エレベーターがなかったので、荷物の運搬がきつい。従業員がいれば運んでくれる。”
従業員の応対が非情に良かった。地元の旅行者が多く、あの辺りでは温水器付で上下水がしっかりしていた。設備は新しく、テレビのアンテナ接続、設定が甘く 映りが半分くらい悪かった。

We got triple sharing room. The room was clean, morning kits are provided everyday which is really 👍👍. Bottled waters were also provided everyday, there’s a big bottle of shampoo and body wash provided in the shower room which is superb! Hotel location is near mang inasal, jollibee and mcdonalds.

this property/inn is very convenient and near to everything like fastfoods, etc. thank you to the bellman, frontdesk who are accommodating so keep up the good work! i suggest open daily the dining area and the coffeshop. well be back again! again thank you guys!

DISAPPOINTING! :(”
We arrived to the facility from long travel and surprisingly the receptionist told us that only 1 room was available and the other room will be catered through other location. SO DISAPPOINTING! RedDoorz transferred us to "The Manor Hotel" and I'm thankful to the agent who help us and for fast action . It calmed me because thinking that the money I paid sufficed our accommodation and agony were paid off. However, early morning in the hotel a fire alarm disturbed us, we packed our things immediately thinking that there was a fire and no staff was assisting and we were in the hallway speculating with other guests. And no hotel staff explained what happened and one of the guest told us that it's only a false alarm. There was a malfunction on hotel's fire alarm. This my first time to give poor review in a hotel!
