“ゆったり出来た”

今回３人宿泊したが部屋にトイレが2つあったりバルコニーが有ったりと、３人でも窮屈な感じがせずとてもリラックスして宿泊することが出来ました。ただスパが込んでいて出来なかったのがとても残念がってました

目の前が海で、リゾート気分満開。部屋が広く、バルコニーも付いているのでとても快適にホテルで過ごせた。 町まででるには、ちょっときょりがあるがロケーションがよいので我慢できる

“Underwhelming”

Beware that the noise of harsh waves do tear through your peaceful night's sleep b/c the rooms aren't sound-proof. We booked a room with kitchen, but it lacked most kitchen essentials (cutlery, cooking utensils, salt/pepper, etc). Plus, it had lots of ants roaming carefree on the kitchen bench. The listing indicates the additional resort fee as XPF1800 (to be paid separately when checking out) but they charged us XPF1950, which felt like a rip-off, so do factor in an extra AU$50 per night when booking with them. The staff, albeit friendly, can barely speak English. But we survived by making hand gestures :)

“Old and dated”

For the money we paid for one night it was very poor value. Hotel is old and dated. TV had 3 English news stations. TV was size of large desktop monitor. Railings rusted. Water pools in hallways and by next day no one cleaned up. Huge slipping risk

Lovely room and beautifully appointed. All staff were friendly and helpful. Both meals we at there were excellent

“Great location….”

It’s a beautiful location. The beach is amazing. The building is not in great repair- not terrible, but a little rough for the price. It’s very expensive. The restaurant is not very good and very expensive.

“I would find a different hotel”

We asked about the lay making class , which was scheduled for 7:30, and at 7:45 after asking 3 staff members we were told it would happen later. The person had a car issue, unfortunately we had to leave. We scheduled the show, we had a pillar in the way. I wish the dancers were elevated so you could see it better. There isn’t airport/ ferry shuttles. There isn’t much to do besides the pool. The beach is a black sanded beach that had a warning sign about swinging.

“Good short stopover stay ”

It’s very much like a resort but catered a wide range of food and activities. The food was better than what we had at Bora Bora! Pool was big but could do with a clean, easy access to the beach. Location wise you’d have to get a taxi to go around as there wasn't much around. Room was nice and spacious but outdated, shower was brilliantly hot. Helpful staff especially the big guy who carried our suitcases- my absolute favourite employee. Brilliant touch with the Tahitian pearl gift, I take a memory back with me. Thank you

“Do not stay here”

Damp/mould. Room smells awful. Dated, needs serious renovations, inside and outside building Sun loungers, 20 for whole place Food quality, poor Service at pool, none Buffet - meat poor quality, lost booking put us on table next to service desk. Nobody came to take drink order, I had to get up and ask. Polynesian show - over booked people stood right over us while we ate Wifi slow or not connected to internet. Could not connect our laptops for important work and couldn't watch netflix on the rooms tv either Painfully slow checkout with errors on bill and extra hidden charges

“Great stay”

We had a great stay at Le Tahiti. The rooms are right on the ocean. The crashing of the waves and beautiful views were well worth it. Steps to the beach and a short walk to the pool. Everything was just what we needed for a relaxing week.

I loved the location of this hotel and would recommend it for its great value compared to other resorts close to Papeete. The staff definitely gets a five star for their effort.

“Nice stop-over in Tahiti”

We spent the majority of our trip in Bora Bora and had two day in Tahiti. This was a good spot for us to base for our day trip to Moorea. The day of our flight we checked out at 11. Our flight wasn't until late that night. The staff let us stay at the pool and shower before our flight. Nice facilities. The rooms were well decorated and nice to have a kitchen/laundry room.

La habitacion era muy amplia y las vistas increibles. Muy equipada con nevera con congelador, vitro, e incluso horno y lavadora! La comidas y desayunos de buena calidad. El unico pero es que el desayuno era muy caro.

“Amazing Hotel ”

This is a gem of a hotel. The room and view were amazing. The staff friendly and accommodating.

“Disappointing Stay ”

We had a disappointing stay at Le Tahiti - started badly with the approach to the hotel - the building looks tired and run down. The interior is not too bad but lacks the luxury feel. Most staff were very nice but some were completely clueless about what services they could provide- order taxi for airport, provide upgraded room (we offered to pay). Room was well enough equipped but the air conditioning was poor as was the soundproofing. We booked a deluxe ocean view and although they allocated us a room with hot tub (which we didn’t use) , the ocean view was very limited. Room service was prompt but the food lacking in presentation and quality. Same with food in beach bar and restaurant. We won’t be back .

