This hotel is very unique. I liked the interior. Lovely♡
I'm interested in Warorot Area. So it is easy to walk around. Very convenient !
And a dining room is open until late at night 1:00 AM opposite to the hotel.
It came in handy. I want to come back soon!

The bed was very comfortable; basic toiletries as well as a hair dryer were provided; the room had a kettle, 3-in-1 coffee pouches, and cups; the air conditioner could be adjusted; & the room was nice & bright. The hotel is on a busy road with lots of street noise, so take earplugs if you are a really light sleeper. The walls are quite thin, so it is great if you have quiet neighbors. They have a couple of old bikes that can be rented at a reasonable cost, & they will take care of laundry at 50 baht per kg (a little more expensive than if you find a place yourself, but worth it for the convenience). They have about 9 breakfast sets to choose from that come with some fruit, & self-serve juice & tea. They can make a cup of coffee for a surcharge. The 3 breakfast sets I chose were tasty & filling. They also very kindly stored some luggage for me.

Unwelcoming but cheap hotel”
For the money not bad if you are not fussy but wasn’t a very nice hotel experience:
Staff were not friendly and quite unwelcoming. This is the first time we experienced this in Thailand.
The breakfast was really poor. I went for the Thai eggs and it was completely raw. My partner had fried eggs and they were burnt to an absolute crisp. Only the toast was edible.
The room was ok. Not much to comment on here. Location was good - short walk to east gate.
For the money it was fine but not the warm friendly boutique as we had hoped.

Clean and Unique Timber Room”
Clean Room, Good Breakfast.
Location a bit far to Night Bazaar.
If you are carry big luggage, please request room at lower floor, because no lift in the hotel.

A truly intimate boutique hotel that has efficient and likeable staff”
My wife and I spent eight nights at this little hotel. We loved our room, it was well equipped with air-con plus a wall-mounted a fan, a very modern TV, fridge, and coffee and tea-making facilities, it was also quiet, comfortable, and quite quirky too with all the plain wood furnishings! The Reception area was equally uniquely small, as was the breakfast and lounge, which was the same place in truth. OK, it is a small place, but it all worked well, the use of wood throughout gave it a very warm feel. The young staff were really fantastic. They all spoke excellent English, were knowledgable about the city and the surrounding area, and were keen to offer suggestions on the markets and shops; they were also very interesting to talk to about Thai life in Chiang Mai in general. My wife and I also loved the location, set near to the the river, near to a bridge that gave access to the restaurants on the other side, near to a really huge market, and just 5 minutes walk from the old city.
