all the mistakes forgivable. I love the place cheap and awesome.
