Central location”

Great location in the middle of town. Restaurants and amenities all around, close to market and river. Bicycle hire available. Staff very friendly but English was difficult which is the reason we dropped a star for staff. Breakfast was basic but adequate. They kindly allowed us a late checkout at 3.30pm for which we are very grateful. The hotel is on the main road but we had a back room which was fairly quiet. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

very good and copious breakfast (pancakes, omelettes, fried rice, Shan noodle soup,...). Standard room with all basic amenities (air c, private shower and bathtube). mattress might be a bit hard for some. The staff is super friendly. A bit noisy for the rooms facing the street. In summary, a great place to stay in hsipaw.

Centrally located in a small town”

The room is big and that's about it with this hotel. We got a room on the highest floor and there's no elevator/lift. The room was dusty and bathroom wasn't well cleaned. Since we were tired on both nights, we just bear with it. Wifi strength wasn't good either. Nothing to shout about their breakfast either. Hsipaw is a small town and hence, most places are within walking distance. We ate at Mr Food next door and food were good.

Very noisy and hard bed”

The location of hotel is good, but I was shocked from the way the beds are, very hard mattresses, was hard for me to sleep. Never seen any hotel having such beds, like rock. And the room I got was on the road side, which made it very noisy during all night long (motorbikes sounds) and 5:30 am also laud music started in the street for about 1 hour. So very hard to sleep. If you want to stay in this hotel make sure to get room outside of road. Breakfast is good (buffet) and you cat get bikes on rent to see around. The staff is friendly and speak English.

Pro friendly staff except boss( or older guy who couldn't smile of talk whatsoever) If there arent much guests they prepare breakfast freshly, else buffet, was alsof okay though. Possibility to do laundry, quite expensive so we only let do few clothings for 1900kyat, boss tried to let us pay 5000 kyat for it afterwards.... Possibility to rent bikes though sale low quality as elsewhere in Myanmar hotels All in all good hotel though

Great Updated Hotel”

Very clean, comfortable updated hotel. Glass bathroom wall a little weird, but I was solo so it was fine with me. Staff very attentive and procured a minivan ride to Mandalay with spectacular drive into and out of gorge..... better than the train ride in with fabulously delicious food stop at restaurant with clean toilet. Minivan (9000k, pick up at hotel) gets 5 stars also! Breakfast substantial & delicious.

Hotel is good, but mouses in the room”

For the price the hotel is good. But we had a mouse in our room. Is not such clean than others, but ok. Breakfast is good for this price. We loved the pan cakes

Good stay and friendly staff”

We had a good stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did a three day hike in the surrounding. It was no problem for the staff the change the dates of our our stay. Breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money, nice clean modern rooms with good bathroom and working AC. Breakfast buffet was good, loved the pancakes with honey and fruit. Staff were really friendly and even looked after our bags for us whilst we went trekking.

comfy, clean andbig room with aircon, water and fridge including drinks. the bathroom in the room was luxurious! breakfastwas delicious and the staff was lovely! thank you so much!we came back after three days of hiking and stayed there another night!

The hotel is nice but there are far more cheaper options for the same thing. The beds are really hard. :)

Don't stay on the lower level!”

We stayed one night on the bottom floor - our room was right beside some kind of water pump that was very loud! We barely slept. We were then welcomed by breakfast in the morning that was crawling with ants. The rooms on the higher floors might be nicer, but we left.

Nice hotel”

Better than average for Myanmar standards- pretty clean rooms and hallways, decent bedding and towels etc... but the bathrooms had a horrible smell. We had two different rooms and both had mostly smell of standing dank water, due to an open drainage pipe. The front desk staff were very nice, though they weren't the most knowledgeable about bookings so we did most of our stuff through Mr Charlie's for tours and onwards travel.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Street is quite noisy, so you can hear the noise in the room. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel, good value for money”

Pros - Great location, very good value for money, staff was very nice. Let us shower after we already checked out before our bus drive. Good breakfast. Cons - Air-conditioning wasn't working too good. Wifi slow.

Great location with friendly, helpful staff”

This hotel is located centrally and has very helpful staff. The breakfast was certainly very filling (great pancakes) and varied, with some local Burmese food offered. Would be terrific if a hairdryer was offered.
