現在はソフトオープンに近い状況で、1/5ほどのスタッフさんには不満があります。 個人差が大きのでしょう、絶句する場面もありますが、感じ入る場面もあります。 このため対応するスタッフさんによって、ゲストからの印象は全く異なってしまいます。 中でも私が驚いてしまったのは、リコンファームについてでした。 ガルーダさんは乗客に対して、リコンファーム出発の72時間前迄にするように、 ホームページにも記すなどして求めています。 チェックイン直後にクラブフロア係の方に頼み、翌々日になっても何もありません。 そこでコンシェルジュ係の方に改めて頼むことになってしまいました。 クラブフロアでもコンシェルジュでも、 ホームページには出発時刻がまだ表示されていないとか、 そんなことはしなくても大丈夫だとかいう反応を繰り返していました。 「私は20回以上、バリ島のホテルでガルーダさんのリコンファームを依頼している」、 「いつも単語2つみの会話で頼めていたのに何故？」と迫っても動きませんで、 ベテランのコンシェルジュさんが来てくれるまで、実にストレスフルでしたが、 そうは言ってもオープンしたて、遠からず変貌してくれるでしょう。 最近着任されたフロントのマネージャーさんも、 ホスピタリティと責任感に満ちたレストランのマネージャーさんも、 オープンしたての和食レストラン奥のアシストマネージャーさんも、 コンラッドで経験を積んだコンシェルジュのベテランさんも、 一流のホテリアーですので、私は大いに期待しています。 また、装飾品やファシリティの作り込みは唸ってしまうほど、 宿泊させて頂いたクリフ・オーシャンビュー・ジュニアスイートの、 フランジプールはインフィニティプールで、他に代え難い圧巻そのものの絶景です。 尚、部屋のサイズの表示方法は配慮が必要かなと思います。 クリフ・オーシャンビュー・ジュニアスイートは100m2とありますが、 この中には30〜35m2ほどの、フランジプール付のバルコニーを含んでいます。 これを踏まえても、十分に良く作り込んだレイアウトに、 前述の通りの絶景ですので、満足出来ると思います。 また、お世話になりにお伺いします。 変貌を楽しみにしています。
来ましたね〜久しぶりに良いホテルがバリ島に出来上がってきました。 現在はソフトランディング中ということもあり、１００％のパフォーマンス ではないとしても、これが１００％になったら、どうなるので？？ ものすごく楽しみです。 また、必ず戻ります。

I stay only 1 night, but that's enough to make me visit me again someday, the lobby is very good, the view is incredible, the way to room has stunning view, the room has nothing to complain, the staff is very helpful

Amazing location and view from the room!”
We were staying in the Suite with private pool. The view from the room overlooking the ocean was amazing. We can just laze around the pool enjoying the view for the whole day! The room was very spacious and the staff were friendly! Highly recommended and cant wait to be back!

Apurva is just newly build hotel with outstanding facilities, but because its not ready yet, so for the kids club still using temporary room, same with the spa facilities, its still using temporary room, so there is no hot and cold tub. But overall its really a nice family hotel with their own beach. For the area, its nusa dua, but the other side nusa dua, so a bit far from nusa dua crowed place like bali collection and others cafe near nusa dua.
Bad soft opening”
They have check in time 3pm, arrive at 2.30 so wait for 45mins until my deluxe room ready, while suite room wait for another 30 mins for me just to get the wrong twin bed suite room, so wait another more than 1 hour for them to check and prepare the king size suite room. Next day i got bday cake surprise while its not my bday. Good luck kempinski, many homework to do.

Several staff looked confused..didn't quite know what to to...perhaps it is bcoz a new hotel? A female staff only greeted and talked with my husband in elevator though I was standing behind my husband. It happened also during breakfast at 9th Fl but different staff and only talked to my husband. I dont know why. Hello...it was me paid all of the bills. Regardless ☝️, I recommend this hotel...it is a lovely hotel. Note: my opinion is only for Agoda and Kempinski Bali, not for public

Feels good staying here”
Amazing hotel and facilities. Staff were nice and attentive. We got upgraded to suites room which was very nice and enjoyable. Though there is a little incident, a cockroach decided to join in and incedently we step on it. But the manager came down and clean the whole thing. Other than that, the stay was superb. Breakfast, pool, view, etc was excellent.
The Hotel was so big. And the room was very big too.. love this hotel so much. Will be back again for sure. My children love to play in the pool and have a lot of breakfast in the morning. All the staff was very good and very kind love this hotel so much. Thanks for staying here for 4 nights.

The most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in”
This hotel does everything right it was absolutely perfect it really does have a wow factor. I’ve stayed in over 2000 hotels this is probably the best, seriously I just don’t see how they could make it any better. Check in was slow I guess and I made 500 photos in just 1 nights stay. Every corner you turn takes your breath away. Only open 3 months so got s good deal, it’s the best hotel in the area and I expect the best hotel in Bali. Very impressed.

Amazingly Beautiful Hotel”
Very quiet and beautiful hotel located in the edge of Nusa Dua next to Rich Charlton and Hilton. It has spacious room and attentive service. The pool and garden isnt crowded which is good. Maybe because it is still a new hotel. Every spot is carefully designed in which make this hotel very enjoyable to walk around.
i consider this hotel to be one of the best architecture and design. It has a grand lobby area where it really wows every guest in the lobby. Well designed room, amazing large pool with nice sunset view. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Bali right now.

New hotel but service is lacking”
The hotel is very big but when I requested for just a 30 minutes late check out to properly packed my luggage, the staff rejected me. I tried calling the hotel many times to inform the staffs to make up my room but no one picked up. Lastly when I requested for pillows, they took more than an hour to get it right. Nice hotel but poor service with inefficient staffs.

The best hotel in Bali”
Brand new hotel with amazing view from Top of the cliff. Spacious room size and great pool side access. Water slide for kids and nice restaurant just around the corner from our room. Quite expensive but worth a try. The beach is not quite ready but beautiful view.

Lovely hotel, still under construction which did not bother us too much. However, limited to 1 restaurant which was geared towards Chinese market. Majority of clientele were Chinese and so food was very focused on Asian food. Sunday night buffet was entirely Chinese and nothing for vegetarians. We saw European clients walk out as they really did not have anything they wanted to eat and even more limited for their children. No shop or amenities so if you forget sun tan lotion, mosquitoe Bute cream etc you have to take a taxi to town. Room was amazing we had a lagoon direct pool access. Nothing to fault at all. Staff are what made the resort ! Amazing, polite, attentive, always eager to please. However, some had limited English and clearly some training needed which will come as they gain more experience. Private beach is ok not that pretty and construction all around. This resort has a lot of potential but let down by lack of attention to global market of clientele.
