            トラブル対応!!”

            agodaのミスで予約ないと言われチェックインできす!最初のスタッフには予約なく、満室で何も出来ないとあっさり断られてげんなり!なんとタイプミスで予約されてたことが判明し何とかチェックインと思ったら部屋の準備に時間要してなんと1600まで待って欲しいとのこと! ロビーバーで待ってチェックインできたのは1500過ぎでした。最初の印象は最悪だったのですが、お部屋はとてもシンプルながらこだわりの空間でリラックスできました。 しかも、夜にホテルのテラスで飲んでたら雨降ってきたから、十分なサービスできなかったと何と無料にしてくれたんです。 サービスに対するプロフェッショナルな思いも感じられて最終的にはいい印象でホテルを後にできました。

            チェックイン、チェックアウトを除けば、全てが最高でした。”

            チェックインは、14時から15時の間に行きましたが、待つこと15-20分。ロビーが無駄のない作り過ぎて、待つためのイスが少なく、立って待つことになりました。また、チェックアウト時は、タクシーを待つこと2、30分。これも、立って待ちます。とにかくそれがとてもストレスに感じました。部屋、設備、エレベーター、セキュリティ、レストランと、ほぼ全てが素敵で完璧なだけに、そこだけが残念で、逆に記憶に残りました。チェックインの際は、クレームを付けている中国人がいて、その人で10分くらい時間の無駄となり、空港に三時間前に行きたかったが、30分以上、ホテルでのタクシー待ちで時間が無駄に。結局、空港ではさほどショッピングも出来ず、ラウンジ利用も10分程度となってしまった。

            Awesome. I am very impressed with the thoughtfulness and service provided. Best hotel that I have stayed in thus far. (Yes, I may not have been the most frequent traveler or stayed in most of the hotel but from my experiences; this is really one of its kind and the best for me)

            Luxurious but...”

            Stunning architecture and beautiful design, if it was an office building. For a luxury hotel, the whole premise is too ‘cold’, sterile and actually quiet difficult to access (Instead of using the access road off cotton tree drive its a round trip. The slim lobby is very slick, yet totally unclear set up. Bit uncomfortable that the only way to the pool area is via the general lift lobby which happens to be the middle of the lobby stretch. The pool itself is beautifully set, but badly designed as the overflow doesnt work and larger parts of the floor get flooded. The pool water, as the pool room temperature is too cold to enjoy. Not really understood the purpose of the second pool, which looks like a jaccuzzi but is far too cold and not jets working. Sadly all other spa areas are 4 floors up. The staff are - as you would expect - very friendly, charming and if they speak english (not all do) extremely helpful. The rooms are generously. cut, big bathrooms and great windows.

            Beautiful modern hotel, best service ”

            The service, to me, was the standout. We had to stay an extra night to ride out the typhoon and were super impressed how they had all hands on deck including the hotel manager (who was mopping floors at one point!) to make sure everyone was well looked after. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful and warm. Rooms were also large and beautifully appointed, with very comfortable beds. We’ll be back!

            great bed fantastic block out blinds huge shower very helpful staff right next to the tram up to the peak. a shirt distance to high street shops and good restaurants and IFC. we will be back. Only small criticism was go fu lou which was dissapointing

            Fantastic Hotel, Lovely Staff”

            Great hotel, every service you could imagine. The staff were great, very open and accommodating. Beautiful big room and comfy bed. Wonderful bathroom and all sorts of facilities, including a pillow menu.

            Fabulous Hotel”

            Beautiful hotel, everything has been thought about and I will now only stay here when I’m Hong Kong for business of pleasure. The only small negative is the lack of gym equipment in the gym. It’s beautifully designed, but it lacks heavy weights and other machine equipment. There’s certainly space for it, if they re-organised the layout.

            Very bad front desk service”

            Very bad experience from the very beginning. Very long queue while checking in and it took more than 30 minutes to reach me. Only 2 lines are available; despite some front desk were opened, they are either playing with their phone/ chatting rather than helping people in the queue to check in.

            Old & New”

            My little staycation was perfect at The Murray. Beautifully designed and outfitted, housed inside a retro/ heritage building. Hardware (interior design) was executed immaculately, as well as the software (service) was of a very high standard. Definitely my favouritre hotel on the HK side at the moment.             The design by Norman Foster's is outstanding and all e-controllers make it feel like a bit of futuristic hotel. The service is superb and its location is really in the central (yet a bit quiet at night since it's a business zone). Staff are helpful and provide us with all the needs. Breakfast and restaurant service should have been improved.

            Wonderful experience”

            My wife and I stayed at the Murray for a few days and I must say everything was absolutely perfect. The service was outstanding. Each and every employee was helpful, kind and courteous. The hotel itself was very well done and comfortable. Rooms were exceedingly clean. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy Popinjays but the other restaurants had great food and room service was very good (room service at most places seems to be hit or miss). Drinks were tasty and the lobby bar has a decent crowd at happy hour. The hotel is centrally located to everything and makes walking around Central very simple. A nice bonus is being able to get to Victoria Peak tram in literally one minute. Getting a ticket at 7am and being first one on the peak is truly a treat. Thank you for a great stay!

            Staff extremely kind and helpful. Room very cosy, clean and brand new. The bar and restaurant at the top floor worth a visit, the view is amazing. Gym is good. The only negative part is the swimming pool: indoor, no windows, no view, too small and the water too cold.
