何と言っても立地が良い。 サントン駅の目の前にあり、空港からハウトレイン、サントン駅から徒歩で行ける。 マンデラスクエアなどモールも徒歩圏内。

室内整備と使い勝手”
室内が全体的に暗く、ビジネス滞在には向いていない。また、ナイトスタンド用のランプの形状が異なったものが置いてあり、使用できない。何故なのか不明。バスルームは広いが、シャワーを浴びるスペースと洗面台の間がオープンで、シャワーを浴びると床がビショビショになる。

ハウトレインの目の前”
ハウトレインから地上に出ると目の前に見え、横断歩道を渡ればすぐです。早朝女性2人でスーツケースを持って移動も問題なくできました。朝到着しましたがすぐにチェックインしてくれました。部屋も清潔で、バスタブもあり、長いフライト後にはゆっくりくつろぐことができました。1Fのコンシェルジュでモール行きのシャトルバスをオーダーすることができますが、歩いて5分程度で行けるので使いませんでした。ネットの繋がりも良く問題なく使えました。

アクセスが抜群によくて快適”
トランジットのために1泊しました。 空港から電車で15分ほどで、駅の斜め向かいでアクセスは楽チンでした。 部屋は広くて清潔で、ベッドも大きくて、バスタブもあって、ゆったりくつろげました。 周辺は、世界一治安が悪いと言われるだけにビビっていましたが、日中は私ひとりで歩いても大丈夫そうでした。ショッピングセンターも徒歩5分足らずで、お土産を買いに行くのに便利でした。

BEAUTIFUL SAFE HOTEL”

I would just like to bring to the attention of the hotel management, when I got to my room on my second day, there was a hair in my clean coffee mug and about 3 in the fridge. Pls could cleaning staff be made aware , the fridge under the door shelf could also do with a clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotels many times before, I enjoyed my visits. This time was different, I requested a quite room/floor. My neighbors were very noisy until early hours of the morning (sounded like a party). I had an uncomfortable nights sleep, I suppose it was a combination of the bed, dusty carpet and the noise. Breakfast was nothing to be desired, poorly organized and managed.
