Great place and excellent staff”
Loved our room and restaurant facilities. We loved the gym and excellent view of table mountain from our room. My only regret is not having any spa treatments. The staff was excellent

I made an online request for 2x beds in the room. Upon arrival there was a king. sized bed. I requested at reception to change it and they confirmed they will do so immediately. When we returned t the room late the evening, nothing had been done. Still were stuck with a kingsized bed.

Worst Place ever !!!!!”
Firstly they forced my daughter to double pay R4534.90 for a booking that was fully paid and confirmed. Getting my refund I am sent from pillar to post . Secondly the air conditioner in our room was not working and Cape Town was too hot . Thirdly food was a disaster.

Amazing staff that went out of their way to attend to all our needs . Everything was perfect. Even the Xmas Lunch that was fully booked was beyond expectation and had no glitches. Yes, certainly, highly recommended.

Guests were allowed to roam around in the hotel without a mask although there was enough signage to remind them to wear one. Security on this matter needs to be policed so that the safety of all travelers could be guaranteed

Not what i expected”
The area in which it is located is dingy. The hallways leading to the rooms are very dark and scary and has no ambiance. The tall dark black curtains in the passages create a scary rather than holiday feel. The room was neat ,warm and clean but the curtains to block off the cupboard space should be upgraded to doors. if i were a single traveller i would not feel safe.
