素晴らしい立地です。”

アパートメントはピカデリーラインのアールズコート駅から徒歩数分。小さな公園？の前にあり、アパートに帰ると爽やかな小鳥の鳴き声がずっと聞こえてきて、まるで高原にいるようで癒されます。アールズコート周辺はお店も沢山あり、食事には困りません。また、乗り換えにも便利なので、どこへアクセスするのも簡単でした。お部屋は壁が破れていたりと、所々経年劣化を感じさせましたが、掃除は綺麗にしてありました。スタッフも笑顔で気持ちが良いです。ホテルの値段が高いロンドンではお値打ちな値段で宿泊出来、大変満足しました。

ロンドン自由旅行”

今回は老夫婦がマイレージ利用で１週間のロンドン自由旅行に出掛けました。３日間のロンドンパスとオイスターカードをフルに活用して十二分に楽しんだ次第。ともあれ、このアパートは駅から徒歩３分と近くて便利。その駅”アールズコート地下鉄駅”は２本の路線が利用でき、ロンドン市内どこに行くのも便利でした。又、近くに大衆向けスーパー、高級スーパーもあり自炊に、もってこいのロケーションでした。部屋の設備も充実、乾燥・洗濯機も便利、持参する衣服が少なくて済み、スーツケースのスペースもお土産用に十分確保できました。朝食は毎日全く同じで飽きが来ましたが、スーパー利用で解決。又利用したいと思います。

二回目の宿泊”

アールズコートの駅からも近く（アールズコートロード出口から徒歩3分くらい）、駅の周辺にスーパーやドラッグストア、飲食店等が多くあるので不自由しません。部屋にキッチンがついているので近くのスーパーで買い出しをして部屋で調理したりと大変便利です。 スタッフもフレンドリーで親切な対応、お部屋のクリーニングもいつもきれいにしてもらえ、かなり快適でした。 アールズコートは治安も良い地域で地下鉄ゾーン1.2に位置するためロンドン中心にも行きやすく、非常におすすめです。

ロケーションもサービスも良いお得感大のホテル！”

息子と娘を連れて5日間滞在し快適でした。他にもハマースミスとキングスクロスの２つのホテルに滞在しましたが、値段が数千円安いとはいえサービス・質が雲泥の差で、ココにずっと滞在しとけばよかったと後から思いました。 スタッフの方は礼儀正しく親切。10時に到着したらすぐにチェックインさせてくれました。部屋の暖房は、嬉しいことに効きすぎるほど24時間暖かかったです。室内はとっても清潔でキッチンやバストイレも気持ちよく使えました。朝食付きではないと思っていたのに朝食が付いてきて、パン、ヨーグルト、オレンジジュース、コーヒの乗ったトレーを、こちらが指定した時間に部屋まで運んでくれます。 お掃除も東ヨーロッパから来た若い娘さんたちが担当していました。 チェックアウトした後に、たまたま外に出ようとしている男性がスーツケースを運ぶのを手伝ってくれ、その方がマネージャーさんでした。気さくで良い方なのでホテルも良い雰囲気なのだなーと思いました。 ホテルは駅から3分ほど。アールズコートは環境も良く駅前にはスーパーや飲食店、パブがたくさんあって便利です。ホテルからちょっと歩けばケンジントンの町が広がり、住んでみたいと思う良い環境でした。観光に行くにも便利です。 またロンドンに行くときはここに泊まるつもりです。

絶対に戻ってきます！”

一番小さな部屋タイプのstudioに泊まりましたが、普通のホテルの２倍以上の広さでした。すっきりしたインテリア、すぐ眠りに落ちるベッド、清潔な浴室（バスタブ有り）、大きな液晶テレビ、幅広いアメニティーに、食器、レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、ウェルカムフルーツにクッキーも入ったコーヒーセット。照明と空調も細かく設定出来る上に床暖房付きでした。駅から近いのにとっても静かなエリアに位置しています。まれにみるコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルでした。次も必ず泊まります。（レストランはありません＝不要です！）

とにかく便利で居心地がよかったです。”

小学生と幼稚園の子供2人を連れての旅行でした。とにかく交通の便が良く、バス電車ともに中心部に出るにはとても快適でした。ホテルの部屋の広々としており(キングスイートに宿泊)とても静かで、スタッフの人にはいろいろな要望を聞いていただきました。ホテルの周りには、スーパー、ファストフードレストラン、レストラン、パブなど揃っており、食事等には全く困りませんでした。1週間宿泊しましたが、シーツの交換は3日に1回、ベットメイキングが毎日やってもらえました。ただ床掃除はしていただけず、最終日には埃が舞っていました。しかしそれは言えばやっていただけると思います。とにかくフロントの方々が親切で、困ったことにはすぐに対応していただきました。また機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思います。

設備はいいが...”

