Reasonably clean (although worn out), comfortable, roomy, with A/C and hot shower (electrical type). I did not see any bugs in my room. Train & road noise as it stands in between those, but it did not bother me. Typical Thai local hotel breakfast, not bad. If you are looking for a weekend resort in Hua Hin, DO NOT choose this hotel. If you are looking for a budget roadside motel for just a night rest, this hotel is not a bad choice. Plenty of parking space behind the hotel. Reception is probably open 24hrs (I checked-in 1am). In any case, this hotel is valueless without your own car. 部屋は古いが比較的清潔で、エアコン、テレビ、電気式温水シャワーなど一応の設備は整っている。シーツも綺麗で、部屋に蚊などもいなかった。 幹線道路と鉄道のそばで若干騒音があるが、私は鈍感なのか気にならなかった。朝食は典型的なタイの地方ホテルスタイル。悪くはない。 長距離ドライブ道中の、低価格な（ただ、一応中級の）宿泊施設としては価値があり、フロントも恐らく２４時間対応（私は深夜１時にチェックインした）。ホテル裏に十分な駐車スペースがある。 一方で、週末をフアヒンで過ごすことを目的にしている場合は、全くもってお勧めできない。 ホテルは寝るだけの場所だし（プールはあるが、とてもじゃないけど入る気がしない代物）、自家用車がないと非常に不便な立地。

寝るだけのつもりで泊まりました。 チェックインからアウトまでスムーズだし綺麗だし言うことなし。 車に日よけのカバーをかけくれていたので出発するときに熱くなく快適でした。

何も期待していなければ普通に快適に過ごせるゲストハウス 少々、場所が面倒な所なので車が無いと何も出来ない。

幹線道路沿いで、裏には線路もあり。 車の走行音、深夜列車？の音がうるさく、眠れない。 耳栓必要。 車が無いと不便。 エレベーター無し。 アメニティは一応あり。 ドライヤーはフロントに言えば貸してくれる 朝食は値段相応。

建物も古く、内装も関心しない。案内された部屋はエアコンが水漏れ、 変わった部屋もエアコン動かず、３部屋目でOK. 朝食も、注文してから出てくるのに時間が掛かる。 良かった点は、シャトル車を出してくれたことかな。

建物も古くて場所も不便、部屋もイマイチです。ホアヒン市街地に泊まる方がいいと思う。ここは回りには、何もありません。
値段相応”
値段を考えたら、文句はなにも言えません。 寝るだけ。少しモーテルのような感じはしますが、まあそれも旅行している感が出ていいのかな。寝るだけでいいという人にはおすすめですが、ホテルでゆっくり過ごすとかいう人には全くおすすめしません。
This place is not what has been advertised.”
I arrived and there was no one at reception despite someone standing on the first floor and saw us arrived. Our taxi driver had to call loudly. Recrption lady gave me a room and simply said second floor. We dragged our bags up the stairs. Shocked to see a cramped room with no balcony with pool view as booked. Bathroom was not really clean. Mirror inside very dirty ( smudges). Furniture of poor quality. After l complained ( dragged bags down again) we were told to walt down stairs so that our room is prepared later. Aaparently we checked in too early ( no problem, simply tell me and not allocate a room l did not booked.) The reception srea is in a sad state, chiller leaking water and they placed an old towel next to it. We decided there and then to not stay in that hotel. Got manager on the phone a second time and he refused to discuss any refund. We booked a new hotel which was excellent. Agoda should strike Season Palace HuaHin off their website until it meets the required standard.

The property is really running down. Toilet door is dirty and broken. Overall the toilet are not acceptable. This property need to upgrade. The location are really outskirt and without ;any shop for food. Need to travel 7 km to town for food.
Not Recommended”
It is not what it looks like in the pics. The building is super old and worn down. Worst of all, the attitude of staffs! Not attentive, not friendly and not helpful! When we try to check-in, the reception table is empty we keep calling for ppl, after few strong calls then only she present herself but show us the 'unhappy' look that we disturbed her. We try to rent motorbike and they are so not willing to help, they gave us wet helmets, take it or leave it. I won't stay here ever again.

This is old 3 storeys resort with no elevator and the room size is really comfortable for short stay. It is located bit far from city center so it would be advisable if you had your own transport for traveling. Room a bit dusty and you really have to shower early in the morning because there might be no water for you until its noon. Other than that, it's cheap so it is affordable enough for those who in tight budget but want a good room.

Location is very bed no way to go any places by walking. About 7 km distance from main beach. If u use local 10bath/person taxi then walking about 1 km and cross very busy highway in your own risk. Rest all are very good. Good breakfast, nice swimming pool and freash water.
Waste of money horror movie”
Can't even give a star as was so poor. Checked in went to the room was so disgusted that checked out without even staying the night we paid for. Wouldn't recommend this to anybody not even my worse enemy or anybody I hated. Really poor stains on bed sheets and told that th y couldn't clean them off toilet facilities didn't even want to use and the pool looked so grimy in best way to describe this hotel looked more like a horror movie run down beaten up didn't know if would be captured and tourtured.

Hotel was very nice, clean room nice pool. Good breakfast. The best part about the hotel was Kim a member of staff who was so helpful and acomodating, he gave us a free lift to the bus station and helped us with everything.
Passing Through”
As we were having a weeks vacation with the family, travelling from Phuket to Chiang Mai and back I chose hotels that had the facility of a swimming pool. Unfortunately the Season Palace Hua Hin were having staff problems in keeping their pool clean. (or maybe a filter problem). Either way the pool was absolutely filthy! And that's coming from someone who has had and maintained a pool for over 25 years. The water was not only murky, which can happen, but it was brown murky, which was dirty water. The 3 b't put a toe in water that was that dirty. Sorry, I am aware that it is the low season in Thailand and all hotels are struggling to stay in business, but there really is no excuse for not keeping a pool clean. All it requires is to backflush the filter regularly and add the appropriate amount of chemicals, if not a salt water pool, which this wasn't. We were also unaware that the restaurant was closed in the evening. Which turned out to be a blessing as it forced us to go into Hua Hin to one of the many great restaurants and have a nice dinner and evening.

staff very friendly. room cleaned except dead roach stayed on the floor all the time we were there. great little swimming pool. floor boards need to be re-secured. breakfast was cold. would stay there again.
Location not ideal”
Overall it's still okay. But, the drainage system inside the room's toilet was poor.Water unable to flow out while bathing. The hotel is located some distance away from huahin town and the tourist attraction .Luckily there was free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to the town
Value for money”
Although the hotel is bit far from the city center, its a clean, quiet hotel. The staff are very friendly and ready to help out 24 hrs. They have the shuttle service to the city center. The food is amazing, nice swimming pool, and overall its one of the best hotel in Hua Hin.
