- Decoration and atmosphere
- Great services
- Reasonable room rate
- Smell from toilet
- Food, beverages and other services from hotel such as the tour guide and the airport taxi are too expensive
- Breakfast was terrible
This is one of the best hotel (Riad) I have ever stayed. I love the decoration, interior design, and the atmosphere of the Riad, they all are over the expectation. The room rates are reasonable comparing to other same level hotels.
However, other services from hotel such as food, beverages, airport pick-up or drop off service or even the tour guide are quite expensive.
There was a very bad smell inside the toilet from the first use until the last day I stayed, I have no idea where is the smell from. Anyway, this is not a big problem but it will be very nice if this can be improved.
The location is good but it's a little bit difficult at the beginning (same as all riads in Medina area).
The breakfast is the weakest point of the hotel. Comparing to the tarif, the breakfast should have more selection and more variable, not only bread, butter, jam, and juice.
By the way, if you want to have an experience staying in the luxury riads but have a limited budget, I really would suggest Riad El Amine, you will love it.
