空港に近いという点では便利ですが、ダバオに滞在して街に出かけようと思うと少し不便な場所です。 早朝フライトの前泊には最適だと思います。 バスルーム共同の部屋に泊まりましたが、バスルームは綺麗で問題なし。 宿としては値段の割に高級感があり、快適なのですが、ただプールの水が濁っていました。 それがなければ完璧な宿です。

空港から10分ほどの郊外あり、市街地までは車での移動になります。住宅街の一画にあり回りにはサリサリが一件と国道沿いに数件の店があるだけでホテルを出てちょっと買い物は出来ません。 中庭のプールは夜になると水中に照明が照らされ綺麗です。プールを囲むテラスのテーブルは確保してないと他の宿泊者に取られます。テラスでの喫煙は大丈夫みたいです。 多分富裕層別荘で使用していない時はホテルてして営業してるのでは？私が泊まった部屋はメインルーム？てトイレもシャワーもありますが、ゲストルームぽい部屋はトイレ・シャワーは共同です。ジャグジーバスが部屋に設置されてるタイプですが、使用出来なかったのでマイナスを付けました。多分、今後も使用できないでしょう。 別荘みたいで家具やインテリアは一見の価値はあります。料金がもう少し安ければ最高ですが、多分また利用すると思います。

I was dropping through for the night to catch a flight for the next morning. I did not think much about were I would stay. Just close to the airport. The price seem good and the location. Got there an I was tired from a long haul of a trip. I needed help for transportation the next morning. It was a little late. The staff said give me a hour to call around for a van. Remind you we are going through the covid-19 curfew, travel pass, etc.. He got it done. One thing I regret was not eating at the place. Why, if the rooms and atmosphere are that relaxing. The food has to be masarap! That night I was in bed and out in 20 minutes. Like I said earlier "relaxing". I will recommend "The Executive Villa Inn & Suites" to any one. Fair and comfortable. But really, when I am in Davao that is my place to stay. The staff is sincere and will do their best to have your back.

Very clean and the room was like a hotel but the price was very affordable. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The place was really beautiful like a modern mansion with a very good view of the pool. I will defenitely recommend this place and will go back again.

Concern. On a daily basis, they would ask you if you slept well or if there something more they could add up to make your stay more comfortable. They would even call for the taxi service for our daily trips and shared with me the Hirna application so we could have an alternative way of getting a ride to and fro. Cleanliness. The room is always clean, towels are changed daily and so with the linens. The place is very ideal for a vacation for families and even for a group of 30 or more because it is like a home away from home because of the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Its location is very, very close to the airport about 10 mins. walk I think. Although it is quite far from the heart of the city, you would love to stay there. Kudos to Sir Albert Pahayajay, Trixie, Kim, Serena, Ms. Marlyn, Mr. Willy & Adrian.

When we arrived,there was a power interruption and the staff was very apologetic about it. To compensate for the lack of electricity,they gave us a lamp until the power came back. They are very keen to help and even booked our taxi. This is a very good place to stay either for a staycation with family and friends or for an overnight accommodation if you have a flight the next day as it is close to the airport. Kudos to the receptionist who was so helpful and nice. Too bad I wasn't able to ask for his name.

We actually booked for standard room with shared bathroom but the staff was very nice enough to transfer us to a room with own CR since I am pregnant. I appreciate it. Affordable foods and ofcourse nice rooms. Will definitely comeback.. ❤️

Pros: Quiet, exclusive, grand main area, clean, accommodating staff, hospitable owner (i'm sure they are the owner), delicious fries and tuna sandwich, amazing tv with lots of channels, hotel-type bed setup, blower in the bathroom, hot bath with bath tub, complimentary water, food price can be justified (might be pricey for some but for us, coming from a really pricey food experience on Samal island, it's fine), and lovely view from the superior queen room. Cons: Far from Davao City (did not expect that), Antonio and friends (millipeed and tiny cockroaches), buffalo wings is not spicy, and there was a part of the road that is not cemented (but that's not their fault).

Okay, so. First thing to say is the staff is superb accommodating. Second is the place is perfect for staycation and if you wanna have a peaceful stay. Near airport is a plus. When u first looked at it, its just like a typical house but wait til ur inside!
