we stayed here for one night. great exterior n interior design! if you wish to have a staycation with different vibe and environment, this would be a perfect place (feel like staying somewhere in europe! 🥰) they even provide everything you might need in the hotel room! (stationaries inc staplers scissors etc, needle and thread, umbrella, disposable slippers, complete toiletries etc!) they even provide a smart tv in the hotel room! there is also a little cafe outside the hotel, and the pizza taste nice :) after we checked out, they even give us a souvenir, and we really love it 🥰 you should go there if you want to know what it is 😜 service at the counter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ check in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ facilities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with all of these,i think the price is cheapp!! STANTON HOTEL was perfect accommodation have dreamed of”
1. Nice manners when we arrived at the airport, even though we were late, staffs were waiting for us with smile. And they provied the water. It makes us more comfortable. 2. Nice Hotel condition Hotel condition was really pretty nice! It was perfect. 3. Breakfast is really delicious. It is for free, and the sandwich and brunch were really tasty i have ever eaten. I will never forget STANTON HOTEL and if i have a chance to come KK again, i will choose stanton without hesitation. Thank you for giving nice service.

I had no intention of staying at Stanton initially.I just went to M Cafe for their cheesecakes & coffee. Was in a transition waiting for my restored car to be ready to tour round Sabah after the 1000km oil change. I just wanted to park somewhere I can enjoy my cheesecake & coffee and just sit & admire my restored car. I did not expect the rest of the event to unfold. 1. The place is chic looking. It's an excellent choice when you stay and take beautiful photographs. Yes I took a fair number of photos of my car with Stanton in the background. 2. The hospitality treatment is simply top notch. I was very well looked after from the day I had cheesecake until the day I had to checkout. 3. The Cafe M is quite a hangout place for delicious cheesecake. Its Instagramable. It's a combination of industrial designs with a modern twist. 4. If you need to go over to Imago for Shopping or Food, they have transportation made available at your disposal.

First and most importantly, new,clean & comfortable, and it's building style is so beautifull, no matter in daytime or night! All the staff there are super friendly and helpful, u cant even see this kind of friendliness in some other 5 star hotels. Although there are no convenience shops or restaurants nearby, it is quite near to shopping malls, and there is a small glass-house style cafe in front of the hotel, with free breakfast provided. parking space is sufficient after 5pm. I can see that the management level put a lot efforts in this hotel. Suitable to family, couple or business traveler. Put this hotel on top of your watchlist, highly recommend!

Super clean, i’m in love with the bedding! Super soft and comfortable. The pillows are so fluffy and they’re not stingy of them, there’s 4 big pillows and 2 small ones, and its still not too much because the bed is huge! The hotel smells pleasant, and stepping into it is like stepping into another world. The staffs are great and helpful! The room has a modern vibes to it and super comfortable. It has everything you need in the room. I would love to stay here again!

Nice location. Popular restaurants within 2km. You can walk there 20minutes or spend 5rm by grab. Also you can find a 7-11 around the corner. The staff are very helpful. They offer free shuttle service according to your flight. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The flat screen runs android system and you can stall apps to enjoy entertainment. The breakfast is simple. Prefer the American ones to sandwiches. Need to improve. Overall, it’s worthy! Highly recommended! Will choose again if go back to kk!

The best hotel ever”
I have stayed for 3 nights here and i have to say this hotel is one of the best and deserve so much more despite only being 3 star, I believe this hotel has all the potential to be 5 star. Exceptional staff service, attentiveness and everything. I personally do not rate hotels and I recommend this to others. 5/5 from me. Strategic location as well and very clean and comfortable beds.

Feel like arrive London when reach this hotel. My family like this hotel so much, new & very clean, beautiful hotel, staff are friendly. The beds & pillows are soft comfortable, have good sleep at night. Parking is limited but it is not a problem, the staff will inform me to move my car when hotel car park available. Highly recommended.

Small but nice ”
Room was small but enough - we were there on the way to Kundasang and wanted a place to sleep only. The rooms are quite nicely done. The bed is raised so be careful - I almost fell. All the mod cons are there in the room. The hotel has a quiaint English style red phone box for you to take pixs. In fact lots of spots that you can pose next to, if you don't mind the heat. The restaurant is adequate, does really nice chicken wings but slow service. Not meant for crowds. Staff really good and friendly. Parking not that easy. Nothing to look at , no view.

It’s a very new and stylish hotel, super clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly! The only drawback is that the shower in our room isn’t warm enough. The water was too cold to bathe in mid night. We didn’t bother to call for assistance as it was rather late while we bathed.

The hotel is so amazing. i asked for early check in to decorate the room for my wedding anniversary and they even call me to check in early since the room is available. plus, their staff even helped to decorate the room as well for no charge. we dont even need to go outside. we just stay inside & order food. it was so cozy. we also got free gift from the hotel. omg, this is the best hotel i've ever been. Second time and worth the stay!”
Room was spacious and clean. The interior design is elegant and sleek which a plus points! Staff was helpful and somehow we are unable to watch tv during our stay. All in all everything was great except for tv channel.

The staff are helpful and location are good for those want to stay in Kota Kinabalu City . Nearby restaurant, bank and other facilities. The room are clean and there is a smart tv that you can play youtube and watch movies. Recommended

Good one”
During the first night stay the A/C system in the room is quite disappointing and shower drainage is clogging, went to raise the issue to the reception, they manage to tackle the issue, even the A/C system cant be solve immediately they went and sent 1 stand fan to tackle the issue temporarily. Professionalism as it is, very good and proactive. Keep up the good work and hope to see this place maintain as it is. Well done.

Unique hotel with beautiful design”
The staff was friendly and helpful. It is also located in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside for me was the limited parking spaces. Overall, it was a great hotel.
