食事 & 飲食施設
Great hotel ”
Hi the location was a 7 minute walk from two central underground stops. Supermarkets were a short walk away. We had an executive triple room which was large and very clean. Only problem was that the air condition was VERY loud (not the silent type) and could not keep it on at night. We could not adjust the room temperature. Other than that our stay was pleasant.
Spotless room, great staff ”
Room was much bigger than anticipated; especially for London so that was a pleasant surprise. Room was spotlessly clean Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. Free wifi! Nice surprise to have complimentary magazines in the room. Aircon only seemed to blow out hot air. Breakfast was not worth the price. Bacon was not edible, not a true reflection of a full English. But the restaurant staff were quick and polite.
Worth every penny.”
Great stay, enjoyed one night here and cannot fault the property. Great location just a 8min walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station, plenty of options for dinner and direct links to central London. Perfect if you are a couple or solo traveller experiencing London for the first time. The comfort of the bed was great, very warm and cosy rooms with lots of space for activities. Would stay again. 5*
Good hotel and location”
The hotel is very easily accessible as it is close to major bus line and Earl's Court tube station. It takes about 5 minutes to talk across the main road to get to the tube station. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood so sleep was good after flying for 15 hours. The reception is manned till late so we had no problems checking in. We had an early flight out on checkout and the reception was at hand to call us a cab. It is a basic hotel with everything that you need as a home base to go out and explore London.
Room smelled, wires all over, and hallways looked like a college frat house. Maybe worth 100 pounds a night, not 320 pounds.
Good sized room but spoilt by being far too hot”
Friendly welcome on arrival. Spacious room with a bathroom "upstairs", good room safe but only 5 hangers in the wardrobe. By breakfast on the 2nd morning, both toasters were broken and so we were unable to have any toast. However, the biggest complaint was the heat in the room. It was very hot when we arrived and so we turned on what we thought was the air con. It was still like an oven when we returned from our night out and, on going down to Reception, we were advised that the heating had not been turned over to the air con so we were, in fact, blasting out hot air. We were given a fan for the room but even on full, the room was still incredibly hot and very uncomfortable for sleeping and, indeed, just sitting in. It was a shame because this spoilt the overall experience.
LOVE THIS PLACE! ”
This is my 4th time staying here and we love it! Best location close to the tube, shopping, groceries and walking distance to museums etc... The staff is helpful, kind and VERY accommodating. We love staying here and try to book it every time if the price is right! Book this hotel and don't think twice about it. Only feedback I would give, is that it can do with a bit of an upgrade. Carpets and furnishings can do with a bit of an upgrade. The rooms are specious and large bathroom which we appreciate. all in all we LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this place and thank the team for taking care of us so well!
Nice boutique hotel in Kensington”
Nice full service property. Got a twin instead of a larger bed that was requested and asked for top sheets that were never put on my bed. Other than that the staff was very cordial and the morning continental breakfast was very good. No taxis nearby so use uber. It's faster.
Lovely modern well located hotel. lovely staff- thanks Adrian ”
A quiet, modern, well furnished and very clean hotel in a convenient location. Large room allocated with a large comfortable bed and tea/ coffee facilities, complimentary biscuits, self serve complimentary sparkling or still water, in room safe/ iron/ hairdryer. Lovely furnishings and bathroom. Adrian at reception was so welcoming and friendly- one of the friendliest reception staff we have encountered over many years. He made our stay so comfortable- thanks Adrian. As we are late the prior night we had the continental breakfast which was OK. Standard fare- tea/ coffee, juices, yogurts, cereals, cold meat/ cheese, bread rolls and pastries. Staff seemed busy as there were only two present. No toast which was a first for us in the UK. Cooked breakfast £14.80 per person- no one there had that. Only 5-6 mins walk from Gloucester Rd or Earl’s Court Tube Station. Overall, a friendly, clean, modern homely hotel in a great location.
Nice Room, Great Staff”
The hotel was in a great location, easy access to many things and close to Earl Court station. The staff was friendly and arranged a transfer for us when we had an early departure. The room was large, there were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to move about. On a residential street so mostly quiet. Restaurants and shops near by. First night the room was warm, but the staff made it so the air conditioning worked well for the rest of our trip. We would definitely stay there again.
