Worst service”
We checked in early in the morning, when talking to the receptionist ; he wasnt polite infact rude when i asked for a room at a higher level.After arriving the bell boy didnt deliver the luggage to our room and we had to call for our luggages to be sent to our room which isnt the type of service you expect at a 5 star. The aircon in our room wasnt cooling enough and we had to get electrician at 9 am to fix it. When we wanted to check out the bell boy was again not coming despite calling twice and we had to drag all our luggages out of our room to the lobby….. very bad experience indeed for the amount we payed to stay in this hotel …!

Great Customer service and location ”
Mitchell at the reception was extremely helpful, cheerful and kind, she made our stay very comfortable. The concierge staff were always willing to help with the luggage and hailing taxis if need be without fail. The rooms however are a bit small to our liking as compared to other places that we've stayed in. They could also improve on the breakfast buffet. Overall it's in a great location and the service from the staff is commendable. Hygiene standards are also quiet high.

Disrespectful receptionist doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, however we have been compensated by another receptionist apologising on his colleagues behalf. Other than that, breakfast was amazing with ample of options to choose from.

What a experience!!!I never thought at the time of booking that my kids would love to stay in Pullmann no issues what so ever for food any time and shopping any time near to the airport you are in centre can go anywhere anytime. Bottom line is you name it you have it……….

Hands on management and friendly staff. Nice food and clean rooms. Regina was very helpful and so was the GM. They touched base personally and ensured we were comfortable. It was my friend’s birthday and they arranged a beautiful surprise by arranging the room nicely and providing a cake. Thank you for your initiative and exceptional service