部屋が半地下なのと少し魚臭いような臭いがするのでレセプショニストに相談したが、予約がいっぱいなのと、同じグレードの部屋は全て半地下なのでという理由で部屋を交換してもらうことは出来なかった。代わりに消臭剤を持ってきて取り付けてくれたが、完全に臭いが消えることはなかった。あと、対応が遅い。 また、部屋がエレベーターの目の前でうるさかった。ロンドンの便利な場所であれだけの設備があれば仕方ないのかもしれませんが、私にとっては少し部屋が狭すぎた。

雨漏りしたので、急遽２ベッドルームのコンドミニアムへ”

チェックインする前に、ホテルが雨漏りのトラブルに見舞われたため、急遽ホテル所有の２ベッドルームの広いコンドミニアムにチェックイン。移動も車を使ってくれたり、チェックアウトもわざわざ、スタッフが来てくれたりとサービスは良かった。思わぬ広いところに滞在できてラッキー！

かなりいい。”

最寄のメトロ駅からホテルまで歩いても3分位で、周りにはレストラン、カフェ等もありとても便利。またパリに行く機会があれば滞在してもよいと思う。

Wifiが繋がらない”

地下2階の部屋でしたが、Wifi が繋がらなかった。又、エレベーターが地下1階までしか無く、更にスーツケースを地下2階まで上げ下ろしせざるを得なかった。 キッチンの水道の勢いが強くて、周りが水浸しになった。

地下は暗かった”

道路に面した地下のお部屋だったので、カーテンも開けられず、従業員は隣の倉庫に頻繁に出入りするし、お向かいのユースホステルの旅行客は大声で夜遅くまで路上でおしゃべりするしで、落ち着きませんでした。 室内には４口のレンジをはじめ、フルキッチンが揃っていて便利。 外食が美味しくないロンドンでは威力を発揮します。 食洗機もあり、洗濯乾燥機もありで、設備は素晴らしい。

Service not as described”

The room we booked was Executive suite and the photos shown in Agoda were totally different from what the actual room. Room is small and twin beds they offered us are small; maybe only fit for Asian. The description did not mention this room type may be located at B2 level which is not accessible by escalator and when we requested for room change since we will stay for 8 days, the staffs at front desk is not helpful and told us to complain with Agoda platform or their manager. No follow-up on request. Breakfast is same everyday with same bread+coffee+drinks. Small kitchen is available but no cooking utensils such as pots or pans are provided. Dish washer and washing machine are dirty. Other than a convenient location we will not recommend to friends. And there are plenty of choices at same area with similar price.

Convenient Location & Friendly Staff”

If you are coming from LHR, no need to use the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. Just take the underground station using Piccadilly Line via an Oyster Card and it will make a stop at Earl's Court Station (35-45 minutes away). From Earl's Court, it is just 10 minutes walk-away! Location is very convenient as there a lots of pubs and restaurants around Presidential Apartments' location.

A simple breakfast is provided but it is same as everyday . We couldn't eat anymore at the last day even my bf like bread and I like yogurt so much . This is my advice-- try to change other breads and fruit juice. Any

I did try hotels 5 stars and some appartment but like this appartment I never experienced a really comfortable staying in London. Bigger space more comfortable with family. I loved the kitchen and there is washing machine and dishwasher as well. The best u get daily to the room breakfast as warm fresh breads and yogurt and jam and some cheese and honey and juice with hot fresh black coffee and milk on the side. I booked the balcony room and I was surprised about the balcony was as 3 balcony with setting area as 2 chair and small table with each balcony and its really huge with others appartment with same price. My other family booked room without balcony both of them get special space almost same as mine as an bigger one but still some deluxe room got bigger space some dosen't and some got bigger room and some bigger dining area so all there rooms is different. Cleaning is amazing daily and so kind and helpful actually they do the service same as hotels 5 star they even working and cleaning on weekends and Easter holiday .

Good location good apartment”

The apartment is closely located by walk to Earl’s Court station (interchange of Piccadilly and District Lines). The hotel is near to a number of restaurants, pubs, mini supermarts. Good service too... breakfast delivered to room daily at a time you decide... we enjoyed our stay, being even our first time to the UK

Very near to restaurants and tube”

Very satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfast was abit boring. If have more varieties will be nicer. You can hear footsteps from upstairs. But bearable.. Nice thing is it is close to tube which makes travelling very convenient.

Pleasant trip back to London ”

The most pleasant stay we have ever at London. Presidential apartments with completed kitchen equipment and washing machine and the space is big enough for +3 . Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Only few steps to bus stop and Tube station. Located in a nice and quite residential area. No question to select it for our next trip again.
