凄く綺麗で、広くて、いいのですが、場所がややこしいらしく、Grabやタクシーで友達が来た時に、ドライバーが中々辿り付けず無駄に時間がかかってました。 歩いてくればいいのですが、車だと迷うみたいです。 部屋は綺麗で広くていいのですが、隣りの部屋とつながる？扉があり、そこは音が凄く聞こえます。 気になります。 シャワールームも扉がなく、トイレの音が部屋まで聞こえて、恥ずかしいです。 音問題以外は特に大丈夫です！
the hotel has been closed down and the rooms were managed by individual/agent (not quite sure). i arrived & there was nobody there for me to collect the room key. need to call & wait until the p.i.c. arrived. it should be mentioned in the booking details before anybody choose this premise

there was no reception, and the aircond was faulty. called the staff, was told that the hotel was fully booked. an hour later, came to our room and ask us to change to a different room. the new room came with no water heater, a TV that cant be used and non functional lamp. lodged complaint to agoda, and the hotel was non responsive.

This facilities formerly was known as BEST WESTERN PREMIER HOTEL when they has closed down - So they using the current hotel facilities and rooms as the AIRBNB. Room is ok and provided UNIFI and HYPETV in the room. No cutlery nor coffee or tea bag as well - The bathroom door are looks like going to fall If you drive, you may need to pay RM15 to get the season card, and you have to part at Level 4 or 5, also the entrance for the parking are so narrow and good luck if you are driving big car Swimming pool reopen for use but you are use for your own risk.
The hotel doesn't have a lobby, they are doing it as homestay style. The incharge person wasn't at the property. This property is previously known as Ramada Hotel. Waited for the person incharge for more than 30 mins. Was at the property talked to the security, he told me the hotel was operated by an agent.
This place is not worth paying for. The host wanted to cheat me into paying two parking fees; the parking coupon and season parking. When I confronted him, only then he said he will "waive" the season parking. On top of that, the tvs are not working. When I complained, the host said the whole building's tvs have never been working and he treated it like its not his fault. The host's attitude annoyed me the most. He said you paid for a budget apratment (which is rm 180 per night - the price of a 4 star hotel) and requested for a 5 star hotel service. All I requested are based on what they said they will offer on agoda; working tvs, in-house movies, water bottles, tissue and toilet papers. Are all these too much to ask for given the price that I have paid? Dont charge that price and expect to give extreme budget services. But the worst of all is the leaking toilet. I do not know how do they let it go. I complained to Agida amd they said they cant contact the host. Good way to waste
1. There's no parking lot. You have to pay rm 25 for the car park. 2. It's a hidden location and you can't find it either on Google maps or Waze. The name of the property has been changed without informing . 3. The property owner was very rude and demanding . We requested for a late checkout but there were no respond from the owner but she demanded us to pay Rm 30. In fact we checked out before 12pm. 4. Don't get fooled by the pictures posted
i was scared when reading those low rating reviews on this hotel. But after i stayed, everything is ok. You are getting better then what you pay. The admin are friendly, the person in charge Mr. Sumo are helpful and nice. The room are clean and spacious enough for 4 adults in the room and a small office room. I do loves the location which is with 15min walk to Petaling street. Just happy to enjoy as tourist in KL centre. Sure will come back again
Arrived at 2 am after searching the exact location for almost 1 hour due to unavailability waze to locate the address. Upon arrival, I have met the security guard then ask me to call someone (the bangladeshi) for the check in process. I have to wait for 20mins before he came down and started asking my booking confirmation then I showed him directly. Without saying anything, quitely he started messaging somebody before he just simply told us the room is not ready yet which we have to wait for another 20mins for the housekeeping. Oh God...!! at 2.30am after long driving from Kedah we expected to check in smoothly instead we have to wait not for 20 mins but for almost 45mins. Piss Off with the situation I started to call the guy but he never pickup. At last, when ready he never apologizing or feel gulity. This is the first time ever when booking through agoda having this kind of bad and very poor check in processes. The apartment looks 5 star however as for me it is -ve stars.
Abandoned hotel, no reception, faulty aircon, faulty bathroom, faulty facilities, very dirty.”
Totally disappointed for the services. No reception. It look like an abandoned hotel. No aircon in the lobby, lift and corridor. The whole room is faulty. Bathroom, aircon, light and television cannot function properly. No WiFi at all. The room is very dirty, with hair and condom on the floor. We request to change room but the person in charge say no room available. Gym and swimming pool cannot be used. Location is not strategic, even the Grab diver cannot find the location.

Even though I can say I am quiet satisfied with the service of the hotel, BUT PLEASE. If you want to use your own name for the hotel, at least please put the real name of the building in the address instead of confusing the customer. It took too much hassle to drive back and forth around the KL Sentral, plus the jam and the traffic lights and the long way to U-turn. Even the locals didn't know the hotel use other name. We spent almost 2 hours only for driving around the place looking for the so-called "the quint suites".

Overall, it is okay with me. The room is actually nice if there's no small coackroaches. The water pressure is so small you have to be patient to take a shower. The worse part is the reception cause there is no reception at all. It was to check in, even harder to check out. So frustating. However, the pool is big and nice. The bed was comfortable. It is 10 min of walk to NU sentral. This hotel is 5/10. Or less.
Not recommend to stay if you need a parking receipt. I pay RM15 (even they pass you the season parking card), but you can't get any receipt. My colleagues pay RM35 for parking overnight also can't get receipt at all, the representative just say NO RECEIPT. what a ridiculous

This is actually a homestay operator which you should book via Airbnb instead of Agoda. Otherwise the owner should have provided a valid contact number for the customer to enquire. Upon arrival, we happened to meet few travellers who book the apartment from the same operator. Otherwise, we would need to search for another place to stay. If you bring your own vehicle, please note that the parking payment system is kind of weird and complex. Recommended not to park under the property and find other alternatives to park your car instead. Lucky for us that we stay over the weekend, so there are few vacant parking spaces belongs to the office adjacent to the apartment that we can use. Thanks to the Owner for the parking tips.

We receive email for confirmation our booking, phone number stated there but no body pick up. we arrive and there was reception area left behind. Have to ask foreigner which very rude answer you how to check in. Its not worth to pay for the worst service.

can you imagine you are staying together with cockroach? They are all around in the room, not only die also have live one and sizes are from smaller to huge you can find it too. OMG!!!! Really Not Recommend. Please think ahead before decide.
The check-in process was weird. I booked a Deluxe Suite room as there'll be four people staying and it mentioned that the capacity for Deluxe Suite room is 4 adult and 2 children. And the room only has a king bed with a sofa bed. The bed is dirty, there's a stained and the bedsheet is torn. Found a baby cockroach in the toilet. Btw, the toilet has no door. There is no refrigerator and the swimming pool is currently closed. I don't know how this hotel received all the star but I'll never book this hotel again and would never suggest to anyone to book this hotel.
I was a little shocked. This suite have no proper reception. Its literally an abandoned hotel. If not mistaken it was previously Ramada Hotel. Also parking is payable n the rates are absurd! Can reach 40 bucks if park overnight.
