We requested to change rooms since the air conditioner does not seem to be working. Staff are accommodating and breakfast is superb. The unavailability of the elevator is disappointing

Hi Neil, Our new year's vacation with your hotel was actually a disaster. Our guests was very frustrated of the service you have provided. It was supposed to be our reuion as a family and we are 30 pax. They were understaff and personnels were not trained. We waited for two hours for them to check in and worst is they gave us rooms which are occuppied by other guest. The elevator is not working. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the towels smells like coachroaches. Do not ever book this hotel. The food is worst they have compulsory gala night which cost 2500 per person and believe better to book at Vikings. Imagine they serve three kinds of rice and very limited choices of foods. I am a traveller and this hotel does not even qualify for 1 star. Everything is dirty.

Need to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the room, bed sheets, pillow case, bath tub, aircon, elevator. The door to the balcony couldn't be opened too, door was jammed. They do have friendly staff and the location was great, beach front.

The premier king room we booked have a bad aircon and we need to be transferred to a different room. Also the hotel elevator is not working and we are at the 3rd floor! If we knew that there is no elevator we had not booked in this hotel. Will never go back!

one of the worst hotel stays ever”
I have never reviewed a hotel. Online before. We booked 3 premier rooms for 10 adults and 4 children for 4 nights... Our sinks were all clogged from the time we arrived upto we were going home, there was no WiFi in our room, and in order to connect we had to be at our doorways or outside our rooms. The floors were always sticky, even after they would clean it... The breakfast was so so only... The swimming pool was dirty. The floors and tiles around the pool area were not clean... The first and only time we were at the pool, the toilet was full of poop, toilet papers were everywhere and the shower area were dirty.... This was one of the unclean hotels I have ever stayed and I have traveled quite a bit. We always go to boracay once or twice a year, this was the first time we stayed at the Muse and the experience was horrible. The staff was accommodating and nice but they didn't do anything regarding our complaints... I don't recommend staying here...

Location is good but facilities and cleanliness are not”
Pros: Location is amazing, it’s a beachfront property. Staff are warm, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast area as well as the food choices are excellent! Cons: The hotel rooms, amenities as well as cleanliness are really bad. The smell both in the bedroom and bathrooms really stinked. We had to ask for disinfectant couple of times. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. They should definitely improve in these areas as it’s a pity as they have a good location and great staff.

The only good thing about this hotel is that is beach front. The staff is friendly but the hotel is old. We checked in and the hotel had a smell by the halls and the room. The room had staines on the floor on the walls. Their furniture is old and the bathroom bottom door was moldy.. this is definately not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2

바다 전망의 테라스를 지닌 가성비 좋은 룸. 바다전망 자쿠지 좋았음. 스텝들 매우 친절. 자쿠지 안과 옆에 녹슨 대 커다란 못이 네개 보여서 직접 치움. 아기가 밟았다면 끔찍. 부대시설 정비 필요.

하.. 일단 가족여행으로 떠난 여행이라 룸도 가장 좋은 룸으로 예약을 했기 때문에 숙소에 기대를 어느정도 하고 갔습니다. 그런데 엘레베이터는 고장인데 방은 5층을 배정해주고, 우리가 예약한 룸보다 낮은 컨디션의 룸을 배정해주는가하면, 갑자기 새벽에 너무 더워 일어나보니 에어컨고장.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ진짜 어이도 없고, 투숙객인 저희가 봐도 간단한 에러같은데 직원들은 해결도 못하고 방을 옮기랍니다^^ 같은 컨디션의 룸으로 변경해달라니까 풀북이라는 말과 함께 처음에 말한 작은 5층 방만 있다고 하고^^ 새벽 3시에 전화로 데스크 직원들이랑 말씨름 한 끝에 다음날 오후에 기존 방으로 변경 하기로하고 그날 밤만 자기로 했어요. 근데 다음날이 되도 더블 체크를 한다는 말만하고 직원들끼리 내용 공유도 안되어있고 하.. 진짜.. 더 짜증나는건 베란다에 있는 자쿠지는 공용사용인데 밤이되니까 옆방에 매매하는 여자들이 우루루 와서 파티하고 놀고, 정말 호텔이라고 할 수 없는 상황인 것 같네요. 기본적으로 투숙객 관리도 안돼요. 호텔 수영장엔 모래 가득에 벌레도 떠다니구요, 정말 그냥 별로였습니다^^

물도 잘안나오고,수영장도 작고,조식도 별로였어요 하지만 바로앞의 화이트비치와 거리는 좋았어요! 숙소가넓음것도 좋았구요 ㅎㅎ 청소는 해주지만 휴지나,타올은 말해야 갖다주고, 물또한 사놓은게 있어서인지 안채워주시더라구요... 보증금도 받으니 50달러도 미리 챙기세요~
