We had to call the front desk many times for the amenities . The blinds in the room were not working. After five hours the maintenance people came and fixed the blinds. Pathetic experience . Will not visit this hotel again.

Nobody likes to pay piecemeal way for each usage inside hotel. You order food and you have to first pay cash before eating. You order tea but have to oay cash before having it. My coffee shop trust me more than this hotel

Staff and service was excellent”
We had two rooms, one was very elegant and plush with large rugs on the floor and an upholstered bench outside the bathroom. The other room had cold wooden flooring and a dark bathroom area. The lighting in both rooms were quite low so it wasn't great for putting on makeup whilst at the mirror. Having said this, there was one thing that would make me return and that was the service we received at Cafe Delish from Deepak and his staff. The food was great and service made us feel we definitely VIPs. Deepak and his staff kept an eye on my young daughter asking her regularly if there was something else they could make her to eat if she didn't see anything she liked. One on occasion my daughter asked for a choc brownie......and the very next morning a freshly baked choc brownie was presented to her for breakfast. Needless to say she was over the moon! I can't thank Deepak and his staff enough. The location of the hotel was great,lots of malls to shop in along Ferozpur road.

Except for the brand name attached to this hotel, it is not even a 3-star hotel. Very poor experience.
Well the reason Radisson was booked was since I had stayed with the same Chain in Zambia, but unfortunately there is a lot I feel this global chain has to learn 1. Being a global brand the hotel I ideally geared to cater for international clients but clearly the staff are oblivious..(JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE TANNED DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE A LOCAL) 2. Food was stale and bland no flavor or taste 3. The only few people who are really hospitable are the lift boys and bunty the house keeping attendant I feel it’s not fair to charge a person from a different ethnic background on the basis of if you consume alcohol from the mini bar Clearly the staff are not trained well to cater to international standards would be ok for a local chain

The rooms were dark, unsatisfactory cleanliness and the hotel has a surprising policy of taking security deposit of Rs. 2000 per room, even though we had already paid the complete rooms tarrif in advance to Agoda. It was not a good impression of the hotel overall.
I miss my stayed there..feel like home and staff there was so nice and friendly.
Finally I get a time to drop some line. I was there in August 2017. It's so much to say about my stayed. Excellent staff, ambiance, service, foods, location. Very courteous staff they give you a VIP services. Very understanding staff. Have not experienced such a treatment in recent past. Located just next to a mall. Very good overall clean and well maintained and special Thanks to Divya, Aman, Harminder Kaur (House Keeping), Sandeep, Puneet Kumar, Vinod Thakur, Deepanshu Taneja, Inderpreet Kaur (Saloon), Kumud, Kiran Kumar, Shiva Yadav, Arvind Sharma, Ransher Singh Cheema, Diksha, Avjinder Singh Sidhu and many more..You guys are amazing..Keep it up!
1st impressions very poor!! ”
First time I have stayed in a Radisson Hotel and was expecting a certain level of expectation. However it is probably one of the least favourite hotels I have stayed in. The first room we had (Deluxe Double, room no.825) was absolutley disgusting, carpet was dirty, hair on the bed, flies in the room and dust on the headboard. After complaining and insisting on a business suite which i managed to get it i was then satisfied. On my last night, a hotel guest used his keycard to enter MY ROOM while we were there. Luckily for us we were watching tv and the guest quickly left once challenged why he was entering a room. This was all explained to the duty manager who was nice enough and apologetic. Checking out took over 10mins just so they could clarify I had some oreo cookies from the mini bar!! All in all, its not even close to the standards i am used to in the U.K and i would suggest staying at the Hyatt which is down the road as a better option.
