Every thing was great, but while im checking in I told to whom there i want a clean room in each courner , but he said to me all our rooms are clean :), the room it self was perfect but the toilet is not that clean i found hairs almost everywhere, and refrigerator was full of smell like meat and chicken, I guess they really should clean it before i come.

Old hotel.. needs renovation..”
the first room that they gave as is very small for a suite.. i found out later that its for handicapped..i mean i have nothing against handicapped people, but i think itd very inappropriate to give as that room in the first place.. and their reason was that their's no available rooms at that moment.. so whats the point of my advance booking.. and when we checked out they are asking for payment for a phone call that has never been connected nor answered.. and that indian receptionist was very sarcastic when i told her that its going to be unfair if i paid for that phone call which has not been successful at all..

Very good staff in a good hotel ”
The rooms are big and spacious. The beds are quite comfortable. Reception staff, pool attendants/lifeguards and porters are very polite and good at their job. A incident at night happened where two male guests where trying to open the bedroom door because one of the reception staff had gave them a key to the wrong room. Luckily, I had locked the door. So staff need to pay attention to such a situation like that arising again.The only drawback is that there are no windows to actually open, only glass. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled awful and should be thrown out. Cleanliness in the room could be considerably better, ensuring carpets are hoovered daily and floor towels changed when they are visibly dirty. The two porters I encountered, one a Nigerian guy (whose name I didn't get) and Raffy are excellent. Reception staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, it's a good hotel with great staff.

Far from expectations”
The name is not representing the Swiss standard hotel though. Rooms are very very outdated, dust and hair are everywhere in the room, even in the drawer. I dont think the housekeeping do their job very well. Broken shower, hot and very noisy airconditioner, dusty carpets, and slow service. Even it is cheap (not really that cheap at this standard) I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and cosy beds. Dear management, Improve NOW or soon no one will get back to your hotel.

Cleanliness, staff friendly, location
Not too bad, the toilet flush isn't great, stayed in two rooms, the water doesn't stop flowing unless you flush twice, very cheap design and a waste of water and money, as so much water gets wasted, something the management should also look into. The air in the hallways and rooms are very stale, they should air the rooms and hallways regularly, otherwise great, would use again.

Excellent customer service, excellent breakfast, nice rooms and washing facilities
It was very good apart from the fire alarm going off at 2am and we had to climb down 13 flights of stairs because someone was smoking in their room

Very bad service”
I checked in at around 8pm and found the following inconveniences Nobody was there to take car for valet Nobody was there to carry the luggage and I took it till reception by my own After checking in when I reached the room it was not ready as in there was one extra undone bed in the room which previous customer might have ordered additionally. No room sleepers well available called and waited for almost an hour for them The standard of the bathrooms is like any ordinary 2 star hotel. The internet in the room was not working because the router was not plugged and I had to figure it out by my own. Found one piece of plastic in the omelete that I ordered.

This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone with or without kids. Staff was very friendly and courteous, rooms were very clean and were well equipped. If I visit the UAE again, this is the hotel I would go for.
