ホテル＆ギャラリーを謳ってだけに志向を凝らした部屋です。 部屋は少し狭いですが窓が大ききので狭さを感じなかった。 靴を脱いで小上がりみたいな造りになっていたので日本人は好きかも。 デポジットは１００ＲＭ取られます。

行きたいレストランや屋台やpudu wet marketがホテルの近くに有り大変便利でした。 朝食はチャーハンやビーフン、お粥やスープ等もあり充実してました。 マイナス点はシャワー室が狭いのとミニ冷蔵庫が有ればもっと良かったです。 値段を考えたら仕方のない事なのですが。。。 2度目の訪問でしたがリピありです。

ブキッビンタンまで徒歩圏内ですし、周りにはコンビニも食堂もあります。部屋も清潔で、浴室も問題なしです。寝るためのホテルと考えていたので、大満足でした。

Great overall but lack of attention to detail”

This is a nice boutique style hotel, and overall very nice looking and comfortable. The staff are pleasant and friendly. But lots of details are missed, as if the designer never actually spent the night in the hotel. For example, when sitting on the toilet the sink is above your knees and right in front of your face. It's so awkward. The sink faucet isn't large enough to actually fit the sink. The shower is missing a shower curtain or glass door. It would also be nice if there was better sound insulation in the door or a double door as is common in Korean hotels. The bum gun has a vestigal handle level that doesn't work and the water is controled by a lever at the outlet which is really bizzare.

nice rooms with all kinds of paintings. in fact its like an art gallery with nice paintings on every floor. i even walked the other floors just to look at them. staff was very helpful and carried my bag up for me. only reason its not a perfect rating is the listing incorrectly states laundry service. they offer none. but their is a 24 hour coin op do it yourself laundry 2 blocks away. also 50 ringgit cash deposit that wasnt mentioned so make sure you hit the atm BEFORE you come here. also window is small size. but id come back. nice place. love the artwork . feels more like my bedroom then a hotel.

Nice boutique hotel with no proper furniture!”

There is no chair, table and cabinet in the room. The king size bed is deformed and thin. Also there is no proper toiletries provided except toothbrush set. We were given shower towel and floor towel only. No face towel given. Inside the toilet only one very dense lotion in the shower given, it act as three functions, wash head, wash body & hands. The tv has no remote need power on using the back button after the set top box turn off. The channels provided is pathetic more than half is local malay channels, no international channels at all. This hotel its decorations are superb. But its interior really cannot make it.

Great location! Only a few minutes away to Berjaya by Grab. There's a great massage place just along the walkway and two lovely restaurants. If you cross the road there's a 24hr eating place. Hotel was beautiful as well with tons of art pieces in each and every room and hallways and lobby. Every room has pieces from an artist. Very nice! Only draw back is that the beds were on the floor kind of concept.

Good ambience, strategic location, friendly staffs ”

The location of the hotel is good, it is about 15-20 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang area and Grab is easily accessible. The hotel lobby itself it a art gallery, there is a different theme for each of the room (interesting), water dispenser available, staffs are very friendly! Definitely will come back again

from the receptionist up to the room and all the facilities, it was more than expectations. the room had a very uniqie style with all things you will require during your staying. location was near to Bukit Bintang, you can walk or get a grabcar with price of RM5 to go for example to Pavilion. definitely will stay there again!

Parking Facilities Troble”

There is a Parking lot at beside hotel. but the charges are terrible. When i check in that time, they charge me RM10 per entry (i only park there for 10 minutes just for check in), no parking fee charges signboard there . The next day morning i when i park again, no body approach me for parking fee, until i wanted to leave at 12pm, there are 1 foreigner approach me to collect parking fee. and he charge me for RM15 (Saturday). I ask why today RM15, he reply me with very rude way and no manners at all, asking me is there any receipt when i park in? (no body approach me when i park in, how to get any receipt?) I said no, and he just ask you stay hotel is it? i said yes. then I forced to pay RM15 bucks. I won't book here again.

Disappointing”

Book a room with twin bed, the mattress were placed on a raised platform, so there were no bed frames, furnished with sagging mattresses. Water bottles were not provided, no desk. Floor towel was only provided after asked. The whole place is painted in dark colours, even the tiles in the bathroom is black. So you really won't know if it is clean or not. Room is dimly lighted. Yes, there is gallery or art placed around on the wall but I rather they put more emphasis in the room facilities.

Near Times Square, easily to access to amenities. Nice and cozy small hotel. However, the mattress was a terrible one . Not able to sleep on such a soft mattress

It's about 10 minutes walk to Berjaya Time Square. There are many eateries behind the hotel during day time and night time.