This place is amazing! They were so kind and let us in at 6AM the morning of our check in. Held our luggage, gave us towels to take showers and full access of their resort. Beautiful beach! Great food! Wonderful staff. Would come here again. Also they upgraded our room because it wasn’t ready in time. Wow! 2 bd and 2 bath!! Loved this place.

Somewhat dated facilities and menu. But we stayed in a new building which was very clean and modern

A very expensive resort on the outskirts from Papeete with a somewhat faded colonial charm. Mostly staff were very helpful, competent and well informed. The grounds are well maintained, the beach was lovely but not for snorkelling due to poor visibility and the swimming pool was the place to be.the pearl gift was a nice touch. The best thing was the twice weekly performances of Polynesiancultural dances, music and singing and Tahitian traditional dance performances, music and singing. Well worth participating in and worth the price for the buffet dinner. All up, a pretty amazing resort experience for a once in a lifetime trip.

“Accommodating Staff! ”

We arrived late at night but a staff member getting off work took us in town to a food truck and then returned us to the hotel. He was so nice I bought his dinner and one for his fiance' who had to wait for him to complete transporting us. The entire staff was friendly and helpful there. We had the unit with a spa tub on level 4. Excellent! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

“Only if you want to get away…like all the way away”

There are a few pros and more cons for this resort. We went in December for 3 nights of our honeymoon. Pros: they upgraded us to a fantastic duplex room with ocean view They bring you a new liter bottle of water each day The happy hour is decent with $9 cocktails and free olives The dinner menu is small but the food is really good - especially the lamb Cons: There are roosters and they are loud and no matter where your room is they will wake you at 530am The resort is on the complete opposite side of the island from other resorts so no tour company will pick you up without an additional charge of approximately $40 There are no beach chairs They rent out the pool to a children’s swim instructor from 230-5 - so it’s impossible to use without kids from 3-10 swimming around you. Then at 5 it’s rented out to a water spin class - they will let you take the class for $10 but again the pool is basically unusable for guests There are no water sports and hardly an activities I would not go back to this resort.

“Great value for overnight”

we stayed for one night after visiting BoraBora and Moorea before our flight. It was great for the night. There were tiny tiny bugs in the room....they didn't bite...otherwise, the room was big and great view of ocean.

“Food poisoning”

We do not recommend the Pearl Beach hotel. Four guests (including us) had violent vomiting 1 day after leaving the hotel. All of us only ate in the hotel bar and restaurant. The restaurant is not clean and the beds are horribly worn out. We paid $300 a night and wished we had gone to a better hotel.

“Beautiful hotel”

The rooms were large and comfortable. It lies just down the bottom of the hill of a beautiful viewpoint. If you want to explore the island then rent a car as this hotel is not in walking distance to anything other than the viewpoint, rent one from the airport or as we did, notify the hotel so that they can send a representative from the rental company to pick you up and take you to the rental place. Very good WiFi around the complex. The beach is black sand and because of this the water is not clear. If you want clear water and white sand like you would expect in paradise then spend more time in Bora Bora where the water is amazing (they have several domestic flights each day that take 50min). Tahiti is okay for a couple of days just to explore as it feels more like a city type island rather than paradise. However it’s a nice experience.

“Inconvenient for overnight flight ”

This was our last leg flying back to Tokyo, ending one week long honeymoon in Bora Bora. We were not stingy, booking an ocean-view room with Jacuzzi. This property located nearly a 30 minute ride from Tahiti airport to the hotel (without traffic), thus, it will be a bit far for us staying just 10 hours and catching up a 7am flight. In terms of room cleanliness, I woke up at 3.30am and switched on lights, I saw bugs crawling into my bin in toilet (no room service, pure simple trash - tissue etc). I got freaked out. They also existed in my luggage. I never expected that as I got located on 4/F... still, definitely not left your luggage open. (but I never saw bugs in Bora bora while the nature is also near us). That's why I rated it relatively low. Otherwise they dined at hotel café, food and service was fine. We just spent a night there. However, not for returning stay. I am sorry.