Great hotel in great place ”
The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this hotel. However with one warning. The wifi is very sub-par and cut in and out constantly. This made it difficult for me to do work in the evening
Definitely worth a return visit”
On arriving at the hotel we were checking in when my husband noticed that our key room no. was different to that stated on our booking confirmation. My husband mentioned this to the receptionist wh told us that he had put us on the top floor and in a nicer room. It was indeed a lovely room. We went to the bar that evening after returning from the theatre and met Jimmy the bar manager. He was such a nice gentleman, our night cap became extended and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. This hotel was very clean, the staff amazing and a good location. We definitely recommend it and we will be revisiting.
Good hotel for price with convenient location”
Good location, about 15 minute walk to Tube station. Clean facility. Rooms were adequate, typical small for London. Very clean, comfortable, with fridge and a king bed. Bathroom was fine. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Warm English breakfast was delicious but not included in room rate so we had to pay for it. They offer continental cold breakfast and also a warm order breakfast. They offered free use of a Samsung cell phone while staying, however we did not use it. We would stay there again if visiting London Kensington area.
Poor staff altitude, not helpful at all”
The lift for my block was out of order during most of my journey (a week). So, we were forced to move to Ground floors (otherwise we have to walk upstairs to the top floor everyday). The room has poor wifi and is smaller in fact. We complained with these issues and they said since we are the ones who requested to change the room (not by them) so they refused to change to any other room with the original size and price. They said we shouted at them as well.
2 night stay”
On arrival we were shown to our room, it was large and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. On our second night we returned after a long day at the 02 (ATP World Tennis) and rang reception for more tea bags, they arrived within minutes and couldn't fault the receptionists. On our check out day we left our bags and went out for the day. As our train wasn't until late we returned to the hotel for our bags and waited in the reception area reading the papers / charging our phones etc for the trip home. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Gloucester Road tube station and very close to the museums that we enjoyed during our visit.
Hotel was new, the heating facility was not working properly for my room and it was freezing. We spoke to their staff and they brought in a portable radiator, which did not warm up the room any bit. We had to change our room at 3am in the morning as it was too cold to sleep and we had to catch a flight at 6am in the morning.
4 night stay - great for Parks and tubes”
We stayed for 4 nights. As advertised, Earls Court tube is only about 5 mins easy walk, Gloucester Road a couple more, so you are quickly ube-linked to all of London. Lots of restuarants, from fun and quirky to seriously swish within easy reach. Lovely short-cuts north through tree-lined squares to Kensington Gardens. Hotel breakfast is fine, but a walk to South Kensington Kitchen on weekdays (Weekends busy) is a treat. Or lots of places to shop for picnics right just around the corner. South Kensington Museums very close too. Boris Bikes available in the next road. Inside the hotel staff are very pleasant, everything was spick'n'span clean, everything worked. Room was not huge but big enough and cleverly arranged to feel quite spacious enough. Bed a lovely large size, very comfy and wardrobe space also good. Bathroom and bathroom items all very nice. Water was always hot and shower powerful, toiletries plentiful and nice to use. Good sepection of free papers and magazines in rather nice reception area. Very glad we chose this hotel.
Couldn't find fault with this hotel at all!”
Having stayed in London only once before, we were again expecting our hotel room to be no bigger than a cupboard... We were pleasantly surprised to find that the description of the hotel and our room was very accurate! The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and given access to our room earlier than the usual check in time. Our suite was very roomy, large windows overlooking the gardens, king size bed, writing desk, TV, fridge, built in robe, safe, and a well appointed bathroom ... Even though we were only a tube ride away from the busy city centre, every time we came back to the hotel after a busy day of sightseeing we felt so lucky to come back to this oasis. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a bit of luxury in true Kensington style! Price vs quality, this hotel rates at the top of our list!
clean room ,helpful staff ,good location close to earls court underground train station (tube ) ,close to a lot of food outlets , breakfast included but had to pay extra for english breakfast but reasonable price & tasted good ,will go back to same hotel again
