気分良く過ごしました。近くにレストランが無いのが難点ですが、Abreeze Mallが近いのでそこを利用しました。

Superb stay!”
We had an amazing stay at The Madeline! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and overall superb. I slept so well in the room, as the mattress was so comfy and the room was so clean. There's a constant mechanical noise especially at night (I believe it was the generator?) but it didn't bother me so much. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, that serves really good food (especially pizza). We really were not disappointed and were grateful to have stayed at The Madeline during our business trip to Davao.

Hi Ms. Patricia, It was a pleasure serving you! The mechanical noise could've been the big exhaust, but it is only switched on about 3 times a day for a few minutes and never late at night/overnight. So yes, I'm guessing the noise was from the generator. We are glad you had an enjoyable stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future!
first trip to davao”
new boutique hotel, very clean and spacious, we got 2 king bed! very clean and furniture are just awesomely new, breakfast buffet is great too for the price. just a downside, our room on the 2nd floor is situated near the road which is a bit busy one so the noise from passing vehicles is a bit irritating specially in the morning, better get a room at the back part.

It was excellent. Rooms were clean and beautiful. The space was very unique. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well. Had a small wifi connection problem but they immediately saw to it. Will definitely come again.

Staffs were accomodating and helpful. The room is simple yet elegant. The bed was so comfortable that you can stay in the bed the the whole day.The food were delicious.. It really was a perfect vacation for us!

Best place to stay in Davao”
Place is easily located, easy to grab a taxi and so far best room I had. They used refurbished container van and turned it into a chic accommodation. Bed was comfy, water pressure is great. Staff are friendly and the night guard helped us to reserve a spot when we went out. Definitely my place to stay when in Davao.

Value for money”
I find The Madeline Boutique Hotel and Suites very suitable for family staycations. It is situated at the heart of the City. The room are spacious and the beds are king size. Breakfast is one consideration for us while travelling and we find their buffet delightful. We highly recommend it to everybody.

Close to perfection”
My friends and I were so delighted to stay in this hotel. Nice room, clean and comfy with complete toiletries too. Staffs are friendly, polite and helpful. Food serve during breakfast is excellent. 5-10 mins to Abreeza Mall by the taxi. There are conveniece stores and restaurants newrby. The only thing thats bothering me is, the room is not sound proof. You can hear the noise from other room, vehicles that passes by, people walking outside of your room floor and loud music at the roof top especially when there is a private party going on. However, despite that noise, I would still consider staying at this hotel.

Thank you madeline for accommodating our family. We had a great experience at your hotel. Staff were very helpful and courteous. They even allowed us to check in early after a long travel. Location is very convenient and food is excellent. Rooms are big emough and very tidy. Thank you so much an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Pros - very clean, huge rooms, comfy pillows and sheets. Breakfast is okay (its understandable for the price of the room). Highly recommended. Will be back in the future. I hope they can maintain it.

Strongest points 1 - large, clean rooms complete with complete amenities 2 - buffet breakfast 3 - accommodating staff 4 - good internet connection Area for improvement 1 - initially, the property cannot be located by Waze 2 - trying to contact the property thru their registered mobile phone but nobody answering Will definitely stay in this hotel on my succeeding trips to Davao. Have already recommended to friends.

It always makes us giddy reading than our guests had a positive experience staying with us. We will hopefully be found on waze soon! it has definitely been a slow process being showed (correctly) in maps. Regarding the phone, I apologise for the inconvenience, while I don't excuse them, I do know the front desk can get a little hectic from time to time. Big and Clean”
Pros Big, nice rooms, clean hotel with restaurant on top, value for money if booked in Agoda. Friendly staff. Cons: Breakfast is just so so. Also leaving your luggage is not so safe. I left my luggage in the front desk, it was taken by other guest because there is no label. It something they can improve. Overall very nice and new.
