荷物を置かせてもらおうと昼過ぎにホテルに訪れたら、快くアーリーチェックインをさせてくれた。部屋は思ったよりも狭かったが、料金を考えると十分で、清潔だった。マイナス点は、シャワーの水圧が弱いのと、部屋の掃除が夕方までなされてなかった(3日間ずっと)ので、朝出掛けて夜ご飯までに少し横になろうとホテルに帰ってきても部屋が清掃されておらず、毎回近くにいる係にお願いしてやってもらっていた。コスパは良いので、正直清掃の時間以外は特に不満や不便さは感じなかった。

Experience”
We are satisfied traveller! How the staff approach us and how they assist us whenever we ask for something is excellent. The bed is neat and airconditioner is suprisingly clean as well. One thing I would suggest is to have an open area for dining where we can use clean cups and wash our own utensils and mini counter where we can purchase immediate items like water, coffee, ready to eat items and sanitary items. If the facilty have one, then we are not informed as we have to go outside and buy water. Also, if lobby / reception area has malfunctioning aircondition, alternatively use fan as there are guest coming in/out and waiting. Over all, everything is nice. You get what you paid for! ☺️ Til next time...

The Best Budget Hotel ”
The best budget hotel I checked in so far. The quality of services is like a super expensive hotel in Malaysia and Singapore. The cleanliness, the free water dispenser for 24 hours, approachable staff (Ma'am Saysay), comfy beds, cool aircon, well-maintained CR are simply the best. We are so tired from our 4 hour trip and the elevator is helpful for us. Thanks RedDoorz Plus, we enjoyed our stay. Your location is so wow too. 😘😘😘

Very Accomodating staff”
Booked this for my parents visiting Davao and they loved their stay. I have rebooked on this location since then and they would definitely come again next time. The rooms are spacious and clean, always have hot water on shower and very friendly staff. Location is also accessible to everything and everywhere you want to go.

One of the best”
Definitely one of the best places to stay for a traveler on a budget. Near a public wet market, grocery store, fast food, shopping mall, it's very convenient especially if you commute. BUT, the WiFi didn't reach 3rd floor, where we were at, we told the attendant and she just said 'it's just the way it is'. Their router (only 1 for the whole building, that I've noticed) was inside the reception area, first door on your right upon entering the main gate, while our room was last door on the left, 3rd floor. We had to go out of the room to get signal.

Value for Money”
It is close to the venue of our confenrence, and walking distance to a pharmacy, fast food restaurants and a local shopping mall. The place is clean, there is hot water, wifi and cable. I had a pleasant stay and considering the price it is quite a steal.

We booked the hotel at a very affordable price. This was the second time we booked this hotel. Although it is a bit old, the hotel room is decent, clean, and located at poblacion which is a good location.

I highly recommend this hotel as a budget friendly hotel when going to davao. Very accessible within the heart of the city and so clean as well. Good parking space, friendly and hospital staff, very clean room with cr, and most of all very clean and smells good linens. We stayed at Reddoorz Hotel in bonifacio st. 5 star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good”
The place was a bit older and the pillows are small. One small pillow per bed. We would appreciate it if they would offer a free extra pillow. They could improve the cleanliness more, the cabinets. I would commend the bathroom since it has a hot and cold shower. Looks clean too. Overall, it's a good stay and could improve more. :)
