The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. The hotel also has a gym, a pool, steam, and sauna which is included with your stay on top of the breakfast. We really enjoy our stay.

Newly open hotel located in downtown. Easy to commute around. Eateries, minimart, supermarket and spa within walking distance. Room was sparkly clean and big. Daily breakfast served in buffet style and changed daily. Fresh juice supee fresh, not those concentrated sugarly drink.

Quite simply the find of my trip. Great location , great facilities. Staff simply could not do enough for you . The bed was sooooo comfortable . Made full use of the wellness facilities too. One suggestion for the hotel is to have two bins in the room one for recyclables one for non. Also some work could be useful on the breakfast menu with some slight tweaks it would be wonderful . However , this does not distract from the fact this hotel is a diamond . Well done and keep up the good work

Every room comes with iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Great for business travelers. Approximate 3 cars can be parked at lobby front and 3 more underground. Located in BKK area, which is a cbd. Ample F&B options and convenient stores within walking distance. Lobby staff speaks decent English.

Room was nice enough, appreciated the desk as I had work to do in my first couple of days. Clean and comfortable although a little small especially if more than 1 person was staying. Restaurant was nice the 1 day I had breakfast there although a bit limited for options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good base to explore Phnom Penh as there are plenty of good food options close by and only a short tuk tuk ride to more options around Russian Market or Riverside.

Location is great, lots of near by restaurants and mini-mart. Quite convenient to travel around. Room is good, but cleanliness can be improved. I found hairs on the floor and towel had brown spot on. Breakfast is delicious but limited. Same menu everyday, it can be boring if you stay many days. Overall, I found this hotel is good choice for Phnom Penh.

Eateries are everywhere, mins away to Aeon Mall. Staff are friendly and nice as well. Overall I enjoyed my 3 weeks stay with Sensory Park Urban.

Newly opened hotel, offering excellent value for money! Good facilities, excellent gym and decent breakfast. Super helpful and friendly personnel! Only complaint is the cleaning hours and loud housekeeping when they are knocking the doors (lack of sound insulation).