“Good start for the honeymoon”

We started here our honeymoon prior to fly to Bora Bora. The hotel has been recently refurbished and made for a very pleasant stay. The swimming pool is large and quiet, and the food is nice (I had better, I had worst). We booked a Jacuzzi room and we enjoyed using it, and sipping champagne from the terrace whilst looking at the sunset

“Wrong Location Wrong Hotel”

For cruise convenience this hotel is not in the right location. Too far from cruise dock and taxi travel very expensive. Staff cold with very little English spoken. Pool area and fitnss/spa are nice, though hours are not user friendly. The restaurant, only food available without taking a taxi, is awful, limited and expensive. The wait staff was non caring and basically rude. Hotel looks nice, plays awful!!!

When we did check in we got an upgrade. A two level room very clean with a great view. The staff was very friendly

“Aged but still nice”

The hotel was doing some renovation of the roof when we got there, some of the furniture showed age but the overall property was nice. Staff pleasant but Food selection was poor.

“Disappointing ”

Staff was horrible. Slow & not friendly. Food was ok but over-priced. Drinks were watered down and over-priced. Non-smokers beware. Cigarette smoke everywhere. I could even smell it in my room.

pool was disgusting , mold growing in it, food in restaurant was good. hotel has been subbed off as condos , so there a lot of kids screaming around the pool, and water aerobics classes. cannot walk anywhere from hotel as located out of town and on a busy road so you must cab everywhere,

“Rooms and views are Fantastic ”

Rooms are very nice, beautiful black sand beach, nice pool but could use some work on the tiles in the pool. They had a lot of exercise classes in the pool too. Food was just okay 😌 at the restaurant but they had a great show in Thursday night. Location is not near anything but beautiful beach. We saw whales too.

“Tired in need of updating ”

This is meant to be a 4 star hotel but it was 3 star service. I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned upon arrival. The small fridge in the room broke down twice. Staff seemed tired and in some cases got our request for a taxi completely wrong. Did not feel particularly welcome. The only people who were helpful were the girls at the activity desk.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, free shuttle to Papeete. Good location out of town if that is what traveler is looking for.

“Isolated locale”

Very nice beach location. Staff was very helpful. You can book tours through the hotel and they offer a free shuttle to town. However there are is no shopping or dining within walking distance. A car rental is necessary to take advantage of the area.

Great staff very clean beautiful location. Check your cab pricing from airport, it should be 30,000 but some charge 45,000. Hotel staff books the correct can at good Pricing

“Decent find in the city”

My stay here was somewhat enjoyable, I'll start by saying I was probably a little spoiled by my over the water bungalow stay in Moorea. The room was spacious and mostly clean, the room service menu could have used a good cleaning! Full of sticky brown spots. I had a room with an ocean view, which was nice. The staff is very nice and accomadating. The food was so so. I had a burger the first night and it was very good. I ordered the breakfast al la carte and was disappointed. It tasted like it came from a freezer. Overall I'd rate this hotel as a good stay, I did really appreciate the extended check out for 8pm as my flight was leaving at 1145pm

“Very nice hotel right on the beach”

I stayed here for two nights and was very impressed. After reading other guests reviews, I was expecting it to be slightly run down but I found it to be modern and in good condition. The room was very spacious with a very large balcony looking right onto the beach and i had a great night sleep as the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet apart from the sound of the crashing waves. There was also a good selection of both French and American TV channels. However, I was on the 4th floor which, along with the 5th floor are labelled as 'premium floors' so if these rooms have been refurbished more recently? The restaurant was very nice, a good selection on the menu. Quite expensive although most food and drink is in French Polynesia. It also had a great little market selling souvenirs and jewellery etc. Only real downside of the hotel is the distance from Papeete as it is about a 10 minute drive and taxis are extremely expensive - you can expect to pay 3500XPF plus 100XPF for luggage from the airport to the hotel so I definitely recommend booking a transfer at a third of the price and no extra charge for luggage.

Not good at all.Did a one night stay at hotel got to hotel and did check in.When I got to my room the bed was not done,no towels,flowers laying in wood cabinet,toilets not cleaned,cigarette ashes in smoke trays.Ask for another room and got a better one but not too deceiving at night checked out bed had bugs and spiders and gets better me and wife woke up to cockroaches in floor in the morning horrible experience that's why da bad rating.Oh yea and me and my wife did not sleep in the bed slept in the hard wood sofa and woke up all sore.We weren't gonna sleep with crawlers.Do not recommend this hotel at all
