Love the cleanliness
Only good thing about this place is the location as there are food options outside as well as a Gaisano mall within a walking distance. Terrible staff - no coordination and no customer service Some of the rooms we've booked are smelly and with malfunctioning aircons. You may be able to find other better options than this one.

Pros - good value for money, within Davao downtown. Close to malls & hospital. Cons - only the key, hopefully mine is an isolated case. The card key is broken on the last minute I'm about to leave, won't open my door. Good thing there's staff nearby who fix it right away.

Everything is in commendable! Service, cleanliness, staffs, and location. Maybe improving more on the check-in and check out procedure will make it more impressive, for as of now it is quite un welcoming but professional. 8/10..

the facilities specially the room air condition must be given priority. It's so noisy the whole time specially in the evening. I can't sleep.

Location and price is good. But staff and facilities are wanting. The stairs is centrally located, there is no intercom in the room, and my room was at the far end of 2nd floor, hence for any concern you need to walk around the stairs. Wifi and cellular/data signals are weak inside the room. When receiving call or using internet, stable connection is best if you step out of the room. Front desk is not very attentive. When I checked in, the staff didnt even make eye contact, I was talking to her while she just stares at her computer. On my second day, before I left the premises at 10am, I asked for room make up. When I returned at 9pm, my room was exactly how it was when I left.

Not bad for a first-timer lol”
I booked this place on the very last minute of our trip. Davao has a lot of RedDoorz establishment all over the city. I got a bit scared at first since it's nowhere to be found on Google Maps and no reviews are posted yet for this place. When we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver is not familiar with the hotel, we just depend on the landmark indicated on it's name. I can say that there are other RedDoorz hotel within the city that has a better location but nonetheless, this place is still accessible to many places like Gaisano Mall and Roxas. I can say that the only thing that I didn't like during our stay was the air condition unit; it was SO LOUD all throughout out stay. It's like there's a construction going on behind our unit. So stressful especially during the night! Huhu
